Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the significance of the effect of quality of work life and self-esteem on employee performance. This study employed a quantitative research design. The research sample was 32 employees of PT. Podomoro Poultry Equipment. Data collection was done by distributing closed questionnaires; quality of work life questionnaire, self-esteem questionnaire, and employee performance questionnaire; using a Likert scale 1-5 which was given to respondents directly. The analysis phase was carried out the first time by testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The results of the study found that simultaneously, quality of work life and self-esteem had a significant effect on employee performance, and partially it was also found that quality of work life and self-esteem had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership styles and compensation for employees ' performance in UD Sinar Gemilang. This research data is derived from the method of presenting data from the response of respondents (questionnaires), as well as the results of other research that is relevant with the objects studied, in this case the primary data of UD Sinar Gemilang. The sample in the study was 35 respondents. The sample withdrawal method uses a saturated sampling where sampling is used throughout the population. The analyses used in this study were multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 16 programs. The results of this research show that the style of leadership has no effect and is not significant to the employee's performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. While the simultaneous leadership and compensation styles have a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD Sinar Gemilang Nganjuk employees.

Abstract

To create the success of the work of an employee, a leader must take a management step so that organizational goals can be achieved. The work environment, in the organization is also very influential on improving the performance of employees. Motivation in terms of someone's personality that encourages the desire of individuals to carry out certain activities to achieve goal of self satisfaction. Training for employees is a process of teaching activities knowledge and expertise to improve, and develop work competencies. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, meaning that all populations are sampled, namely all employees of the Department of Agriculture and Plantation of Kediri Regency as many as 50 people. With technical analysis of validity, reliability, multiple regression, R2, test F test hypotheses, t test and classical assumption test normality, multicolinerity test, hereroskedasticity test. And linearity test. All analyzes were done with SPSS software. The results of this study: 1) there is a significant influence between work environment (X1), motivation (X2) and training (X3) on employee performance (Y). This can be seen from the correlation value (R) of 0.899. 2) there is a significant influence between (X1) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of the test t count (2,247) with a probability value (α) of 0.029 <0.05. 3) there is a significant influence between motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y). This can be proven by the test results t count (2.408) with a probability value (α) of 0.020 <0.05. 4) there is a significant influence between training (X3) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of tcount (2.184) with a probability value (α) of 0.034 <0.05.

Abstract

Green marketing adalah satu topik dalam ilmu pemasaran yang banyak diminati oleh para peneliti terutama di kawasan benua Asia. Negara di kawasan Asia yang banyak menghasilkan artikel tentang Green Marketing, beberapa diantaranya adalah negara India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Iran, Taiwan, Pakistan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan riset menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dengan menggunakan kata kunci green marketing sebagai judul penelitian. Metadata yang digunakan diunduh dari database Scopus dari tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2013, berbahasa inggris dan berbentuk artikel penelitian. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work life balance and compensation on employee performance with employer branding as a moderating variable on Gen Z in Kediri City. This type of research is quantitative research with non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 100 respondents who are Gen Z in Kediri City who work as employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire method distributed online via google form. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that work life balanced has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at gen z in Kediri City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at gen z in Kediri City. Work life balanced has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with employer branding as a moderating variable on gen z in Kediri City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with employer branding as a moderating variable on gen z in Kediri City.

Abstract

This study analyses the effect of brand experience and service quality on brand loyalty mediated by brand trust. This type of research is explanatory research and primary data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used stratified proportionate random sampling method. The number of samples was 127 respondents who were Umrah pilgrims of PT Al Madinna Mutiara Sunnah. The data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software.  The results showed that Brand Experience and Service Quality each had a significant effect on brand trust. Brand Experience has a significant effect on brand loyalty, while service quality has no significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand trust significantly mediates the relationship between brand experience or service quality variables on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and brand awareness on customer satisfaction at Hits Chicken Kediri. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of all Hits Chicken customers, with 117 respondents selected using incidental sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25.0. The results indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality also shows a significant influence, as fast, friendly, and consistent service improves customer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand awareness significantly affects satisfaction since customers tend to choose easily recognizable brands. The simultaneous test confirms that the three independent variables significantly influence customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 44.9%. These findings highlight the importance of integrated strategies in strengthening brand image, improving service quality, and building brand awareness to enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, work spirit, and physical work environment on employee performance at the Regional Revenue, Financial, and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) of Kediri City. This research employed an associative quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population consisted of 215 employees, and a purposive sampling technique was used to select 100 respondents. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted through classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that work ethic, work spirit, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.693 shows that 69.3% of employee performance variation can be explained by the three independent variables. Therefore, improving employee performance at BPPKAD Kediri City can be achieved by strengthening work ethics, increasing work spirit, and creating a comfortable and productive physical work environment.
