Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the application of moral education methods in Muslim families in Triharjo village Merbau Mataram South Lampung district. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews and documentation, then data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, then testing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the application of the moral education method in Muslim families in Triharjo village was going well. In applying the habituation method, parents have accustomed their children to worship and behave well. The application of exemplary methods and advice has also been applied well, but in the application of the method of attention / supervision of parents in Triharjo village, it has not been able to apply it optimally because of parents' busy work which causes parents to have less time to supervise their children, but with facilities. and the existing program in Triharjo village can be an alternative for parents in building children's morals when they are busy working. In terms of giving punishment and gifts, each parent in Triharjo village has his own way, but the parents of Triharjo village as much as possible avoid physical punishment in terms of giving punishment to children. Abstract

Persepsi merupakan suatu proses yang dipelajari melalui interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Reaksi persepsi yang diberikan seseorang bisa menjadi reakasi positif atau negatif. Rekasi positif merupakan tanggapan yang baik berupa rasa senang sehingga dalam memberikan respon dan selanjutnya akan menampakkan kecenderungan untuk berbuat. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pendidikan merupakan hak dari setiap anak yang seharusnya diberikan orang tua kepada anaknya dalam keluarga terutama pendidikan Agama Islam. Namun pada realitanya hal tersebut tidak dapat diberikan karena kesibukan orang tua dalam bekerja untuk mencukupi kebutuhan dalam rumah tangga, selain itu juga masyarakat memiliki minat rendah pada lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis Agama dan juga kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis Agama. Masyarakat di Desa Batumarta VI merupakan masyarakat yang multicultural dimana mereka hidup berrdampingan dengan masyarakat non muslim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat tentang pendidikan Agama Islam di Desa Batumarta VI Kabupaten Oku Timur. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan latar Masyarakat muslim Desa Batumarta VI Kabupaten Oku Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian ujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Pemahaman Masyarakat tentang Agama Islam di Desa Batumarta VI terbilang cukup baik. Mereka memiliki pandangan bahwasannya Agama Islam tidak hanya berkaitan dengan ibadah saja melainkan juga untuk kehidupan bermasyarakat. 2) Tanggapan Masyarakat Desa Batumarta VI tentang pendidikan Agama Islam, pendidikan Agama Islam akan menghasilakan anak-anak yang berakhlak baik berpengetahuan Islami serta pendidikan ini merupakan tanggungjawab bersama. 3) Peran dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan Agama Islam berjalan dengan baik, hal ini telihat dari kegiatan masyarakat yang ikut dalam kegiatan keagamaan dan anak-anak yang ikut kegiatan TPA setiap hari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the essence of school culture in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Kalirejo, Central Lampung Regency. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation.The subjects of this study were principals, vice principals, teachers, administrative staff, assistants, and security staff. The results showed that school culture, namely the regularity of behavior, adopted norms, dominant values, philosophy, rules and school climate, had an effect on improving teacher performance.

Abstract

The mainstreaming of the values of religious moderation has been carried out by madrasas in Indonesia long before it became a priority program of the Ministry of Religion which was initiated by the former Minister of Religion, Lukman Hakim Syaifuddin. MA Bustanul 'Ulum and MA Roudlotul Huda Central Lampung are Islamic educational institutions that are pretty old in Central Lampung, which seem to have some uniqueness from the education system that contains efforts sow the values of religious moderation. Therefore, using a purposive sampling technique, researchers are interested in conducting research in both madrasas, which aims to identify the characteristics of the madrasa curriculum, analyze the leadership role of the madrasa principal, and find out the teacher's example in internalizing the values of religious moderation in madrasas. Research data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques which were then analyzed using Miles and Hubberman qualitative analysis: data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The study results conclude that the curriculum's characteristics are integrated curriculum with Islamic boarding schools that are implemented with a socio-religious approach, apply multicultural leadership, and exemplify intra-religious cultural dialogue with students. This qualitative research ultimately has limitations considering that the results of this study do not reflect the characteristics of madrasas in general. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct more comprehensive research to determine the mainstreaming of religious moderation values in madrasas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, aktivitas belajar dan teman sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah shorof STIT Darul Fattah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah motivasi, aktivitas belajar dan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pembelajaran shorof. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi cross sectional dengan analisis regresi logistik berganda. Ada dua data, data primer yang diperoleh dari pengisian angket dengan sampel 57 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa semester 3, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari nilai ujian akhir semester. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif variabel bebas ( motivasi, aktivitas belajar dan teman sebaya) pada variabel terikat masing-masing ditunjukkan dengan besarnya p-value: 0,002; 0,000 dan 0,000. Secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata kuliah shorof dengan persentase prediksi keseluruhan model regresi (overall percentage) sebesar 80,7%. Kesimpulannya, motivasi, aktivitas belajar dan teman sebaya mempengaruhi prestasi belajar mahasiswa pada pembelajaran shorof. Kata Kunci: motivasi, aktivitas belajar, teman sebaya, shorof

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop instructional media, describe the feasibility of learning media, describe the response of android media users, and describe the effectiveness of Android-based learning media on Islamic Education subjects. The type of the research was R & D with the ADDIE development model. This study took the subject of educators and 10th graders at Darussalam Sumberejo Vocational School Tanggamus Lampung. Data collection used questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the Android-based Islamic education learning media named Islamuna was suitable for general use and was effective in improving student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen in the pretest and posttest scores with an average of 68.5 and 81.33.

Abstract

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

In the current condition, learning to read the Qur'an is very varied, because many methods are used to implement it. Therefore, with the development of the Qur'an learning methods that exist in the Gadingrejo community, the researchers want to know what methods are used in it, how it is applied and what makes the success of each method in implementing it to all students who are learning related to reading. Qur'an. For the research method used in the study, namely using qualitative research methods and the type of research using descriptive qualitative, for data collection using observation, documentation and interviews, while in analyzing the data using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and finally the research methodology to test the validity of the data using the data triangulation test. As for the results of the first research, the methods used in Gadingrejo District are the Turutan (Baghdadiyah), Iqro' and Yanbu' methods in the process of learning to read the Qur'an. While the implementation of each method has its own characteristics, for the follow-up method (Baghdadiyah), namely by spelling letter by letter, then Iqro' which emphasizes the active student learning method (CBSA), while the last method is the Yanbu' method, namely by learning quickly and precisely not spell. For its advantages, it is indeed a follow-up method to recognize the original letters, Iqro' is famous for being simple and yanbu using rosm usmany, narrated by Imam Hafs. For the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the Qur'an method, it starts from internal factors including the motivation of students, intelligence and morals of students, while from external factors starting from the infrastructure and the environment around the community.

Abstract

This research applies the Research and Development design that aims to develop a valid, effective and practical Arabic Learning Media android-based Arabic learning media to increase students’ interest in learning Arabic. This research use Borg and Gall procedure. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire to obtain qualitative and quantitative data which is then analyzed using the assessment category criteria guidelines to determine product quality. Based on the material expert's assessment, the percentage of 93% was obtained, the media expert's assessment obtained a percentage of 94% and the high school Arabic teacher's assessment obtained a percentage of 96%, while the high school students' responses obtained a percentage of 91.62%. This study shows that android-based Arabic learning media on isim dhamir material is feasible to use in the learning process. It can be concluded that the development of android-based Arabic learning media for high school students is very effective in helping Arabic language learning process.
