Abstract

Abstrak—Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahuiimplementasi E-Learning Klasiber yang digunakan olehUniversitas Islam Indonesia di Yogyakarta untuk mendapatkannet benefit dari sistem informasi Klasiber yang diterapkan.Penelitian ini mengadopsi model DeLone and McLean 2003dengan menguji lima variabel yaitu system quality, informationquality, service quality, user satisfaction dan net benefit. Teknikanalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (StructuralEquation Model). Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 169orang yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa yang menggunakanE-Learning Klasiber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasystem quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap usersatisfaction, information quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadapuser satisfaction. Service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadapuser satisfaction. User satisfaction berpengaruh signifikanterhadap net benefit.Kata kunci—E-Learning, system quality, information quality,service quality, user satisfaction, net benefit.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on empirical facts that occurred in the field, that maternal and child health services at the Nosarara Palu Health Center that were not supported by the use of information technology made maternal and child health care services not optimal, such as data errors, slow search, data redundancy and making reports that require a long time. One source of data to make reports on maternal and child health services in the Puskesmas was obtained from the results of MCH activities at the Puskesmas which were registered in a register called cohort (maternal health register and child health register. Therefore researchers made applications that could help midwives in service In the Puskesmas, this research was developed with a prototype method using Borland Dephi and MYSQL, before making the application a design test was conducted by interviewing 5 respondents.The results of this study obtained medical record data quickly and accurately, facilitating the midwife of the Nosarara health center in making cohort report participant service reports, facilitating midwives at the Nosarara health center in searching data for MCH patients, both new patients and older patients who frequently visit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang  permasalahan dalam proses verifikasi kelayakan  distribusi bantuan UMKM dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Sigi, yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan pada saat proses pendataan dan adanya unsur subyektifitas dalam penentuan penerima dana. Selain itu masalah yang terjadi adalah pemberian bantuan yang berulang-ulang dan ada yang mendapatkan bantuan belum selesai masa pemberian bantuan selanjutnya. Hal ini akan mengakibatkan terjadinya ketidak akuratan dalam penyaluran dana bantuan ke UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan meinplemenasikan aplikasi distribuis bantuan UMKM oleh Dinas. Metod Perancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Prototype. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa aplikasi dapat memberikan informasi mengenai daftar penerima bantuan UMKM di Kabupaten Sigi, dapat melakukan verifikasi penerima UMKM yang sudah pernah menerima bantuan di tahun yang sama. Berdasarkan  hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi secara fungsional mengeluarkan hasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan dinyatakan valid

Abstract

Knowledge and utilization of digital images are growing rapidly not only in the fields of medicine and industry but also in the field of agriculture. This knowledge can apply it to a computer-based program that is used to detect agricultural products more effectively and efficiently. this research aims to build a system to detect the types of pests and diseases of cocoa pods because in general, an inspection of pests and diseases of cocoa pods is still manual based on the visual analysis of the color of the pods visually by the human eye which has limitations, which requires more energy to sort, the level of human consistency. In terms of assessing the symptoms of pests and fruit diseases, it is not guaranteed, because humans can experience fatigue, and humans also assess symptoms of pests and fruit diseases, sometimes it is subjective. This study utilizes digital image processing techniques to extract the color features of digital images of cocoa pods, the method used to extract the color features of Hue, Saturation, Value (HSV), and the classification algorithm used by K-Nearest Neighbor. The data used as many as 150 images divided into 70% training data and 30% testing data. Based on the results of trials using k values ​​of 5,7,11 and 13 in the holdout method, the best accuracy is 84.44% with a value of k = 5. And in the k-5 cross-validation test, the best accuracy is also found at k = 5 with a value accuracy of 99.33%.

Abstract

Blood donation is an important activity in the medical world that requires efficient coordination between donors and recipients of blood donations so that blood needs are met. However, the blood donation process still needs to be improved because of the lack of donors and the difficulty of blood recipients to find donors. Using this problem, researchers designed and developed a web application that utilizes ReactJS as a frontend Library and ExpressJS as a backend framework. This application will help donors to register, make donor appointments, and access information related to blood donor activities. Admins can use this application to manage information and send notifications to donors. This research system development method needs analysis, system design, application implementation, and testing and evaluation. This research uses two tests, namely Blackbox and a questionnaire. The result of this research is an application system named Badonordarah that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the blood donor service process in Palu City and make it easier for donors and blood recipients to interact

Abstract

Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Sekolah menggunakan Metode Repository Pattern bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan perpustakaan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara konvensional. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini mempermudah pencatatan peminjaman, pengembalian buku, dan pengelolaan data lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan perpustakaan, dengan akses informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Mayoritas pengguna menyatakan puas dengan antarmuka sistem yang intuitif dan user-friendly. Sistem ini juga memudahkan pustakawan dan admin dalam mengelola data, mencatat peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta mengorganisasikan kategori buku. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dengan metode Repository Pattern di SMK Negeri 3 Palu berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan perpustakaan, serta memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pengguna.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Service Reporting Information System is an important aspect in managing population data at the provincial level. However, data security in these systems is a major concern, given the sensitivity of the personal information contained therein. This research applies the RC4 algorithm to the reporting information system of the Central Sulawesi Province population and civil registration service to improve data security. This research uses a system development method with a case study approach. Researchers implemented the RC4 algorithm on an existing reporting information system and analyzed its impact on data security. Data was collected through interviews with Population and Civil Registration Service officers, observations, and testing system functionality. The applications built are tested using blackbox and crackstation. The results of black box testing show that the application produces the desired output and is in accordance with the function of the application program created. The results of the crackstation test show that the RC4 algorithm was not successfully solved. The research results show that the application of the RC4 algorithm to the reporting information system of the Central Sulawesi Province Population and Civil Registration Service can significantly increase data security. This algorithm is able to encrypt data sent over the network, thereby preventing unauthorized access and misuse of information

Abstract

ABSTRACT The administrative and final project service submission system is an information system that will be used at the Information Technology Department of Tadulako University in terms of carrying out the administrative process and final assignments for both lecturers, education staff, and students. SIPENDEKAR is designed for lecturers, education personnel, and students SIPENDEKAR is designed to integrate all administrative processes and final assignments. This research uses the heuristic evaluation method . The heuristic evaluation method is a method used to identify problems in the use of interface design, so that usability problems can be corrected through the redesign process. Through the application of Heuristic Evaluation, we can find obstacles and receive suggestions for improvement from experts based on usability principles that apply to websites that have 10 principles, namely Visibility of system status, Match between system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Error Prevention, Recongnition rather than recall, Flexibility and efficiency of use, Aesthetic and minimalist design, Help users recognize, Dialogue, and recovers from errors, and Help and documentation. The questionnaire testing involved 37 respondents, the results of the validity and reliability test were declared valid and reliable.This research uses 6 research stages Identification of problems and literature studies, determination of evaluation methods, preparation for evaluation, and preparation for evaluation.

Abstract

The digital transformation era has fueled enthusiasm for digital living among Indonesian society, driven by the surging use of internet and smartphones. The digital economy has unlocked new opportunities for businesses and entrepreneurship, significantly boosting national economic growth. In this context, MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a pivotal role as the backbone of Indonesia's economy, holding immense potential to drive national progress. The year 2024 has been designated as the year of digital transformation for MSMEs, with a target of integrating 30 million MSMEs into the digital ecosystem. Sigi Regency, with its 30,554 MSMEs spanning diverse business sectors, is a key focus for the local government's efforts to digitize the MSME sector, aiming to enhance product quality, services, and global competitiveness. To achieve this goal, an integrated web and Android system is proposed, empowering MSMEs to independently manage product data and business profiles, creating a digital gallery to showcase the Sigi MSME catalog.

Abstract

Biochar is widely used for water and soil remediation due to its local availability and low production costs. However, its effectiveness depends on the physicochemical properties related to the raw material and pyrolysis temperature, as well as the environmental conditions where it is used. Additionally, biochar is susceptible to natural aging caused by changes in soil or sediment moisture, which can alter its redox properties and interactions with contaminants such as arsenic. Therefore, we are interested in conducting fundamental research on raw materials from grass types and their influence on the growth and production of QPM corn plants. In this research, we carried out laboratory content tests and field experiments. The treatments were: p0 control, p1 = 3 tons ha-1 biochar, p2 = 6 tons ha-1 biochar, p3 = 9 tons ha-1, p4 = 12 tons ha-1, p5 = 15 tons ha-1. The experimental results showed that the administration of biochar made from Arundo Spp. 12 tons Ha-1 can increase the effective growth and production of corn plants
