Abstract

Employees’ organizational commitment is behavior reflecting employees’ loyalty to the organization and continual process where employees express attention to the organization and success in reaching organization goals. Existence of organizational commitment is important for the organization, especially in tight business competition arena. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of corporate culture, and corporate image to the employees’ organizational commitment. Based on data from 162 non manager respondent, from 9 modern retail industry, by using analysis technique SEM in α = 0, 05, the research find that (1) company culture influence insignificantly to the employees’ organizational commitment of the modern retail industry sector employees, (2) corporate image affect significantly to the employees’ organizational commitment of the modern retail industry sector employees.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset in a company or organization because of their role as the subject of implementing policies and operational activities of the organization. The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership style, motivation, and work stress on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 30 respondents to the service employees at the hospital. Data collection techniques used were distributing questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool in this study with a description of the analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work motivation affected employee performance, and job stress affected employee performance. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.749. Therefore, employee performance is influenced by the variable leadership style, motivation, and work stress by 74.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model. Multiple correlation coefficient (R) (multiple correlations) describes the strength of the relationship between variables. In this study, this value was 0.866. This means that the relationship between all independent variables and the dependent variable is a very close relationship

Abstract

The development of SMEs through a partnership has been a lot done but its effectiveness is widely questioned by various parties concerned. For that, the understanding and selection patterns of partnership is very important nuances dependence put forward (Siswoyo, 2006). Implementation of the concept of interdependence is to implement the cooperation. In conditioned environments, build cooperation is a suitable alternative to be applied for reasons of cohesiveness. In an environment that has been stable partnership model can improve performance because it is like a lubricant in the gear-gear actor partnerships. Basing this needs to be done to reveal the existence of corporate research partnerships with the UMK organizers, which include (1) field and type of company, (2) mechanisms for the implementation of business cooperation, (3) fields and patterns of cooperation, (4) capacity building activities, (5) capability, (6) strategy implementation, (7) Sustainability of cooperation, (8) the problems faced, and (9) needs and expectations of development cooperation. Description 9 (nine) this variable describes the participation of the business in development in East Java, implementation, problems, benefits to the goals and expectations in future development.Keywords: kemitraan korporasi-UMK, pembiayaan pembangunan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa media promosi website e-commerce dan penerapan kelima fase model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan subjek kelompok wirausaha yang ada di kota Batu dengan produk kerupuk singkong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya website media promosi, konsumen yang semula belum mengenal produk kerupuk singkong menjadi kenal dan tertarik mencoba dan membeli produk tersebut dan bagi yang sudah mengetahui produk tersebut menjadi lebih percaya dan semakin yakin terhadap produk kerupuk singkong tersebutThe purpose of this study is to produce e-commerce promotion media via websites and application of the five phases of ADDIE research and development model. This study is research and development of the entrepreneurial group subjects in Batu with cassava crackers products. The results showed that with the promotion media via website, consumers who are not familiar with the original product cassava crackers become acquainted and interested to try and buy these products and those who already know these products is to be sure and more convinced with the cassava crackers products.

Abstract

In cases that can cause an organization to fail, excellent and skilled human resources are needed to anticipate this. Employees who have good performance can help the organization achieve the goals that have been set. This study analyzes workload and organizational justice's direct or indirect effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study uses an Explanatory Research approach. The sample in this study amounted to 173 employees from a population of 306 employees with the research location at the Tugu Tirta drinking water company in Malang. The instrument used in data collection is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of workload on job satisfaction; (2) there is a significant effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction; (3) there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (4) there is a significant effect of workload on employee performance; (5) there is a significant effect of organizational justice on employee performance; (6) there is no significant effect of workload on employee performance through job satisfaction; (7) there is no significant effect of organizational justice on employee performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

Standar Kompetensi merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam sumber daya manusia (SDM) standar kompetensi dipengaruhi dengan kesesuaian kompetensi masing masing pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian kompetensi pegawai Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) dengan dokumen Analisis Jabatan (ANJAB) dan memberi saran strategi pemenuhan kompetensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan data primer Kepala Dinas, Kepala Penyusun Program dan Kepala bidang Kepegawaian dan data sekunder dokumen Analisis Jabatan 2020. dan dianalisis melalui teknik reduksi data dengan uji keabsahan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kompetensi jabatan pegawai DP2KBP3A belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan ANJAB dimana dai 2 dari 28 saja yang 100 persen memenuhi kriteria. Secara keseluruhan pegawai mempunyai rataan kesesuaian dibawah 70 persen dari 8 kategori. Manfaat penelitian ini dengan membuat saran dari sudut pandang peneliti melalui teori untuk memenuhi kekurangan kompetensi pada pegawai sesuai dengan hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini yaitu membahas terkait pengaruh knowledge management atas kinerja karyawan yang di mediator variable talent management pada Hotel Selecta Kota Wisata Batu. Studi ini menggunakan sampel 50 karyawan dari setiap divisi (front office, Bellboy, housekeeping, laundry, chef, food and beverage, waiter, dishwasher, banquet, garden, dan engineering, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Studi ini menganalisis data dan mengolah data primer dari angket dengan 52 butir pernyataan dan diukur menggunakan skala likert. Peneliti memakai teknik analisis jalur melalui aplikasi SPSS 26.0. Hasil uji menjelaskan bahwasanya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan knowledge management atas talent management, talent management berdampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan atas kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari knowledge management atas kinerja karyawan, serta talent management tidak dapat menjadi mediator yang signifikan pada knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of interactional justice and procedural justice on organizational commitment with perceived organizational support as an intervening variable. The instrument in this research uses a questionnaire in the form of a closed statement because there are already alternative answers in the form of a 1-5 Likert scale, respondents are permanent employees of PT. PLN UP3 Malang (Persero) numbering 106 people. Data analysis uses the help of Smart PLS4 data processing software. The research results show that interactional justice and procedural justice have a significant positive influence on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has also been proven to act as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between interactional justice, procedural justice, and organizational commitment. This research is useful in the field of human resource management, especially in managing company policy direction by considering aspects of justice and organizational support so that it can increase organizational commitment from employees. This study makes a new contribution by identifying the role of perceived organizational support as an intervening variable in the relationship between interactional justice, procedural justice, and organizational commitment, which can enrich the human resource management literature.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Aria Group Hotel to determine the application and influence of the Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Work Motivation and Organizational Culture as mediating variables in Hotel Aria Group. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type. There are 4 types of variables in this research, namely Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Employee Performance. The number of respondents in this study was 107 respondents. This sampling technique uses proportionate random sampling. The analysis techniques for this research are statistical analysis and Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style does not affect Employee Performance but has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation and Organization Culture. Work Motivation and Organizational Culture can mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance. The contribution of these findings can help management map the problems that exist within the company so that they can carry out maximum evaluations. Leaders are advised to also develop programs that support their efforts to improve the competence of their employees, and leaders also consider using the good input that has been proposed. by its employees to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

Community based tourism is a concept of active participation with the purpose of increasing the prosperity of the local people as well as keeping the environmental quality, preserving the cultural heritage, and socio-cultural values. There are plenty of government effort to optimizing the potential of tourism using this concept. Tourism village, for instance, is one of the focus of Indonesian Government initiated in order to reduce poverty. Desa Pagelaran has a huge potential as this village producing a handcrafted terracotta pots that the knowledge has passed on generation to generation. The arising problem in this place was lack of innovation, generation gaps hinder the knowledge and skill transfer, and only a few families left are producing the terracotta pots. This community development program aims to rebranding the village as a Tourism Village. The program then divided into three sequence starting from planning, execution, and evaluation stage. The outcome of this program is video profile, social media as a promotion tools, and the arrangement of POKDARWIS (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) which then aiming to strengthen the brand of Desa Pagelaran as a Tourism Village.
