Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan tidak lepas dari peran serta Kepala Madrasah dalam melaksanakan kinerjanya. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya keber-hasilan Kinerja Kepala Madrasah dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, kompetensi manajerial, supervisi, dan kewirausahaan dan masih banyak faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja Kepala Madrasah. Peneli-tian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi manajerial terhadap kinerja Kepala Madrasah, Pengaruh Kompetensi Supervisi terhadap Kinerja Madrasah, Kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja dan kompetensi Manajerial, Supervisi dan Kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Kepala Madrasah. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif non eksperimen, populasi adalah seluruh guru MI Negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Brebes dengan jumlah guru 137 orang, dan ukuran sampel diten-tukan dengan tabel krejcie sebanyak 99 orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana, dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian Kompetensi manajerial tehadap kinerja kepala dengan kategori baik dan signifikan, kompetensi supervisi terhadap kinerja kepala dengan kategori baik dan signifikan, pengaruh kompetensi kewirausa-haan terhadap kinerja sebesar 56,57%, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi manajerial terhadap kinerja kepala madrasah sebesar 75%, kompetensi supervisi sebesar 68,1 %, kompetensi kewirau-sahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 70,3 % hasil analisis berganda menunjukan adanya pen-garuh bersama-sama secara positif dan signifikan kompetensi manajerial, supervisi dan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja kepala madrasah dengan koefisiensi determinasi sebesar 29,7%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan kinerja kepala madrasah perlu ditingkatkan karena masih ada beberapa kepala madrasah kinerjanya dalam kategori cukup. The success of educational unit in achieving target can’t be achieved without the role of the head master of Madrasah in doing his work. It is affected by many factors like managerial competence, supervision, entrepreneurship and other factors which affect the head master’s work. The objective of the research is to analyze the impacts of managerial competence to the work of Madrasah head master, supervision competence to the work of Madrasah, entrepreneur competence to managerial competence, supervision, and entrepreneur together to the work of Madrasah head master. The approach of this research is non quantitative experiment, the populations are whole teachers of MI Negeri in Brebes regency who consists of 137 teachers, and the form of sample is determined by krejcie table which consist of 99 teachers. The data are collected by using questionnaire. The analysis uses descriptive statistic, simple regression, and double regression. statistik The result of managerial competence shows that the work of the head master is in good category and significant, managerial supervision competence to the work is also good, and entrepreneur competence to the work is about 56.57%, there is positive and significant impact to managerial competence toward the work of the head master 75%, , 68,1 % for supervision competence, 70,3 % for entrepreneur competence. The result of double analysis shows that there’s positive and significant mutual impacts of managerial, supervision, and entrepreneur competence toward the work of head mas-ter with determination coefficient that is about 29.7%. Based on this research, it is suggested to increase the productivity of all MI headmaster because there are still some who in average category.

Abstract

The mindset of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran for teachers and students is the essential foundation for the realization of a peaceful school that is coveted by various parties.However, efforts to realize a peaceful school currently still have many obstacles so serious efforts are needed to make it happen. This study aims to explore the mindset of the peace culture of teachers and students of Madrasah Aliyah as a study towards developing the mindset of the school's peaceful culture. The research was conducted through a survey of 44 grade VIII students and 20 Madrasah Aliyah teachers in West Bandung Regency in 2021. The instrument used was a tool for measuring the mindset of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran of teachers and students whose validity and reliability had been tested. The results showed that (1) both the development of mindset of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran of teachers and students were in the moderate category and (2) there was no significant similarity between the mind set of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran of teachers and students. The development of learning models that can facilitate the development of mindset of peace culture based on the values of the Al Quran for teachers and students is highly recommended.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal pola ABCD-ABCD di TK Tunas Harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yaitu dengan 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus 5 RPPH. Hasil Penelitian Pada kondisi awal sebelum tindakan perbaikan yaitu dengan kriteria berkembang sangat baik hanya 2 anak atau sama dengan 10%, pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 4 anak atau sama dengan 20%, dan pada siklus 2 meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 15 anak atau sama dengan 75%. Untuk kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan, pada kondisi awal 5 anak atau sama dengan 25%, pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 11 atau sama dengan 55%, dan pada siklus 2 menjadi 5 anak atau sama dengan 25%. Untuk kriteria mulai berkembang pada kondisi awal 9 anak atau sama dengan 45%, pada siklus 1 berkurang menjadi 5 anak atau sama dengan 25%, dan pada siklus 2 menjadi 0 atau sama dengan 0%. Untuk kriteria belum berkembang pada kondisi awal 4 anak atau 20% pada siklus 1 dan 2 tidak ada atau 0%.

Abstract

Imbas Covid-19 dalam dunia pendidikan memaksa pendidik untuk berinovasi dalam mengembangkan dan mengalihkan proses pembelajaran konvensional ke pembelajaran jarak jauh. Salah satu platform pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah google classroom. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan keefektifan pembelajaran daring melalui google classroom yang ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini berjenis quasi experiment yang dirancang memakai one group pretest-postest design. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh siswa di kelas 11 yang berjumlah 31 orang pada salah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Purwakarta, kemudian data diolah dengan uji paired sample t test serta N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh menggunakan google classroom apabila ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa mencapai persentase 58.3% (cukup efektif menurut tafsiran N-Gain). Hal ini berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan google classroom mengalami peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 22.6%. Namun, di sisi lain ditemukan beberapa kelemahan dalam pembelajaran tersebut seperti penguasaan fitur, siswa tidak memiliki paket data, serta jangkauan sinyal yang tidak merata. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google classroom cukup efektif dalam pembelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: google classroom, hasil belajar, sejarah kebudayaan Islam.   ABSTRACT The impact of current covid-19 has succeeded in changing various educational aspects, thus forcing educators to develop and diverting conventional learning processes into distance learning. One of the distance learning platforms is google classroom. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this application became of its own urgency because of the many features presented to support learning. This research employed a quasi-type experiment design by using a one-group pretest-postest design, which aims to determine the google classroom's effectiveness on Islamic Cultural History learning from the perspective of student learning outcomes. This research employed all students in grade 11 with a total of 31 people at one of the Madrasah Aliyah in Purwakarta Regency. The data were processed by using the paired-sample t-test and N-Gain. The results of the research illustrate that distance learning by using google classroom when viewed from student learning outcomes, reaches a percentage of 58.3% (quite effective according to the interpretation of N-Gain). The result related to the implementation of learning compared to before using Google Classroom showed an increase in average learning outcomes of 22.6%. However, several weaknesses were found in the learning process, such as mastery of features, students not having data packages, and uneven signal coverage. The conclusion of this research showed that the use of Google classroom is quite effective in learning the history of Islamic culture in terms of student learning outcomes.   Keywords: google classroom, history of Islamic culture, learning outcomes

Abstract

This research aims to help mentally disabled students to pray independently by giving suggestion to parrents and teachers. Qualitative approach using interview, observation and documentation are used to collect data. Result shows that some mentally disabled students have not been able to have five times praying with correct reading prayer and movement. Parents can ask to pray together, invite teacher and provide some media. Meanwhile, teacher could make schedule for praying together and make a realia. Constraints faced are lack of mentally disabled knowledge, no appropriate realia and lack of attention  toward mentally disabled students.

Abstract

Humans are unique creatures because they have a different character each other. The character is a strong trait of a man that its formation is influenced by their culture. The tribe of Dayak Losarang in Indramayu district is one of unique custom that located in urban area. Their uniqueness is including how to dress, how to communicate, how to worship and make sense of life. Push factors and pull factors that make them survive in indigenous communities are some rituals which are: a) kungkum, b) pepe, c) ngaula ning anak rabbi, d) ruatan putri keraton, e) pemurnian diri (self-purification), and f) Kliwon Friday night.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effect of tafakkur therapy on psychological well-being on people with odapus. This study used experimental method with a single case design using the variation of type A-B. The participant was a 24-year-old woman with sjorgen odapus from Syamsi Dhuha Foundation. The results showed that there were changes in psychological well-being between before and after attending tafakkur therapy. It touched the aspect of cognition, affection and psychomotor of the subject. The conclusion of the research was tafakkur therapy could affect psychological well-being on individual with odapus. There were also others factors that influence psychological well-being: social support, social economic status, social networks, religiosity, personality, and intensity of attending therapy activities.

Abstract

Based on the observation of the researcher, the lack of future orientation amongst students, particularly in the area of career, led by  deciding on study program was not deliberately when enroll in the university.  The research intended to obtain empirical data on the effect of the identity status on future orientation of the work area among students of the psychology program. The method used correlation study. The results showed that there was a significant influence of the identity status on the future orientation in working area. R square (R2) was 0.314, it meant 31.4% of the variation of the future orientation in working area influenced by the identity status. Three of the four identity statuses have a significant influence, namely the identity of achievement, the diffuse, and the moratorium. In despite there was correlation between foreclosure identity with future-orientation in working area  however there was not significant effect.

Abstract

Young learner education aims to increase belief, personality, and daily worship. This research focus on parents and teachers roles increasing belief of children in kindergarten. Islamic counseling in kindergarten is not spesifically programmed since it is still integrated with religion program. Applying moral and religious values is considered  important including 1) basic belief to Allah SWT, 2) basic personality, and 3) children habit in daily worship. Result shows that some children in kindergarten have not applied daily worship appropriately. Parents support are asking praying together, inviting religion teacher, and providing media. Teacher can make schedule for praying together and making media of praying.
