Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari Pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pendampingan tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal pada pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) khususnya di Kabupaten Malang, memberikan wawasan tentang pengaruh sertifikasi halal terhadap kepuasan pembeli produk, terciptanya prospek usaha, serta terbentuknya pengalaman mengenai langkah-langkah pengajuan sertifikasi halal kepada LPPOM MUI menggunakan layanan online CEROL. Dengan adanya penambahan wawasan dan pengalaman tersebut dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing bagi pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Malang. Selain itu, juga mampu memperluas Multiplier effects yang positif bagi lingkungan sekitar penggiat UKM. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi sampai pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi jaminan produk halal secara online pada 120 pelaku UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, restoran, café maupun hotel. Dengan adanya pendampingan proses sertifikasi halal ini,permasalahan tentang cara mengajukan sertifikat halal yang dianggap rumit dapat diselesaikan dan menjadi contoh perdana bagi para pelaku UKM lain nya yang ada di lingkungan Kabupaten Malang. Abstract: The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge, understanding and assistance on the importance of halal certification for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) especially in Malang Regency, providing insight into the effect of halal certification on the satisfaction of product buyers, the creation of business prospects, and the formation of experience on the steps the steps to submit halal certification to LPPOM MUI using the CEROL online service. With the addition of insight and experience, it can increase productivity and competitiveness for SMEs in Malang Regency. In addition, it is also able to expand the positive multiplier effects for the environment around SME activists. Counseling activities carried out through the stages of socialization to the assistance of online halal product certification assistance to 120 SME actors engaged in culinary, restaurants, cafes and hotels. With the assistance of the halal certification process, problems regarding how to submit halal certificates that are considered complex can be resolved and become a prime example for other SMEs in Malang Regency.

Abstract

This article intended to address a research vacuum by identifying the elements that impact MSMEs' financial performance, including the importance of access to finance, and establishing a conceptual framework that explains the link between these factors. The author proposed a building conceptual framework of MSMEs finance classic phenomena. A qualitative analysis approach may be used to establish and construct conceptual frameworks. This paper has combined knowledge from various relevant and reputable literature sources to build a conceptual model. If empirically verified, the suggested framework might be a viable option for supporting MSME owners in more successfully growing their businesses.

Abstract

To build and improve the economy of a region or country, the existence of MSMe has a big role and should be taken into account. Behind the success of MSMe is inseparable from the role of HR as business people who are directly involved in planning, developing, and implementing business strategies to improve organizational performance. HR competence is an important thing to be considered by the organization. It covers aspects of knowledge, skills, and abilities. This research focused on analyzing HR competencies and the implications for the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The research was conducted by collecting several scientific journals, both international journals and national journals that are relevant to the selection of HR competency topics in MSMe. In the initial search, there were 4,546 journals observed, then 6 journals that were considered the most relevant to this topic were selected for review. The results of the research from the six reviewed journals show that HR competence has a positive influence on the performance of MSMe.

Abstract

Empowering women, especially in entrepreneurship, is often faced with limited accessibility, especially in meeting capital through loans at formal financial institutions and structural constraints in their environment. Women's cooperatives are a bridge to overcome the problem of women's entrepreneurial capital to increase their business, because basically woman have potential in its business activities. Social capital that has elements of Trust, Network and norms attached to women's personalities will be a guarantee in obtaining loans with a joint responsibility system. The opportunity to develop a business through social capital and joint responsibility has an impact on opening up opportunities to empower micro, small and medium entreprise (MSMEs) business actors to further increase their business and continue to be in a sustainable entrepreneurial position.Sustainable Entrepreneurship for female entrepreneurs offers women professional development and limited flexibility to balance work and family commitments.

Abstract

The review of this article will discuss how to increase the motivation of human resources in entrepreneurship in the tourism sector. Rural areas can benefit from the entrepreneurial dynamics created by small tourism businesses, especially when linked to the lifestyle of each entrepreneur. Several researchers regarding the contribution of small tourism businesses to improve the rural economy. The potential role of rural communities to increase tourism in rural areas should not be ignored. Related to increasing the motivation of human resources in entrepreneurship in the field of tourism. This study explores the motivations and management practices of tourism entrepreneurship as well as the consequences of community actions, considering the data obtained from several small tourism entrepreneurs, the efficiency and success of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The scale of measuring academic resilience in a decade has experienced rapid development. Numerous instruments have been formulated by previous researchers, but it has not explicitly measured the academic resilience for preservice teachers. The purpose is to construct a new measure of academic resilience for preservice teachers, which consists of two stages: the validity and reliability of the instrument; and continued with differences in academic resilience for preservice teachers among the fields of social, science, and language. Measurement instruments were given to lectures (eight experts) and students (n=236) from various universities in Medan, Indonesia. The content validity used V-Aiken, and construct validity used confirmatory factor analysis; reliability using the interclass correlation coefficient and internal consistency reliability. The results show that the constructs of composure, commitment, control, coordination, empathy, perseverance, and adaptive have excellent and accurate validity and reliability to measure academic resilience. The findings are specific that there are significant differences in the academic resilience for preservice teachers among field of sciences. Researchers imply that they can use these instruments appropriate and responsive to academic resilience for preservice teachers highlighting among the sciences' domain so that future research can be carried out to explore these differences.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu produk melalui sertifikasi jaminan produk halal dengan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pendampingan tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal pada pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Sesuai edaran LPPOM MUI bahwasannya di tahun 2019 seluruh produk yang berkaitan dengan makan dan minum harus memiliki sertifikasi halal. Hal ini menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi para pelaku UKM dalam memahami tentang arti pentingnya memiliki sertifikasi halal terhadap produk yang dimiliki. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini akan menambah wawasan dan pengalaman yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing bagi pelaku UKM. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi sampai pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi jaminan produk halal secara online pada 150 pelaku UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, restoran, café maupun hotel. Penyuluhan Proses Sertifikasi Jaminan Produk Halal Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM)  yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat dari antusiasme keikutsertaan UKM Kabupaten Trenggalek dan Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat serta pengembangan SDM bagi pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Trenggalek terkait jaminan produk halal.Kata kunci—Penyuluhan, Sertifikasi Jaminan Produk Halal, UKM, Kabupaten Trenggalek. AbstractThis Community Service activity aims to improve product quality through halal product assurance certification by providing knowledge, understanding and assistance on the importance of halal certification for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Trenggalek Regency. According to the LPPOM MUI circular, in 2019 all products related to food and drink must have halal certification. This has become one of the challenges for SMEs in understanding the importance of having halal certification for their products. It is expected that this activity will add insight and experience that can increase productivity and competitiveness for SMEs. Counseling activities carried out through the stages of socialization to the assistance of online halal product assurance certification registration on 150 SMEs actors engaged in culinary, restaurants, cafes and hotels. Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting untuk peningkatan kemakmuran masyarakat. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlasangungan usahanya khususnya pemasaran produk yang semakin sulit, sehingga target penjualan tidak tercapai. Oleh karena itu UMKM perlu untuk memperoleh pendampingan, dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing agar UMKM teteap survive. Ada 3 program yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM, yaitu penguatan kualitas produk, peningkatan kualitas pelabelan dan pengemasan, dan diversifikasi pemasaran. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan penguatan kualitas produk, pelabelan dan pengemasan, serta diversifikasi pemasaran dilakukan secara digital marketing.Kata kunci— Daya saing, diversifikasi pemasaran, pelabelan dan pengemasan AbstractMicro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital role in increasing the community’s prosperity. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic is very influential on the sustainability of its business, especially the marketing of products that are increasingly difficult, so that sales targets are not achieved. Therefore, MSMEs need to obtain assistance to increase competitiveness so that MSMEs survive. Three programs can be done to improve the competitiveness of MSME products, namely strengthening product quality, improving the quality of labeling and packaging, and diversifying marketing. Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the process of internalizing the self-reliance values of santri in the digital era at pondok pesantren Malang Raya, East Java. The approach of this study was descriptive and qualitative. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations with the respondents consisting of three kiai, five board of pondok pesantren, three teachers, and eight students. The data analysis used a simultaneous stage model consisting of approach, extracting, deepening, matching, interpretation, and presentation. The results showed that the character values implanted were the values of independence, namely not depending on others and not oriented to the company/employee organization. The value cultivation system was carried out using the kiai's teachings through learning based on the available ulama books and practical assignments to assist trading businesses, product processing, and services in pondok pesantren's cooperative. Utilization and understanding of the use of internet technology is very appropriate in the context of reducing the character ordering morality. Abstract

Pengembangan Media Autoplay untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Prinsip-Prinsip Bisnis Abstract: The present developmental study is aims at generating developmental product of audio visual media on Business Ethic competence. Besides, it is conducted to be able to determine the difference of Tenth grade students’ learning achievement at SMK Negeri 2 Blitar which is implementing audio visual media and not. The present study is audio visual media development employing Research and Development steps (R&D) proposed by Sugiyono. The result of data analysis indicates that the development of audio visual media is able to enhance students’ learning outcome. Several suggestions to utilize the audio visual media are as follows: 1) The present product are expected to be reference for teachers to support learning process, 2) Besides, employing other components, such as opening animations to attract the students and tutorial video.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual pada kompetensi dasar Etika Binsis. Penelitian dilakukan juga untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran di SMK Negeri 2 Blitar dengan menggunakan media audio visual dan tanpa mengunakan media pembelajaran audio visual. Jenis penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media audio visual menggunakan langkah-langkah metode Research and Developpment (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Saran pemanfaatan media audio visual ini yaitu 1) produk ini diharapakan dapat dijadikan referensi guru mata pelajaran untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas, 2) komponen lain seperti animasi pembuka yang lebih menarik serta video tutorial bagi siswa.
