Abstract

This study investigates the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) implementation on recruitment outcomes, focusing on the mediating role of candidate experience and the moderating effects of trust in AI and organizational culture. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from human resource (HR) professionals across various industries in Indonesia. The results reveal that AI implementation positively affects candidate experience and the quality of hires, with candidate experience as a significant mediator in these relationships. Trust in AI is found to play a dual role, both directly influencing candidate experience and quality of hires and moderating the relationship between AI implementation and candidate experience. Organizational culture, particularly an innovation-oriented culture, strengthens the impact of AI implementation on candidate experience. The study contributes to the theoretical understanding of candidate experience as a higher-order construct and highlights the importance of trust and cultural alignment in AI-driven recruitment. Practical implications emphasize the need for transparent AI systems, regular feedback, and fostering an innovation-oriented culture to enhance recruitment outcomes. Limitations include the cross-sectional design and the focus on a single country, suggesting opportunities for future research to explore longitudinal effects and cross-cultural comparisons.

Abstract

This research is to find out the Ethics of Public Service in the Mangalli Village Office, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews). The results of the study show that service ethics based on rights agreements have been going well because they have served the community regardless of race, ethnicity, religion and politics. The service ethic, namely justice here, has been well implemented by serving the community in a friendly manner. Furthermore, loyalty in the form of special honorary employees remains loyal to the agency regardless of how much salary they receive. And for accountability, it has not been fully implemented properly where employees arrive late to the office and go home before the set hour and employees who are still on an honorary status do not come to the office every day, so the service does not go well.

Abstract

This study was to determine the efforts of localn governments in tackling early marriage in Maros Regency. This study used qualitative research. The informants in this study wete 12 people, data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis were data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study showed that the government efforts in overcoming early marriage in Maros Regency had very good performance, but early marriage still did not achieve satisfactory results, seen from four dimensions, namely: input was a policy issued by the local government in handling early marriage. The second was outputs (activities)that could be in the form of physical funds or non-physical in the prevention of early marriage. The third was the outcome(results) of the local government had launched an excellent program but the results achieved were not very satisfying. The last was the benefits about the adverse effects of early marriage and the impact of both the positive and negative effects of early marriage.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the quality of service at the Makassar City One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (SAMSAT) Office. The type of research is qualitative research. Informants in this research collected data using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the quality of motor vehicle tax services at the Makassar City SAMSAT office seen from five dimensions, namely: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, is good. Makassar City SAMSAT has responded to taxpayer complaints when problems occur in the service process, has knowledge of the work they do and shows good cooperation in serving and being friendly and polite in providing services to taxpayers, they serve with a smile and speak good words so that taxpayers feel appreciated.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is conducted to determine the development of the state civil apparatus also known as ASN in the communication, informatics and coding department of Mamuju Regency.  The research method used is qualitative research with primary and secondary data collection techniques.  The number of informants in this study are 6 people.  The data collection techniques by means of documentation, observation, and interviews.  The results of this study indicate that the education program for apparatus is still lacking motivation to the apparatus to continue their formal education to a higher level.  In addition, the budget for ASN development programs in the Office of Informatics and the Mamuju Archipelago is very minimal, from the aspect of training programs to the apparatus in the Office of Informatics and the Mamuju Archipelago also conducts training for its apparatus, but it is still not consistent in its efforts seen in 2018  and 2019, the Mamuju Communication Information and Informatics Office do not send its apparatus in the Latpim activities organized by BKD and LAN.

Abstract

This study was to find out how the accountability of the Provincial Legislatives Council (DPRD)  in supervising local regulations regarding the Sungguminasa traditional market in Gowa Regency. This study used a qualitative research method. Data was collected by  interviews, documentation, observation. Legitimacy was the acceptance of a decision by a leader that  according to the procedure that applied to society. Legitimacy was related to legal issues and the application of laws. It could be used as a measure of how the decision could  be accepted and its validity recognized by the community. The results of this study showed that DPRD supervision of traditional market was still not good enough with market conditions. It was still muddy and several abandoned stalls, no sanctions for swords selling on the side of the road and irregular parking arrangements.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of information and communication technology in community empowerment at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. The type of research used is qualitative, descriptive in nature. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the role of information and communication technology has been carried out optimally in empowering the community. In this case, the role of information technology and communication in terms of informational, organizational, social development, economic development, political participation and cultural identity can be said to be effective in conveying the information provided on the website. Although there are still some people who are sometimes still hampered by an unstable network. However, the information that has been provided is in accordance with what the community needs.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor desa bonto tangnga kecamatan uluere kabupaten bantaeng. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Bukti langsung (tangibles), kualitas pelayanan berupa sarana fisik perkantoran, komputerisasi administrasi, ruang tunggu 2) Kehandalan (reliability), kecermatan aparatur dalam memberikan pelayanan serta penguasaan penggunaan alat bantunya sudah optimal. 3). Daya tanggap (responsiveness), terkait daya tanggap aparatur telah membantu dan menyediakan pelayanan secara cepat dan tepat. 4) Jaminan (assurance), Aparatur mampu dan ramah serta sopan dalam meyakinkan masyarakat, dan juga Aparatur telah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dimana mereka telah menetapkan jaminan tepat waktu dalam pelayanan. 5) Empati (emphaty), Aparatur telah mendahulukan kepentingan masyarakat dan menjadikannya sebagai prioritas utama

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors of the Family Service Center Sakinah Program at Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa Regency . This study used qualitative research with descriptive type. The data was collected and then analyzed based on indicators. The results showed that the Sakinah program put the headman as the vanguard. In the interpretation aspect, it showed that the technical guidance given in accordance with the technical guidelines for the Sakinah heritage program. Then, application aspects showed a program focused on family resilience. The supporting factor was human resources qualified and supported from the central government while the inhibiting factor were close minded and less awareness about the importance of this program. Keywords: Implementation, Service, Religious Affairs Office (KUA).

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how to increase the motivation of productive civil servants. This study used a quantitative research with a descriptive type which was intended to provide a clear picture of the problems being studied at the Population and Civil Registration office of Enrekang Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people, data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used simple linear regression with the help of the computer program Excel Statistic Analysis SPSS v 24.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the influence of motivation on work productivity of the employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Enrekang Regency. The importance of motivation in increasing the work productivity of employees in the Population and Civil Registration office of Enrekang Regency.Keywords: Motivation, Employee Work Productivity.
