Abstract

Salah satu “unsur atau elemen utama suatu aktivitas penanggulangan bencana khususnya kegiatan pada massa tanggap darurat bencana dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan baik dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan sistem manajemen logistik bencananya. Penanganan bencana dalam hal distribusi logistik selalu menghadapi permasalahan yang sangat kompleks. Hal ini tampak pada kasus bencana banjir di Kota Kendari pada Bulan Mei tahun 2017 lalu yang menunjukkan lemahnya pelaksanaan distribusi bantuan logistik bencana, seperti sering terjadinya kelebihan stok barang untuk kebutuhan yang tidak mendesak, kurang meratanya distribusi bantuan kepada korban bencana dan lambannya pendistribusian bantuan kepada korban terdampak bencana.”Bantuan Logistik sangat diperlukan dalam penanggulangan bencana khususnya pada saat terjadi bencana. Dukungan bantuan logistik tersebut harus tepat waktu, sasaran, lokasi, jumlah, kualitas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan korban bencana. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan prosedur yang dapat diproses dengan cepat, tepat, dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan menjamin pelayanan publik agar bantuan dapat tersalurkan dengan baik. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan karena lemahnya penatakelolaan pendistribusian bantuan pada saat keadaan darurat bencana. Pentingnya manajemen atau tata kelola pendistribusian bantuan pada saat keadaan darurat bencana, menuntut adanya harmonisasi dan koordinasi dari berbagai aktor yang ikut terlibat dalam pendistribusian bantuan bencana. Selain adanya harmonisasi dan koordinasi dari berbagai aktor tersebut, pendistribusian bantuan juga harus memenuhi Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pendistribusian bantuan logistik korban bencana alam di Kota Kendari pada saat tanggap darurat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa pengelolaan bantuan bencana banjir pada saat tanggap darurat di Kota Kendari sudah cukup baik. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari proses perencanaan yang dilakukan dengan penyusunan rencana operasi. Pengorganisasian dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kendari, Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD), Dinas Sosial Kota Kendari, BPOM, SATPOL PPserta TNI/POLRI. Pada proses pelaksanaannya, ada koordinasi secara rutin yang dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak terkait seperti Pemda Kota Kendari, Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD), Dinas Sosial Kota Kendari, BPOM, SATPOL PP serta TNI/POLRI. Proses evaluasi oleh Pemda Kota Kendari dan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) berjalan rutin.

Abstract

This study aims to know the description of mathematical communication skills in terms of students' mathematics ability in class IX in solving problems on the subject of quadratic equations. The type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. There were 6 research subjects namely two students that have high-ability, two students that has medium-ability, and two students that has low ability. The instruments used in data collection are written tests and interviews. The results showed that subjects with high mathematical abilities were sufficiently able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly, were able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately and were able to connect algebraic expressions into mathematical ideas. Subjects with moderate mathematical abilities are able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately but are less able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly and are also less able to connect algebraic expressions to mathematical ideas. Subjects with low mathematical abilities are not able to describe and state problem situations in written or image form properly and correctly, are less able to use mathematical symbols and terms appropriately and have not been able to connect algebraic expressions into mathematical ideas. The results of this study are expected to add insight and improve students' mathematical communication skills, especially in solving math problems related to the application of everyday life.

Abstract

Hypertensive patients who are not adhering to treatment cannot control their blood pressure so it is importantto find solutions that can stabilize blood pressure with food that is consumed and can be found anytimearound them. Objective: This study was to identify the effectiveness of cucumber and Ambon banana fruitin reducing blood pressure in hypertensive sufferers. Method: This type of research is a Quasy Experimentwith a non-randomized pretest and posttest control group design. Population of this study were hypertensivepatient in Pallangga subdistrict and Sample participated were 24 people with hypertension selected bypurpossive sampling with the sample formula of unpaired numerical analytic research. Results: There weredifferences before and after treatment in the two groups, there was no difference in the effectiveness of thesample in the two same treatments. Conclusion: Cucumber and banana fruit are effective for lowering bloodpressure.

Abstract

As the development of the current technology all the things already made easy with State of the art equipment as well as prepaid electricity kWh meter functionality so users can power savings and not the onset of delinquency, this is beneficial Power of State parties (PLN) but complicates the user (consumer) in filling the power balance prepaid charging process manually via keypad. Balance SMS-based charging system will simplify the user in filling out the balance of electricity prabayarnya those in homes through official place of purchase electric token. The control system developed by mikrokontroller programming and communication interface which is connected with a digital meter prepaid and computers as well as mobile devices can run well but still the need for synchronization with the PLN to get optimal results.

Abstract

Pengawasan tempat sampah masih dilakukan secara manual, di tempat penelitian ini sering terjadi penumpukan sampah pada bak tempat sampah dimana petugas yang khusus menangani pengambilan sampah sering mengalami keterlambatan sehingga muncul bau yang tidak sedap yang dihirup oleh masyarakat dan menimbulkan penyakit yang membahayakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimental dimana ruang lingkup masalah dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka (library research), metode pengumpulan data lapangan (field research) hasil pengujian pada alat yang dirancang, didapatkan bahwa apabila ketinggian Sampah mencapai 0-10 cm dari jarak ke tiga sensor maka Modul GSM 800L V2 akan mengirim status yang tampil pada aplikasi adalah Sampah Penuh dan apa bila hanya satu sensor membaca ketinggian sampah maka tidak akan dikirim ke aplikasi, adapun hanya bisa dikirim ke aplikasi apabila ke tiga sensor membaca sampah yang mencapai 0-10 cm Hasil Perancangan Sistem Kontrol berbasis IoT Sistem ini terdiri dari tiga sensor yaitu 2 sensor proximity dan sensor Ultrasonic dengan jarak pembacaan masing-masing 0-10 cm untuk mengontrol menggunakan android dengan notifikasi, Efektivitas Sistemnya Sistem monitoring berbasis IoT mengumpulkan data secara otomatis dari sensor-sensor yang terpasang pada bak sampah. Data ini dikirimkan secara real-time ke platform penyimpanan data, memungkinkan pemantauan yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif yang mencakup pengumpulan dan analisis data yang berupa angka atau besaran tertentu dengan menggunakan pengujian statistic. Data yang diperoleh dari tabulasi angket atau kuesioner dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 100 orang dari nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia kc sungguminasa, gowa. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah dengan persepsi sebagai variabel moderating. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung di BSI KC Sungguminasa Gowa, kemudian variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung di BSI KC Sungguminasa Gowa. Dan variabel persepsi mampu memoderasi (memperkuat) hubungan antara kualitas produk terhadap minat menabung di BSI KC Sungguminasa Gowa. Variabel Persepsi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara citra merek terhadap minat menabung di BSI KC Sungguminasa Gowa.

Abstract

Students as part of a society that has a mark plus separately own a very important role in the growth and development of the nation. Where are the students? Of course, no one will once be free from life and social society, this makes the student not quite enough answer separately regarding their education travel because they are capable apply their knowledge get on the bench studying to help existing problems in public. The study aims to find a description of the role of internal campus organizations in increasing achievements and abilities of communication with students at the STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok-NTB campus. Where are the internal campus organizations? Of course, just expected will bring a big impact on the development campus and share existing students, however the facts that happened in the field show that the internal campus organization at STIT Palapa Nusantara still has minimal movement, the reason is is lack of support and motivation from party campus and students alone in various their activities held. Studying this uses a approach qualitative, which is of a nature natural and more put forward feelings or experiences experienced by the source of the data. With method study studies case, that is something research conducted to learn something problems that occur in something group. Subject, his research is on administrator student organizations active organization and throughout student active various majors at STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok-NTB. The procedure used in the study is interviews and observations, then after the data is collected analyzed using stages that are data presentation and withdrawal conclusion. Based on the results of research that has been done, the conclusion from the study is that the role of internal campus organizations in increasing achievements and abilities of communication students at STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok-NTB still not yet been achieved, based on results of interviews that have been obtained several factors become trigger matter these, among others is lack of support from party campus and lecturers, lack interest student follow activities that have been provided, up to lack of awareness every administrator organization to roles and responsibilities answer each existing division.

Abstract

A business point is one of the most important factors as a place to support business activities. In determining the business location point, consideration must first be done carefully and not haphazardly wherever it is, but the location is determined based on careful consideration for reasons of sustainability in the success of the business now and in the future. The aim of this research is to build a system that can recommend determining business points by applying spatial data and implementing the AHP method and TOPSIS method for recommendations for determining housing business points in Mamuju Regency. The methods used in this research are the TOPSIS and AHP methods. Research results from the topsis method trial results with trial results from several alternatives which ranked first were Simboro sub-district with a percentage value of 0.67 and the results of the AHP method trials with several alternatives obtained the top ranking results were Binanga sub-district with a percentage of 0.11. The conclusion of this research is based on the results of a comparison of two methods between the TOPSIS method and the AHP method. The highest level of accuracy is the topsis method.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of implementing structural systems and building construction on energy efficiency. Quantitative analysis methods are used with the help of SPSS Version 27 to test the correlation between structural system variables, building construction and energy efficiency. A linear regression test was carried out to understand how much influence the application of structural systems and building construction has on energy efficiency. The results of the research show that the application of the structure and building construction system has an effect on energy efficiency, where each increase of one unit influences the application of the structure and building construction system to 100% energy efficiency. In addition, the Pearson correlation test shows that there is a strong relationship between the application of structural systems and building construction and energy efficiency. A high correlation coefficient indicates that implementing the right system has the potential to increase building energy efficiency. These findings show the importance of selecting appropriate structural systems and building construction in achieving high energy efficiency. Thus, this research contributes to understanding how to build more energy efficient buildings.

Abstract

Moral education is certainly important for all levels of education, from elementary school to university. In general, moral education is actually needed from an early age to become a leader. This study aims, First, to find out the strategy of the head of the madrasa in managing the moral education of students at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot. Second, to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student morals and achievement at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used by researchers include: Observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that: First; a) reading the prayer reciting the yellow book together at the mosque, b) scholarship program, c) tahfis al qur'an, d) dhuha prayer in congregation before class, e) holding midday prayer in congregation at school, f) commemoration of holidays Islam, Second; The principal's strategic steps in building a religious culture at MA Al-Muhsinin Pijot are: through programs, planning, providing examples, partnerships and contributing to activities, habituation and evaluation. Third; Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving student morals and achievement in MA AL–Muhsinin Pijot, a) supporting factors, in increasing student morals and achievement are curriculum and learning, madrasa institutional organization, facilities and infrastructure, manpower (teachers and staff), financing, and community roles. b) the inhibiting factor in improving student morals and achievement at MA Al–Muhsinin Pijot is the number of skilled teachers, the background of students is less supportive. Efforts to improve morals and student achievement must be addressed together so that there are changes that occur in madrasas so as to create superior madrasas.
