Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan pesat dalam bisnis perhotelan di Jayapura, menarik minat para pengusaha untuk ikut serta mengembangkan dan terjun langsung ke bisnis ini, sehingga dapat dilihat banyak hotel-hotel baru yang yang dibangun di Jayapura, dan menimbulkan semakin tajam dan ketatnya persaingan yang ada. Mengingat ketatnya persaingan bisnis ini, maka konsekuensi yang harus diterima oleh pihak hotel adalah bagaimana mengolah secara maksimal sumber daya yang dimiliki sehingga diperoleh laba yang direncanakan atau laba yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis cost-volume-profit terhadap perencanaan laba Swiss-belHotel Papua. Penelitian akademik  yaitu melakukan klasifikasikan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Dan menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu : CMR, BEP, MOS dan ATL.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis Cost-Volume-Profit, maka Swiss-belhotel Papua mengalami kenaikan laba tiap tahunnya mulai dari tahun 2009-2011. Kata Kunci : Cost Volume Profit dan Laba

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti secara empiris mengenai pengaruh pengungkapan CSR, ukuran perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 63 yang didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program E-views versi 12. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan, kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors are proficient at detecting minute changes in refractive index, making them ideal for biomolecule detection. Traditional prism-based SPR sensors encounter miniaturization challenges, encouraging exploration of alternatives like fiber optic-based SPR (FO-SPR) sensors. This study comprehensively investigates the effects of material and geometrical parameters on the performance of single-mode FO-SPR sensors using Maxwell's equation solver software based on the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The findings highlight the influence of plasmonic thin film materials and thickness on SPR spectrum profiles and sensitivity. Silver (Ag) demonstrates superior performance compared to copper (Cu) and gold (Au) in transmission type, achieving a sensitivity of up to 2×103 nm/RIU, while the sensitivities of Cu and Au are lower. Probe length and core diameter impact spectrum profiles, specifically resonance depth, without affecting sensitivity. Furthermore, variations in core refractive index influence both spectrum profiles and sensitivity. Probe types significantly affect both spectrum profiles and sensitivity, with the reflection type surpassing the transmission type. These results provide suggestions for optimizing FO-SPR sensors in biotechnological applications.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini merupakan salah satu isu sosial yang mendalam di Indonesia, dengan dampak yang serius terhadap remaja, baik dari aspek kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Provinsi Riau menjadi salah satu wilayah yang menghadapi tantangan serius terkait pernikahan dini, memerlukan upaya pencegahan yang efektif. Artikel ini mengulas inisiatif penyuluhan pencegahan pernikahan dini yang dilakukan oleh kelompok Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 3 (SMPN 3) Koto Kampar Hulu, Desa Gunung Malelo, Kecamatan Koto Kampar, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana kelompok KKN menjalankan program penyuluhan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMPN 3 Koto Kampar Hulu tentang konsep pernikahan dini, efeknya, dan pilihan remaja. Artikel ini mengevaluasi seberapa efektif sosialisasi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran remaja terhadap risiko pernikahan dini. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyoroti masalah yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan dan menawarkan rekomendasi konstruktif untuk tindakan lebih lanjut untuk mencegah pernikahan dini di Indonesia.

Abstract

Profitability is the ability of a company to make a profit, indicated by profits generated from sales and investment income. High profitability will have a positive impact on the company because it can increase the value of the company, increase investor confidence, and can attract new investors to invest. Factors that affect high and low profitability include cash turnover, receivables turnover, inventory turnover and company size. This study aims to analyze the significant effect of Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Company Size on the return on assets of companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2018-2022. This study used a type of quantitative research. The data used is secondary data with the panel data regression analysis method with the help of the e-view 12 program to see a comprehensive picture of the independent variable against the dependent variable. The sample in this study consisted of 11 companies for 5 years obtained through www.idx.co.id website. The results of this study show that partially cash turnover, receivables turnover does not affect return on assets while inventory turnover and company size affect return on assets. The size of the company has a significant effect on return on assets. The results of the F test show that cash turnover, receivables turnover, inventory turnover and company size together have a significant effect on the return on assets of companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index 2018-2022.

Abstract

The use of Information Technology (IT) in higher education is said to be useful if its application is in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization. Academic information system audit is a method of assessing or assessing academic information systems to ensure that the governance and management functions of the information system are implemented properly. Unimal is a university that has implemented information technology in its operational processes. In achieving the organization's vision, the use of IT in the organization must always be monitored so that the services provided to users can be maximized, including by conducting an audit process to identify the level of IT maturity so that IT management can find solutions from processes that are considered less than optimal. This study aims to measure the level of capability of Unimal Academic Information Technology using COBIT 5 Domain APO (Align, Plan, and Organise) in the APO01, APO02, APO04 and APO11 processes. The focus of the research is also based on the need for priority processes in the Malikussaleh University environment and research related to the APO domain has not been carried out. The purpose of this study in general is to analyze Academic Information Technology using the COBIT 5 framework in the APO domain at the Malikussaleh University, as well as to provide solutions for improving academic information technology and IT implementation at the Malikussaleh University.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk dikembangkan pada anak usia dini. Salah satu penggunaan metode eksperimen dimana anak dapat terlibat langsung dalam proses pembelajarannya. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan di TK IT Azkia Aceh Besar, ditemukan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah anak usia 5-6 tahun belum berkembang sebagaimana mestinya. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan masih kurang melibatkan anak secara aktif melalui kegiatan yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan metode eksperimen memiliki pengaruh dalam mengembangkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah anak kelompok usia 5-6 tahun di IT IT Azkia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 15 orang anak di kelas TK B. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa pada kegiatan Pretest, diperoleh nilai sebesar 45,75. Namun setelah diberikannya perlakuan atau treatment yakni menggunakan metode eksperimen, nilai yang diperoleh yakni sebesar 71,11. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Uji-t, nilai ttabel yang diperoleh yakni sebesar 4,3 dan nilai thitung sebesar 1,761, dengan demikian thitung > ttabel sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dari hasil perhitungan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode eksperimen dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK IT Azkia Aceh Besar. The ability to solve problems is one of the crucial aspects to be developed in early childhood. One method utilized is through experiments where children can directly engage in the learning process. Based on observations conducted at TK IT Azkia Aceh Besar, it was found that the problem-solving abilities of 5-6-year-old children have not developed as expected. The learning activities conducted still lack active involvement of children through enjoyable activities. This research aims to determine whether the use of experimental methods has an influence on developing problem-solving skills among children aged 5-6 years in IT IT Azkia. The method employed is an experimental method with a One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 15 children in TK B class. The research findings revealed that in the Pretest activity, a score of 45.75 was obtained. However, after the treatment was administered, which involved using experimental methods, the obtained score was 71.11. Furthermore, based on the results of the t-test calculation, the obtained t-table value was 4.3, and the t-value was 1.761. Therefore, since the t-value is greater than the t-table value, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. From these calculations, it can be concluded that the use of experimental methods has an influence on the problem-solving abilities of 5-6-year-old children in TK IT Azkia Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Stock price is a measure of investor interest to invest in a company. For companies, a benchmark of company valuation can increase the company's stock price. Therefore, the company needs to know whether the share price is determined by the company's financial kinerje. Financial performance used in Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) research. The purpose of the research is to examine whether the share price of LQ45 companies is determined by financial performance during 2018-2022 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is causal research and multiple linear regression was selected with the help of Eviews version 12. This research is proven to find that financial performance shows that simultaneously ROA and ROE have a significant influence on stock prices. Partially, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices while Return on Equity (ROE) has no influence on stock prices. These means ROA is measured for financial performance.

Abstract

BSU is assistance given to workers or laborers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out the information system for channeling BSU funds at PT. State Savings Bank to BSU beneficiary customers. Information is collected using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach by means of observation and literature study. The results of research that has been done by the author at the PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Bandung Branch With the BSU distribution accounting information system, it can be easier for officers to input, process, generate data, and check the accuracy of customer data for those who receive Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU). At the time of data input, the officer has successfully entered data into the system, which can be processed for data checking and then processed for the storage process. The output of this system is that it displays customer data that receives wage subsidy assistance, which is then sent to customer service so that customer service no longer manually checks customer data. In addition, this BSU distribution information system has become more integrated into improving the quality of the bank.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to design a sales accounting information system in CV Vidi Sukses Berkah. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews and literature studies relating to the subject matter of the research conducted. The problem found is that the sales system still uses a manual system where sales transaction data is still handwritten in the form of notes on notes, resulting in frequent damage to data such as torn or dirty notes. Therefore, a desktop-based sales information system was designed using the waterfall model system development method and tools such as Flowmap, DFD and ERD. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that with a sales information system the company can streamline the process of managing fabric sales transactions, improving customer service and controlling sales transactions directly because of automatic reports presented by the system with daily periods.
