Abstract

Degradation of morals, ethics and character today continues to be a major problem among teens this nation. Every action and behavior that are not based on religious values create patterns of teenage life of the Indonesian nation increasingly unfocused. Gambling, booze, brawls, sex continues to take its toll, but the culprit it more and more so it is necessary to find the problem its grass roots to be resolved. The presence of a boarding school can be an alternative moral issues, ethics and character of Indonesian adolescents. Pesantren is a multi-religious educational institutions function, as well as educational institutions to transfer religious sciences (tafaqquh fi al-din) and the values of Islam religious boarding school as an institution of social control, and boarding schools as religious institutions who do social engineering or community development.

Abstract

This study was aimed to uncover and describe the implementation of the supervision program at Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) in the Pesawaran Regency of Lampung, Indonesia. The study was focused on the preparation of the supervision program, the implementation of the supervision program, and the evaluation of the implementation results of the supervision program. The study employed the descriptive-qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation as the data collecting techniques. The data was analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the analysis showed that 1) there were weaknesses found in the preparation of the supervision program, specifically in the patterns and content similarities of the supervisory documents and lack of consideration toward the differences of the levels of each madrasah unit; 2) the effectiveness of the supervision program implementation has been achieved because the supervisors have well implemented the stages of the supervision program through the integration of the principals and the teachers’ programs; 3) the evaluation of the implementation results discovered the supervisors’ discrepancy, standards, and real targets (performance) to be used as reference materials in the preparation of supervision program in the following year.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the Active Learning Type Type Joepardy Reviev with the Type of Hollywood Squares Review with a Visual Thinking Approach to the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of students. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are essay tests, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is hypothesis testing using 2 way ANAVA. Based on the results of the study, there were differences in the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of students by using the active learning type Jeopardy Review and Hollywood Squares Review strategies using the Visual Thinking approach. The Hollywood Squares Review active learning strategy with the Visual Thinking approach provides a better influence on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts. This can be seen from the average value of the mathematics concept comprehension test results of the experimental class 2 students using the Hollywood Squares Review type active learning strategy with Visual Thinking approach of 78,346 higher than the experimental class 1 using the Jeopardy Review type active learning strategy with the Visual Thinking approach is 77,500. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan Strategi Belajar Aktif Tipe Joepardy Reviev Dengan Tipe Hollywood Squares Review Dengan Pendekatan Visual Thinking terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes essay, angket dan wawancara. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan anava 2 jalan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Jeopardy Review dan Hollywood Squares Review dengan pendekatan Visual Thinking. Strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Hollywood Squares Review dengan pendekatan Visual Thinking memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik kelas eksperimen 2 yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe Hollywood Squares Review dengan pendekatan Visual Thinking sebesar 78,346 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas eksperimen 1 yang menggunakan strategi pebelajaran aktif tipe Jeopardy Review dengan pendekatan Visual Thinking sebesar 77,500.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah  untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) menggunakan buku saku digital untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis. PenelitianYyangDdilakukan dengaPpenelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan Data”Tes (essay) untuk mengukur  kemampuanRpemahaman konsep peserta didik . Teknik-Analisis-Uji Coba-Instrumen-Penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur data penelitian telah valid dan bisa digunakan untuk mengukur apa yang seharusnya diukur diantaranya uji validitas”uji reliabilitas, uji tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, teknik”analisis data dengan Gain yang dinormalisasi (N-Gain). Abstract

Abstract To find out the legal reasoning of the judge in deciding the Marriage Dispensation Request in the decision Number: 0122 / Pdt.P / 2018 / PA.Pwt, To achieve this goal the author uses a Normative Juridical approach, Research specifications are Normative Data presentation methods are presented in the form of descriptions which are grouped and then arranged systematically. Based on the results of the research and discussion in the decision Number: 0122 / Pdt.P / 2018 / PA.Pwt, it can be seen that the legal basis of judges in providing Marriage Dispensation is based on the reasons the two have long had a relationship, love each other, are very familiar and have engaged even if the applicant's child has been pregnant for 2 months, then it has been proven that the Petitioner's child is mature enough and mature to settle in. In addition, both of them are single, there is no relationship, not so that there are no barriers to marriage, and the applicant's family and parents of prospective husbands have blessed the marriage plan. If the request for dispensation is not granted, it is feared that things will happen that are not desirable / violate religious norms, and for the good of prospective children who are being conceived by the prospective bride. The provisions and principles of marriage law have been fulfilled as stipulated in Article 7 of Law No. 1/1974 Jo Article 15 up to Article 18 and Article 39 Compilation of Islamic Law and in line with the Qaidah Fiqhiyah, (which in Indonesian means: "rejecting obedience takes precedence over priority"), which means that preventing evil must first sought before doing good.  Keywords: Marriage, Marriage Dispensation AbstrakUntuk mengetahui dasar pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam memutuskan Permohonan Dispensasi Kawin dalam putusan Nomor : 0122/Pdt.P/2018/PA.Pwt, Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan secara Yuridis Normatif, Spesifikasi penelitian adalah bersifat Normatif Metode penyajian data disajikan dalam bentuk uraian-uraian yang dikelompokan dan kemudian disusun secara sistematis. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dalam putusan Nomor : 0122/Pdt.P/2018/PA.Pwt, dapat diketahui bahwa dasar pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam memberikan Dispensasi Kawin didasarkan pada alasan keduanya telah lama menjalin hubungan, saling mencintai, sangat akrab dan telah bertunangan bahkan anak pemohon telah hamil 2 bulan, maka telah terbukti anak Pemohon cukup matang dan dewasa untuk berumah tangga, di samping itu keduanya berstatus lajang, tidak terdapat hubungan nasab, tidak sesusuan sehingga tidak ada halangan atau larangan untuk melakukan perkawinan, serta keluarga pemohon dan orangtua calon suami telah merestui rencana perkawinan. Jika permohonan dispensasi tidak dikabulkan dikhawatirkan akan terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan/melanggar norma agama, serta demi kebaikan bagi calon anak yang sedang dikandung oleh calon mempelai perempuan. Telah terpenuhi ketentuan dan asas hukum perkawinan yang diatur dalam Pasal 7 Undang-Undang No. 1/1974 Jo Pasal 15 s/d Pasal 18 dan Pasal 39 Kompilasi Hukum Islam serta sejalan dengan Qaidah Fiqhiyah, (yang dalam bahasa Indonesia artinya: “menolak kemadharatan lebih diutamakan dari pada mendahulukan kemashlahatan”), yang maksudnya bahwa mencegah keburukan harus lebih dulu diupayakan sebelum melakukan kebaikan.Kata kunci: Perkawinan , Dispensasi Kawin

Abstract

Maraknya kasus-kasus perilaku generasi muda saat ini mengindikasikan penurunan kualitas moral dan akhlak sehingga perlu upaya nyata untuk menanamkan nilai agama sebagai salah satu solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implikasi pembiasaan pembacaan asmaul husna terhadap perilaku peserta didik di SMP IBS Nur Shofin Natar Lampung Selatan. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan bersifat deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun keabsahan data diuji menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembacaan asmaul husna terhadap perilaku peserta didik kelas VIII SMP IBS Nur Shofin Natar sudah berjalan dengan baik dan konsisten. Pelaksanaannya yaitu seusai sholat dhuha berjamaah di Masjid Nurul Iman dengan alat bantu pengeras suara. Bagi siswa yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan akan dikenakan hukuman, sehingga peserta didik tertib melaksanakan kegiatan dan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas perilaku peserta didik menjadi lebih baik. Kesimpulannya, perilaku peserta didik dapat dikatakan telah mencerminkan asmaul husna yang mereka baca setiap hari. Dalam pelaksanaannya, ditemukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang sama-sama berasal dari peserta didik dan dari luar peserta didik.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the concept of morality in the book Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim and its implementation in fostering the morals of the students of the Roudlotut Tholibin Metro Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a narrative study approach. Primary data sources consist of library sources, namely the book Adabul 'Alim wal Muta'allim written by K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and research informants, namely kiai and santri. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses data reduction flow, data presentation, and drawing conclusions The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'aliim in fostering the morals of students is realized by: (1) enactment of rules and regulations that require students to participate in all non-formal activities in the form of reciting books at madrasah diniyah and formal education at schools ; (2) the independence of the santri in managing all daily activities starting from waking up, performing ablutions, praying in congregation, eating, bathing, washing clothes, maintaining cleanliness; (3) the habit of speaking politely to teachers and elders; (4) helping the kiai carry out the work and meet the daily needs of the santri.
