Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes on care for living things through the application of group investigation model can theme. The research method was classroom action consisting two cycles with subjects were the 4th grade students of Pemurus Baru 1 Public Elementary School academic year 2017/2018, total sample 30 students, and data collected through evaluation test. The results showed that by using study group investigation, the student learning outcomes increase.

Abstract

Mengacu pada besarnya kontribusi sektor UMKM terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) Kota Batu yang mencapai 86,7 persen dan penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor UMKM sejumlah 45.447 orang atau sebesar 21,35 persen dari total penduduk Kota Batu yang jumlahnya kurang lebih 213 ribu jiwa (Richa, 2018 dalam malangtimes.com), tidak sedikit UMKM di Kota Batu yang menghadapi berbagai persoalan sehingga menyebabkan lemahnya daya saing. Sekalipun UMKM dikatakan dapat bertahan dari berbagai krisis global, akan tetapi pada kenyataannya permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi tetap banyak dan rumit. Tambunan (2009) dan Ishak (2005) menyebukan bahwa para pelaku UMKM menghadapi persoalan utama yakni kurangnya akses informasi, seperti informasi pasar, informasi mengenai keahlian dalam pemasaran, informasi terkait dengan legalisasi, perizinan, dan birokrasi, dan yang paling utama adalah sulitnya mengakses informasi mengenai pendanaan, pinjaman, maupun kredit. Berbagai persoalan ini menjadi kendala bagi pelaku UMKM karena dengan terbatasnya akses informasi, pelaku UMKM tidak dapat mengarahkan pengembangan usahanya secara foku dan terarah, sehingga perkembangan usahanya mengalami stagnasi. Kemampuan dalam mengakses berbagai informasi tersebut menjadi modal penting bagi pelaku UMKM, bukan hanya dari aspek ekonomi saja akan tetapi juga untuk aspek sosial yang lain. Modal yang demikian ini termasuk dalam modal social atau social capital. Adapun hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu terbukanya pengetahuan dari pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya hubungan sosial dan juga pentingnya modal sosial yang berlandaskan trust (kepercayaan). Terlebih di Era New Normal saat ini, yang dilakukan UMKM bukan untuk mengembangkan usahanya lagi melainkan bagaimana para pelaku UMKM ini dapat bertahan sehingga usahanya tetap berjalan. Oleh karena itu sangat penting bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memahami bagaimana social capital dapat menjadi senjata ampuh bagi usahanya untuk terus bertahan di tengah ketidakpastian.

Abstract

Social studies subject is one of complex and broad lessons for students. This subject is considered as one of the most difficult subjects by students. This researcher, then, aims at developing a supplementary book to support the learning process of Social Studies. This research and development employed a modified Borg and Gall model (consisted of nine major stages). The assessment of the developed product was obtained from expert validators and field trials. The validation from the expert validators concluded that the developed supplementary book is feasible to be applied. In addition, the field trials confirmed that the developed supplementary book is practical to be used and it is able to improve students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: Social studies learning is one of the lessons that has more difficulty than other subjects in understanding the mastery of the material. This development research aims to develop learning media that are also a source of learning for social studies subjects in class VII. Research and development was carried out at Rejotangan 1 Junior High School in class VII-B with 29 students. The research and development (RnD) development model proposed by Borg and Gall was modified into 9 stages. The resullts of the validity of tha product obtained a vary valiid qualification wiith a percantage of 84.98%. The results of product attractiveness obtained very attractive qualifications wiith a percantage of 87.77%. The results of product practicality obtained very practical qualifications with a percentage of 91.42%, and the results of product effectiveness seen from the pretest learning outcomes obtained an average score of 72.4 to 84.5 on the average posttest learning outcomes.Abstrak:  Pembalajaran IPS meerupakan salah satu pelajaran yng memiliki tingkat kesulitan yng lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan mata pelajaran lain dalam pemahaman penguasaan materinya. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untak mengembangkan media belajar yng juga sebagei sumbar belajar untak mate pellajaran IPS kelas VII. Penalitian dn pengembangan dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Rejotangan pada kelas VII-B dengan subyek 29 siswa. Model pengembangan Researrch and devalopment (RnD) yng diikemukakan oleh Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi 9 tahap. Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research and development was to produce interactive multimedia product of thematic which valid, practical, effective, and interesting. The development research model used is the ASSURE model, namely: (1) analysis of student characteristics; (2) determine learning objectives; (3) choosing strategy, technology, media and material; (4) using technology, media and materials; (5) requires student participation; and (6) assessing and revising. The results showed that interactive multimedia products were declared valid. The results of the 87.15% field test match the practicality criteria. Attractiveness gets 92.6% (interesting). Based on paired t test, thematic interactive multimedia the beauty of my country is effectively used in learning because it can improve student learning outcomes. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan produk multimedia interaktif tematik yang valid, praktis, efektif, dan menarik. Model penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ASSURE yaitu: (1) analisis karakteristik siswa; (2) menentukan tujuan pembelajaran; (3) memilih strategi, teknologi, media, dan materi; (4) menggunakan teknologi, media, dan materi; (5) memerlukan partisipasi siswa; dan (6) menilai dan merevisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk multimedia interaktif dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji coba lapangan 87,15% sesuai dengan kriteria kepraktisan. Kemenarikan memperoleh hasil 92,6% (menarik). Berdasarkan uji t berpasangan, multimedia interaktif tematik indahnya negeriku efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran karena dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

When preparing an effective marketing strategy, a bank must consider its competitors as well as its customers. Establishing a mutual relationship with customers requires a better means of satisfying customer needs than the competitors. Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) should always analyze their competitors and develop marketing strategies that effectively give the company a good position compared to the competitors and provide a competitive advantage as strong as possible. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. The design was categorized as causal relationship research. The data were then analyzed using the path analysis. Findings of the research showed that customer satisfaction, service quality, and customer loyalty affected the competitive advantage of Sentra Batik Pamekasan. The effect of customer loyalty on the competitive advantage could be observed from the number of Sentra Batik Pamekasan’s customers who decided not to move to other financial institutions (banks). When the company could give better service quality, the customer loyalty and the competitive advantage among financial institutions would get higher.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a tremendous impact on the economy. Last year the whole world faced an economic downturn and caused a very deep contraction as almost all countries imposed strict mobility restrictions. Many countries have implemented lockdowns which have consequences for the economy which immediately slumped very sharply. Indonesia is faced with many problems related to economic aspects as a result of Covid-19. The economics Indonesia in 2020 experienced negative growth, unemployment and poverty rates increased. Based on Year on Year calculations, economic growth in the first quarter of 2020 showed a weakening by only reaching 2.97% compared to the achievement of the first quarter of 2019 which was 5.07%. The research method uses the document study method on the results of previous research, which is traced through journals on several electronic media such as digital libraries, websites and library journal connections. Journal searches are carried out via Google Browser and Google Scholar. Journal searches are carried out using keywords: MSMEs, the role of the Indonesian government in the economy, the economy of the covid 19 pandemic. From each research result obtained, it is further analyzed, which is then used as a supporting journal to strengthen that the Indonesian government plays a role in improving performance of micro, small and medium enterprises. The Indonesian government has a perpu in terms of handling micro, small and medium enterprises in Indonesia; The Perppu regulates state financial policies including state revenue policies including policies in the field of taxation, state expenditure policies including policies in regional finance, and financing policies; The government allows MSME business activities to be a guarantee for accessing business financing loans; the government also provides a Special Allocation Fund (DAK) to support the empowerment and development of MSMEs.

Number of respondents 72 students, 36 students in grade control (conventional) and the experimental class of 36 students (PBL). Instruments used the descriptions written tests. Based on research results using the Independent Sample T-Test results obtained 0.000 <0.05. This means that there are difference significant between critical thinking skills in the classroom with the conventional model and PBL. These results are supported by the acquisition of the average yield of critical thinking skills acquisition experimental class with a mean = 14.2, while the control class to get mean = 12.4. So it could be concluded that there were significant differences of critical thinking skills class with PBL and conventional models.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir ktitis siswa SD dengan menerapakan model Problem Baased Learning (PBL) dan Konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini yakni kuasi eksperimen berdesain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Jumlah responden 72 siswa, 36 siswa kelas kontrol (dengan konvensional) dan 36 siswa kelas eksperimen (dengan PBL). Instrumen yang dipakai yakni tes tulis uraian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test diperoleh hasil 0,000 < 0,05. Hal tersebut berarti ada perbedaan yang significan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas dengan model konvensional dan PBL. Hasil tersebut didukung dengan perolehan hasil rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kritis kelas eksperimen dengan perolehan rerata = 14,2 sedangkan kelas kontrol mendapatkan rerata = 12,4. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan ada perbedaan signifikan keterampilan berpikir kritis kelas dengan model PBL dan konvensional.
