Kemampuan sosial emosional anak di TK. Nurussyakirin masih tergolong rendah, ada 9 anak yang masih rendah kemampuan sosial emosionalnya hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya kurang nya bekerjasama dengan teman sebaya, belum mampu sabar menunggu giliran, kurang mematuhi peraturan, dan belum mampu mengendalikan emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sosial Emosional anak melalui metode proyek di Tk.Nurussyakirin Sindang Jaya Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hal ini terlihat dari adanya peningkatan kemampuan sosial emosional anak pada pembahasan siklus 1, siklus II dan siklus III, anak didik yang berkembang sangat baik/BSB pada siklus I 8% sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 50% dan pada siklus III meningkat sebesar 100 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan maka dapat penulis simpulkan bahwa metode proyek dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak pada kelompok B di TK.Nurussyakirin Sindang Jaya Kabupaten Tangerang.

This study aims to determine the effect of job design and management information technologi on service quality State Senior High School in Nort Jakarta.The method used ini this research is survey method with path analysis techniques. This study used a population of teachers State Senior High School in Nort Jakarta much as 150 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is proportional random sampling methode.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, there is the effect of job design on service quality; Secondly, there is the effect of management information technology on service quality; Third, there is the effect of job design on management information technology.

This type, of course, consists of compulsory courses, prerequisites, concentrations, and electives. Human Resource Management courses are compulsory courses that must be followed by all undergraduate students of the Department of Management at the Faculty of Economics, Malang State University. The development of Fun POAC Human Resources Application as an e-learning medium in this human resource management course is to create and develop electronic learning media which will be able to make it easier for students to understand how planning, organizing, moving, and controlling human resources in an organization, Making learning in resource management courses is not boring and interesting because it is not only encouraged in listening to what lecturers say but is packed with application devices with various accessories and interesting features that can make students motivated to open, read and understand learning materials, assignments and practices. The material on the application is packaged for one semester lectures. The e-learning media developed consists of fun planning HR, Fun Organizing HR, Fun Actuating HR, and fun controlling desktop-based menus so that students or those who want to use this application can install it on their respective computers or laptops. The development method carried out is the Borg &Gall development model (2005) using waterfall grooves(waterfall)at the stage of development. The development stages start from needs analysis, product planning, product development, trial/implementation (validation), revision, and report creation. The product results in the form of the "Fun POAC Human Resources" Application as a learning medium in human resource management courses and will be equipped with media application videos, as well as media usage instructions.

Mempelajari Al-Qur'an sangat penting bagi umat Islam di mana pun untuk menjalani kehidupan yang memuaskan. Ilmu ini adalah kunci yang membuka ilmu-ilmu keislaman lainnya. Seseorang dapat belajar lebih banyak tentang ilmu Islam, termasuk bab-babnya tentang aqidah, ibadah, moral, dan agama, melalui membaca, menulis, dan memahami Al-Qur'an saat dipelajari. Pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan kesadaran budaya baca tulis Al-Qur’an di kalangan ibu-ibu perumahan Graha Tirto Asri. Metode yang digunakan ceramah, pengajaran langsung/demonstrasi, praktik (hands-on learning) dan tanya jawab. Hasil pengabdian ini menjelaskan bahwa pelatihan ini menjadikan sebuah perubahan-perubahan, perubahan langsung, seperti orang yang sebelumnya tidak tahu Al-Qur'an menjadi akrab dengannya, mereka yang sebelumnya tidak bisa membaca Al-Qur'an akhirnya bisa melakukannya, dan orang yang sebelumnya tidak tahu huruf-huruf abjad menjadi tahu, makharijul menjadi akrab dengan huruf makharijul, membantu mereka yang kesulitan membaca Al-Qur'an untuk melakukannya. Serta membantu orang-orang yang sebelumnya tidak mengetahui panjang pendeknya bacaan Al-Qur'an menjadi sadar, dan mereka membantu orang-orang yang sebelumnya tidak mengetahui bacaan wakaf (tempat untuk berhenti membaca Al-Qur'an). 'an) untuk menyadarinya. Sementara itu, untuk perubahan tidak langsung, seperti hati Ibu-ibu yang membaca al-Qur’an menjadi lebih tenang, keluarganya lebih bagus, dan bisa memberi contoh pada anak-anak dan keluarganya untuk membiasakan membaca al-Qur’an di rumah sehingga tumbuh energi positif dari dalam diri ibu-ibu yang membiasakan membaca al-Qur’an dan berpengaruh terhadap keluarganya.

This research is a literature study that discusses separation anxiety disorder in early childhood. The purpose of this study is to describe how the phenomenon of separation anxiety develops from infant, toodler and preeschool ages. Separation anxiety can be a mental disorder that must be handled properly by teachers and parents. This research uses library research. The collected research data is then analyzed using Description Analysis Content, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that separation anxiety disorder occurs when children have to separate from attached figures. Parents and teachers must be able to understand comprehensively the factors that cause children to experience separation anxiety disorder and provide treatment for separation anxiety disorder in children from an Islamic perspective through parental intervention activities according to the example of the Prophet Muhammad.

Abstrak Pendidikan anak usia dini yaitu suatu upaya pemberian rangsang dalam membantu perkembangan jasmani dan rohani supaya memiliki kesiapan pada tingkat pendidikan dasar. Pemberian rangsang tersebut diantaranya meliputi aspek motorik, kognitif, bahasa, nilai agama moral, seni, dan sosial emosional. Enam aspek tersebut saling berkaitan, dengan demikian pendidikan yang diberikan harus bersifat menyenangkan supaya anak dapat berkembang sesuai tahapan usianya. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan langsung di salah satu Lembaga TK ABA Landungsari Pekalongan khususnya kelompok B2, TK tersebut terletak di jalan HOS Cokroaminoto gang 13 Landungsari Pekalongan. Sekolah ini merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memiliki prestasi yang cukup baik dan memiliki program pengembangan motorik kasar. Berdasarkan observasi peneliti di kelompok B 2 TK ABA Landungsari Pekalongan ditemukan hasil observasi yaitu dari 18 peserta didik, hanya di temukan 3 peserta didik saja yang sudah mampu berdiri di atas satu kaki dengan kedua tangan merentang tanpa bergoyang dan tanpa saling memegang temannya dengan menggunakan waktu sepuluh hitungan. Selain observasi, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara, berdasarkan hasil wawancara peneliti dengan kepala sekolah ditemukan program pengembengan motorik kasar diantaranya, dengan permainan papan titian, engklek, lompat tali dan senam yang dilaksanakan pendidik untuk membangkitkan semangat anak sebelum belajar, sehingga pengembangan tersebut mampu menguatkan otot-otot besar anak. The purpose of this analysis is to analyze employee recruitment and employee performance. This research uses the systematic literature review method. The data source obtained from Scopus was 313 for the 2019–2023 period, and we continued with the exclusion and inclusion criteria to obtain 46 journals that were reviewed. The results of this research state that digitalization technology makes the employee recruitment process easier, one of which is distributing advertisements on the company's official website. The recruitment system needs to have a good framework to attract quality employees. Employee performance is also influenced by individual and organizational factors; therefore, companies need to consider the age and experience factors of a prospective employee. The company's strategy for its employees is also very important to increase employee productivity.

As business competition is getting tougher, endorsement programs and social media marketing are marketing strategies that are quite effective for providing promotions while reminding more consumers to relate to brands and encouraging consumer purchase intentions. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsements and social media marketing on purchase intention through brand image. The population in this study is prospective consumers who know Yotta products. While the sample in this study was 224 respondents. This type of research is descriptive and non-probability, using the Smart PLS program. The results are (1) program endorsement has a positive and significant effect on the brand image (2) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image and purchase intention (3) has no positive and significant effect on program endorsement on purchase intention (4) has a positive and significant effect brand image on purchase intention. Based on the results of the study, similar business actors suggest that companies be more selective in using celebrity programs to promote their products

Workplace spirituality, self-esteem, and work engagement are things that will shape the intention to stay, including teachers in schools. This study aims to 1) Testing the direct relationship between work spirituality and the intention to remain a teacher of SMK PGRI with the Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 2) testing the relationship of Self-Esteem to the intention to remain a teacher of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 3) Testing the relationship between work engagement and intention to stay, 4) Testing the relationship between work spirituality and work engagement in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri Mojokerto Regency,5) Testing the relationship of self-esteem to work engagement, 6) Testing the relationship of spirituality in the workplace significantly to Intention to Stay through work engagement, 7) Testing the relationship of Self-esteem significantly to Intention to Stay through work engagement.. This type of quantitative research was conducted on teachers of SMK PGRI and Sooko Negeri, Mojokerto Regency, with a total of 74 teachers. The sampling technique used for this study uses simple random sampling because its characteristics are homogeneous. Analysis using path analysis. The results showed that: : 1) descriptive analysis of workplace spirituality variables is included in the category of high, high self-esteem, rather high work engagement and intention to stay is included in the high category, 2) There is a direct influence between work spirituality on intention to stay in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 3) there is an influence of Self-Esteem on intention to stay in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 4) there is an influence between work engagement on intention to stay, 5) there is an influence between work spirituality on work engagement in Teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri Mojokerto Regency, 6) there is an influence of self-esteem on work engagement, 7) workplace spirituality indirectly does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay through work engagement, 8) Self-esteem indirectly does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay through work engagement.

Improving teacher competence in the preparation of scientific work is very important. Apart from the fact that teachers are required by regulations to compile scientific work every year at least once, being a competent/professional teacher is a necessity. This PKM aims to improve teacher competence through training activities and mentoring in the preparation of scientific work. The PKM method used is a service learning process: Investigation, Preparation, Action, and Reflection (Pramanik et al., 2021). The subjects of the dedication were the teachers of SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kediri. Retrieval of data using interviews, observations, tests and questionnaires. The results of PKM activities show an increase in teacher competence in the preparation of scientific work (preparation of research proposals, preparation of research reports, preparation of research outputs, preparation of teaching materials (books/modules/student worksheets) before and after PKM activities. Participant responses to PKM activities were positive and meaningful and they recommend similar activities in the future.
