Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of dynamic problem solving strategy based on conceptual scaffolding on learning outcomes and learning activities of learners on the material of the colligative nature of solution. This research uses experimental method with true experimental design in the form of pretest-posttest control group design. Population in this research is students class XII which study material of colligative nature of solution at SMAN 5 Makassar. The sample in this study is the students of class XII IPA consisting of two classes, namely experimental class and control class. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis which includes assumption test and hypothesis test. The data showed that there was difference in learning outcomes of learners and activities between the control class and the experimental class.  Keywords: Conceptual scaffolding, Colligative properties of solution, Dynamic problem solvingAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi dynamic problem solving berbasis conceptual scaffolding terhadap hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada materi sifat koligatif larutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain true experimental dengan bentuk yang digunakan saat uji lapangan yaitu berbentuk pretest-postestcontrol group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII yang mempelajari materi sifat koligatif larutan di SMAN 5 Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah randomsampling.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yang meliputi uji asumsi dan uji hipotesis. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik dan aktivitas antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Kata Kunci: Conceptual scaffolding, Sifat koligatif larutan, Dynamic problem solving

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sunti acid on the ALT and mold as an antimicrobial in keumamah loin. The research is experimental and uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment 1 was soaking in sunti acid suspension as much as 10% (F1), as much as 20% (F2), as much as 30% (F3), and without immersion (F0). The parameters observed were ALT and mold. The results of these two studies were analyzed using one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan's test. The results showed that the highest ALT was in F0 (7.51x105CFU/mL) and the lowest was in sample F3 (6.36x105CFU/mL), then the highest mold value was in sample F0 (7.68x105CFU/mL), and the lowest was in F3 (6.46x105CFU/mL). The difference in the concentration of sunti acid suspension had a significant effect on the ALT and mold on keumamah loin at the 95% confidence interval

Abstract

Diversifikasi produk olahan pangan berbasis bahan baku perikanan merupakan salah satu upaya penganekaragaman produk pangan yang berasal dari ikan dengan memperhatikan faktor gizi dan keamanan pangannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pembuatan olahan-olahan produk diversifikasi perikanan. Mitra dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK Desa Tagul, Kecamatan Sembakung, Kabupaten Nunukan, Kalimantan Utara. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi dua tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Diharapkan ibu-ibu PKK dapat mengolah sumberdaya ikan lokal menjadi produk makanan yang lebih bervariasi dan menarik untuk dikonsumsi, serta dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakan melalui produksi olahan diversifikasi ikan. Kegiatan ini penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan konsumsi produk perikanan, baik dari kualitas, kuantitas, hingga menambah nilai jual.

Abstract

Surimi adalah daging lumat yang terkonstrat dengan protein miofibril melalui proses pencucian berulang-ulang menggunakan air dingin yang terstandar dengan penambahan garam dan gula (Cryoprotectant). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kualitas surimi yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia dengan menggunakan tiga jenis ikan yang berbeda. Pengukuran kualitas surimi dilakukan dengan pengujian sifat dan kimia. Dalam penelitian dilakukan analisis rendemen surimi, pengujian kadar air, protein, lemak dan analisis sensori yang meliputi kenampakan, uji lipat dan uji gigit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rendemen surimi yang dihasilkan pada ikan barakuda 7,86, ikan gulamah 7,66 dan ikan bulan-bulan 7,26. Proksimat ikan segar yang dihasilkan ikan barakuda dengan kadar air 77,88%, protein 16,23%, lemak 6,67% dan abu 1,61%, gulamah dengan kadar air 79,41%, protein 15,58%, lemak 3,18% dan abu 1,56% sedangkan bulan-bulan kadar air 69,90%, protein 16,52%, lemak 4,18% dan abu 1,06%. Proksimat surimi yang dihasilkan adalah surimi barakuda kadar air 79,22%, protein 12,41% dan lemak 1,61%. Surimi gulamah memiliki kadar air 80,55%, protein 12,94% dan lemak 1,56% sedangakan surimi bulan-bulan kadar air 75,00%, protein 12,69%, dan lemak 1,06%. Sensori surimi ikan barakuda, ikan gulamah dan ikan bulan-bulan mencapai rata-rata 7 sampai 8. Karakterisasi kimia dan sensori surimi berbahan baku ikan pelagis (barakuda, gulamah dan bulan-bulan) di perairan tarakan sudah sesuai dengan SNI 2694:2013.   Surimi, a concentrated myofibril protein product, is prepared through repeated washing with cold water and the addition of salt and cryoprotectants. The objective is to evaluate the surimi quality based on the Indonesian National Standards (SNI 2694:2013). The assessment includes yield analysis, proximate composition (water, protein, fat, and ash content), and sensory evaluation (appearance, folding test, and bite test). The results indicate that the surimi yields were 7.86% for barracuda, 7.66% for gulamah, and 7.26% for moonfish. Fresh fish proximate analysis showed water contents of 77.88%, 79.41%, and 69.90%; protein contents of 16.23%, 15.58%, and 16.52%; fat contents of 6.67%, 3.18%, and 4.18%; and ash contents of 1.61%, 1.56%, and 1.06% for barracuda, gulamah, and moonfish, respectively. For surimi, the water contents were 79.22%, 80.55%, and 75.00%; protein contents were 12.41%, 12.94%, and 12.69%; and fat contents were 1.61%, 1.56%, and 1.06% for barracuda, gulamah, and moonfish, respectively. Sensory evaluation scores ranged from 7 to 8 for all three fish types. The study concludes that the surimi produced from barracuda, gulamah, and moonfish in Tarakan waters meets the quality standards outlined in SNI 2694:2013, showcasing promising chemical and sensory properties for these fish species.

Abstract

Tarakan City is one of the cities which is famous for its fishery potential. Utilization of fishery products in an efficient and integrated manner is necessary, because fishery products are very susceptible to damage or deterioration of quality so that proper handling is needed, for example through diversification into various processed products. This activity is intended to provide knowledge and skills to PKK group as motivators in the community. This activity was held on Friday, February 7, 2020 which was attended by 40 participants. Activities consist of delivering materials and demonstrations of the manufacture of processed fish and shrimp products. The result of the activity is an increase in the skills and knowledge of the participants in the diversification of various fishery products into nutritious food. Given the great benefits of this activity, it is necessary to conduct similar training to the PKK group regarding packaging techniques so that the products produced can be marketed

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah bil wakalah terhadap minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Cabang Bajeng Barat, (2) mendeskripsikan pengaruh tanggung renteng terhadap minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Cabang Bajeng Barat, (3) mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah bil wakalah dan tanggung renteng terhadap minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Cabang Bajeng Barat. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2023 sampai dengan April 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 2.883 nasabah PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Cabang Bajeng Barat. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 97 sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi IBM statistic version 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial pembiayaan murabahah bil wakalah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Cabang Bajeng Barat, (2) secara tanggung renteng berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Cabang Bajeng Barat, (3) secara simultan pembiayaan murabahah bil wakalah dan tanggung renteng berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Cabang Bajeng Barat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel pembiayaan murabahah bil wakalah dan tanggung renteng berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah karena memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Cabang Bajeng Barat. This study aims to investigate (1) the effect of the murabahah bil wakalah financing to make people interested in becoming customers of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Bajeng Barat Branch; (2) the effect of the joint responsibility on the community's interest in becoming customers of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Bajeng Barat Branch; and (3) the effect of the murabahah bill wakalah financing and the joint responsibility on the people's interest in becoming customers of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Bajeng Barat Branch. This research was conducted from March 2023 to April 2023. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach and primary data as the data source. The population included 2,883 customers of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Bajeng Barat Branch, and the sample used amounted to 97 samples, which were obtained using one of the non-probability sampling techniques, which is the purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method and IBM Statistics version 20. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially the murabahah bill wakalah financing has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in becoming customers of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Bajeng Barat Branch; (2) partially the joint responsibility has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in becoming customers of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Bajeng Barat Branch; and (3) simultaneously the murabahah bill wakalah financing and the joint responsibility have a positive and significant effect on people's interest in becoming customers of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Bajeng Barat Branch. The above research results, the implications of this study show that the contract of murabahah bill wakalah and the system of joint responsibility affect the public's interest in becoming customers because they have a good impact on increasing the number of customers of PT. PNM Mekaar Syariah Bajeng Barat Branch.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perbedaan mendasar antara dua tokoh dalam hal etika, moralitas, dan tujuan politik. Machiavelli dikenal dengan pragmatisme dan amoralitas dalam strategi politiknya, sementara Al-Mawardi menekankan pentingnya integritas moral dan prinsip-prinsip agama dalam pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkritisi konsep politik Niccolò Machiavelli melalui pemikiran Al-Mawardi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis isi. Sumber data mencakup karya utama kedua tokoh serta literatur sekunder yang relevan. Teknik analisis data melibatkan analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama dalam karya-karya mereka serta metode komparatif untuk membandingkan pemikiran politik keduanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Al-Mawardi memberikan kritik tajam terhadap pragmatisme Machiavelli, menekankan pentingnya etika dan moralitas dalam politik yang dapat menjadi panduan bagi para pemimpin kontemporer dalam mencapai keadilan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study is set to discover the establishment of Law Number 6 of 2023 on Job Creation (Law 6/2023) as a response to the Constitutional Court Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. This study uses normative juridical method. Based on the study, it was found that Law 6/2023 aims to fulfill people's right to decent employment as stipulated in Article 27 of the 1945 Constitution. The formulation process began with the Job Creation Law using the omnibus law technique, followed by a formal test by the Constitutional Court which resulted in Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020.

Abstract

The objectives of community service conveyed through this outreach and training include: (1) Increasing the utilization of agricultural waste in the form of banana tubers into liquid organic fertilizer (POC); (2) Practicing how to make POC and applying it to land. This service activity uses the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method. In implementing this service, an approach is taken with the community, especially students, as the target of the activity. This service activity was carried out at the Green House of the University of West Sulawesi, with the participants being all students of the Agroecotechnology Study Program at the University of West Sulawesi class of 2022. In this service activity, an explanation of POC production made from banana tubers and how to make it was carried out by students who take part in the training, with the material presented being obtained during the lecture period so that students have mastered the material regarding the benefits and how to make POC. The participants’ responses showed they were enthusiastic about participating in this activity. This was proven by statements from participants stating that they understood the material presented by West Sulawesi University students in this service.

Abstract

Abstract: The main issue discussed in this thesis is the ongoing occurrence of illegal racing in Bukittinggi, which contradicts the Bukittinggi Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2015 on Public Order and Tranquility, specifically Article 10, letter a, which prohibits any individual from engaging in racing, speeding, or standing on the road without permission. The purpose of this research is to examine the form of law enforcement by the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) in addressing illegal racing in Bukittinggi and to analyze the perspective of *Siyasah Dusturiyah* on the authority of Satpol PP in enforcing Bukittinggi Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2015. This research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data sources include Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) from the Bukittinggi Satpol PP and individuals involved in illegal racing activities. Secondary data sources include the local community around the illegal racing locations. The findings of this study show that Satpol PP’s efforts to combat illegal racing in Bukittinggi are in two forms. First, the pre-emptive law enforcement focuses on prevention through education and outreach activities conducted directly to the public and through media. Second, preventive law enforcement is aimed at preventing legal violations or criminal acts before they occur, such as conducting routine patrols in areas prone to illegal racing and collaborating with related institutions like the Police and the Department of Transportation. Viewed from the Siyasah Dusturiyah perspective, the authority of Satpol PP is relevant to the concept of Wilayatul Hisbah and Ulil Amri. Wilayatul Hisbah emphasizes the task of supervision and enforcement of goodness (amar ma'ruf) and the prevention of wrongdoing (nahi munkar). The enforcement of illegal racing regulations is a form of nahi munkar carried out by Satpol PP to ensure that public behavior remains within safe and lawful boundaries. This action by Satpol PP is in line with the principle of Ulil Amri, which stresses the importance of legitimate authority in maintaining public welfare and safety.
