The research aimed to analyze the implementation of clinical supervision based on spiritual quotient in improving teachers' performance at State Madrasah Aliyah of Way Kanan Lampung. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The informants in the research were principals, teachers, and supervisors. The data collections were observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, it was analyzed through three stages: data presentation, data reduction, and data collection. The research showed that first, clinical supervision based on Spiritual Quotient had not been implemented, but ordinary supervision was often implemented. Second, clinical supervision based on Spiritual Quotient adapted to the diversity of teachers will impact self-awareness of their duties, so it was able to improve teachers' performance. The research implications for teachers were self-awareness, a strong desire to change for the better, and overcoming obstacles.

The aims of this study is to determine; (1) the planning and procurement of facilities and infrastructure of Pondok Pesantren; (2) distribution of facilities and infrastructure of Pondok Pesantren; (3) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure of Pondok Pesantren; (4) inventory of facilities and infrastructure of Pondok Pesantren; (5) removal of facilities and infrastructure of Pondok Pesantren. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive design. From the analysis result concluded; (1) Needs and Procurement Analysis: (a) Planning aims to find out the facilities and infrastructure needed to achieve the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the pesantren, (b) Planning is done early in the year, (2) Distribution: (a) the purchase of facilities and infrastructure by selection, (b) distribution is distributed to each department and class program; (3) Maintenance: (a) the use of learning is tailored to the needs of teachers and students, (b) the use of discipline to be observed by santri, (4) Inventory: (a) inventory is undertaken by specialized staff, (b) recording of all items, recording of usage and recapitulation report for a year, (5) Removal: (a) deletion done with initial report making news of the event, (b) removal for unsuitable items Keyword: management, facilities and infrastructure

The increasing number of goat rearing communities in the community will be able to realize economic independence. The aim of this assistance is to produce community economic clusters that are able to foster a creative economy in fostering community independence. This empowerment method with the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach with this method is able to describe the assets owned by the community that is able to be developed. The marbot community is given assistance with the capital of the female goat capital, the goat parent is given by the partners from the collection of alms donation (ZIZ) with a mutual cooperation management system. With assistance can be concluded 1) Increase community understanding about breeding goats (graiding) 2) Increasing community understanding about raising dairy goats, 3) Improved skills in making milk from Etawa (PE) derivatives, 4) Increased skills in making compost. The impact of the community is the emergence of an entrepreneurial spirit, the formation of micro-business clusters by mutual cooperation, and economic independence towards the welfare of society.

Dalam dunia pendidikan keteladanan dan kedisiplinan guru mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan karakter peserta didik. Peran tersebut begitu nampak pada pola pendidikan pesantren seperti di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7. Dimana peserta didik (santri) berada di asrama bersama guru-gurunya selama 24 jam, sehingga apa yang dilihat, didengar, dan dikerjakan oleh santri dari gurunya merupakan unsur-unsur dalam pembentukan karakter santri. Untuk itu penulis mencoba mengkaji fenomena yang terjadi di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7, yang mana keteladanan dan kedisiplinan guru sudah baik akan tetapi karakter santri khususnya santri kelas 1 masih kurang. Hal inilah yang menarik perhatian penulis untuk meneliti lebih lanjut. Dari uraian diatas, maka dapat dirumuskan masalah penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh keteladanan guru terhadap pembentukan karakter santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7? (2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap terhadap pembentukan karakter santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7? (3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh keteladanan dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama-sama terhadap pembentukan karakter santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:(a).Mengetahui pengaruh Keteladanan Guru di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan karkter santri di PMDG Kampus 7 Kalianda Lampung Selatan.(b)Mengetahui pengaruh Kedisiplinan Guru dalam mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter santri di Pondok Modern Darsussalam Gontor Kampus 7 Kalianda Lampung Selatan.(3) Mengetahui pengaruh Keteladanan Guru dan Kedisiplinan Guru Secara bersama-sama terhadap pembentukan karakter santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7 Kalinda Lampung Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 161 peserta didik dan sample penelitian sebanyak 148 peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh Variabel X1 Keteladanan Guru memeliki pengaruh sebesar (0,511) 51,1% terhadap Variabel Y Pembentukan Karakter Santri, Pengaruh Variabel X2 Kedisiplinan Guru memeliki pengaruh sebesar (0,391) 39,1% terhadap Variabel Y Pembentukan Karakter Santri, maka Pengaruh Keteladanan Guru dan Kedisiplinan Guru memiliki pengaruh sebesar (0,552) 55,2% Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Santri. Abstract. This research is aimed to describe human resource management in Shuffah Hisbullah Natar, South Lampung. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction measures, data display and conclucion. From the results of this study, 1) Analysis and design of the work has been done, 2) Recruitment process at Shuffah Hizbullah Pondok Pesantren started when the boarding school felt new additional needs, 3) Selection is done on prospective employees by looking at their competence, 4) Orientation or introduction in the cottage pesantren has been started in the last few years, 5) Human resources training held in boarding school and outside boarding school, 6) Planning and career development in Shuffah Hizbullah Pesantren has not been so planned. This research is motivated by the role of the madrasah committee in implementing Madrasa-Based Management at MAN 1 Pringsewu. The role of the school committee in relation to improving the quality of education services is as a giver of consideration, support for education service activities, controller of education service activities, a liaison or hook of communication ropes between the community and the government. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the location in this study is at MAN 1 Pringsewu and the data sources used are primary data and secondary data and there are several techniques used in collecting data, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the authors also use triangulation techniques sources and techniques. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the role of the Madrasa committee at MAN 1 Pringsewu has carried out its role well, namely by means of the school committee as a giver of consideration in every plan and program prepared by the school, the school committee as a supporter of implementing and improving the quality of education at MAN 1 Pringsewu in the form of financial support, energy, and mental support. The school committee exercises control over decision making and education planning in schools, the school committee acts as a liaison or hook of communication between the community and the government.

Information and communication technology (ICT) has become an essential aspect of modern life. Everybody has to deal with ICT, especially for work. In Asia, ICT skills involve five main aspects: software development, ICT project management, enterprise architecture design, network and system administration, and information system and network security. Every year Indonesia sends workers to Singapore. In contrast, most of those workers are skilled workers for the household which their job responsibilities are taking care of the house, babysitting, taking care of the elderly and drivers. However, some of them have ICT skills, and some others do not have them. Therefore, Universitas Negeri Jakarta conducted a webinar on "the success key of digital technology utilization" to enhance the Indonesia Worker's comprehension of ICT literacy, which was participated by 210 Indonesian workers in Singapore. The webinar was divided into three parts, pre-test, speaker presentation, and post-test. The results showed that there was an increment of participant comprehension on ICT literacy after the webinar.

Suami dan istri adalah penopang utama keluarga yang memiliki relasi unik. Istri cerewet adalah salah satu wujud dari relasi tersebut sebagai dinamika kehidupan rumah tangga. Imam Ghazali dalam kitab Ihya’ Ulumuddin mengatakan bahwa istri yang cerewet adalah salah satu ujian para wali. Hal ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa istri yang cerewat adalah sebagai signifier (penanda), sedangkan suami yang sabar sebagai signified (petanda). Kemudian sebagi primary signification atau makna denotasi adalah istri yang cerewet tanda ujian suami wali. Secondary signification atau makna konotasinya adalah relasi yang saling melekat pada suami dan istri dalam segala aspek kehidupan.

Software Define Network (SDN) is a network technology in which parts of the device infrastructure, namely the control plane and data plane, are separated, so that routing policies can be carried out centrally through the controller. The controller used is OpenDaylight. SDN will be combined with OpenFlow which will make network operators easy to operate. SDN is an architecture that can design, manage and implement. SDN architecture is applied to Mikrotik devices to compare the quality of service (QoS) between SDN architecture and architecture without SDN (traditional). The results of the measurement of quality of service (QoS) obtained with the throughput value is 248,53515625, then the packet loss value obtained is 0, the delay value is 0,000016558 and the jitter value is 0,996741045. The measured throughput ,packet loss and delay values are very good values according to the value category of each parameter, but the measured jitter are poor based on the value category of each parameter Keywords: Software Defined Networking, Throughput, Packet Loss, Jitter, Delay.

The study aimed to analyze the concept of morality in the book Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim and its implementation in fostering the morals of the students of the Roudlotut Tholibin Metro Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a narrative study approach. Primary data sources consist of library sources, namely the book Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim written by K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and research informants, namely kiai and santri. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses data reduction flow, data presentation, and drawing conclusions The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'aliim in fostering the morals of students is realized by: (1) enactment of rules and regulations that require students to participate in all non-formal activities in the form of reciting books at madrasah diniyah and formal education at schools ; (2) the independence of the santri in managing all daily activities starting from waking up, performing ablutions, praying in congregation, eating, bathing, washing clothes, maintaining cleanliness; (3) the habit of speaking politely to teachers and elders; (4) helping the kiai carry out the work and meet the daily needs of the santri.
