Abstract

Abstract: This research examines the role of teachers of Islamic education in fostering morals learners in vocational Teknika Graphic Kartika Gadingrejo Gadingrejo District of the Academic Year 2017/2018. The data is processed through three stages: data reduction, data display, and verification of data and the conclusions drawn and analyzed qualitatively. Used an interdisciplinary approach, namely the theological-normative approach, educational approach, psychological approach, and sociological approach. The result shows that there are four roles that teachers as teachers, teacher educators, teachers as mentors and teachers as coaches conducted by PAI teacher in SMK Teknika Graphic Kartika Gadingrejo directed to fostering the morals of students, namely to instill and awaken religious beliefs, teach proper etiquette in the family environment. Keywords: Islamic Education Teacher, Fostering, Morals. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji peranan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membina akhlak peserta didik di SMK Teknika Grafika Kartika Gadingrejo Kecamatan Gadingrejo Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Data diolah melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data, lalu ditarik kesimpulan dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Digunakan pendekatan interdisipliner, yaitu pendekatan teologis-normatif, pendekatan paedagogis, pendekatan psikologis, dan pendekatan sosiologis. Hasilnya menunjukkan terdapat 4 peranan yaitu guru sebagai pengajar, guru sebagai pendidik, guru sebagai pembimbing, dan guru sebagai pelatih yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI di SMK Teknika Grafika Kartika Gadingrejo yang mengarah pada upaya pembinaan akhlak peserta didik, yaitu menanamkan dan membangkitkan keyakinan beragama, menanamkan etika pergaulan baik dalam lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan masyarakat, dan lingkungan sekolah serta menanamkan kebiasan yang baik berupa kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, melakukan hubungan sosial dan melakukan ibadah ritual.. Kata kunci: Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, Membina, Akhlak.

Abstract

This paper aims to introduce the modesty model of the qurani language as an alternative foundation of the politeness theories of language that have been taught so far. This model is important to be applied in the life of industrial revolution society 4.0. Fundamentally the industrial revolution 4.0 has caused changes in the way humans live, think, and interact in establishing relationships with one another. In turn this era has disrupted various human activities. These include language activities which are a form of social interaction. The phenomenon of impoliteness, harassment (bullying), and verbal violence is increasingly massive in the real world. Even the industrial revolution 4.0 which provides easy internet access and advances in information technology has also led to an increase in the phenomenon of hate speech, the dissemination of hoaxes and cyber bullying that can threaten social harmony and the unity of the multicultural Indonesian nation. Therefore it is necessary to develop a polite language education model based on religious teachings.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Kinestetik Melalui Permainan Engklek. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 anak di kelompok B TK Berlian Kecamatan Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli hingga September 2019 dengan dua siklus. Tehnik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu pada saat Pra Tindakan Kemampuan Kinestetik Melalui Permainan Engklek hanya sekitar 15% atau 3 anak. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan 45% atau 9 anak. dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu sekitar 90% atau 18 anak. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini adalah guru harus memiliki berbagai macam strategi dan metode pembelajaran dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kinestetik pada anak. Agar anak mampu memahami dan dapat melaksanakan apa yang diarahkan oleh guru. Guru juga merupakan pemeran utama dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 70 selama periode 2018 dan 2019. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian diambil atas dasar metode purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel yang memenuhi persyaratan adalah 32 perusahaan dengan 128 data panel. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi sederhana variabel struktur modal memiliki nilai 10,293,jika tidak ada struktur modal maka probabilitas akan meningkat sebesar 10,293. Hasil Uji determinasi menunjukkan nilai R² sebesar 0,227%, artinya bahwa hanya sebesar 2,27% variasi profitabilitas perusahaan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel struktur modal sisanya sebesar 97,73% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model. Dari pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,808 sedangkan nilai t tabel sebesar 2,00, karena nilai t hitung < t tabel maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis ditolak artinya bahwa struktur modal memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study examines the moral creed of exemplary teachers in fostering morals learners in Graphic Teknika SMK Kartika Gadingrejo Gadingrejo District of the Academic Year 2018/2019. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, ie, to collect data and then organize the data that appears to be presented, and the conclusions are drawn - checking the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. Compare data from direct observations with data from interviews and detailed results. The results obtained are exemplary moral theology teacher in the moral development of students in graphic Teknika SMK Kartika Gadingrejo Gadingrejo District of Academic Year 2018/2019 already looks good. Excellent teachers do that is by applying the creed of ethical ideals, discipline, familiarize greetings, get used to praying, spiritual direction, and co-operation of teachers with parents. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded, with exemplary teachers creed akhlak in fostering morals, learners already look well. It is marked by increasing discipline, courtesy, responsibility, honesty, forgiveness, mutual help, independent, sincere, respectful of others, tawadhu 'and the patient who previously has been observed.

Abstract

Risk is an uncertainty or mismatch which will affect quality performance and it can create losses of the cost, time and quality of work. This research aims to know the impact of risk factors to quality performance at PT. Mega Persada Indonesia at Daswin Office Tower Project. Risk factors that cause quality failures, such as risk factors of the aspects of human resources, engineering and review, materials and equipment. Project quality performance can be measured to the products produced and services provided. This research used quantitative methods with data collection techniques based on observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The number of respondents sampled used in this research were 44 respondents. To analize data the researcher used descriptive analysis and statistical tests. Based on simultaneous testing, the relationship strength level of the independent variable to the dependent variable of –0.938 means very strong and opposite direction, the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 87.9%, while the remaining 12.10% is affected by other variables not researched in this study. The test results F arithmetic (97,110) > F table (4.30) and the significance value (0,000) ≤ α (0.01), it indicates there is a significant impact simultaneously between risk factors aspects of human resources, engineering and review, material and equipment to quality performance at PT. Mega Persada Indonesia at Daswin Office Tower Project.

Abstract

This paper aimed to assess non-English teachers’ Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) in teaching English at preschools. Ten (10) teachers with varied degrees were treated as the object of the study. A four-month training, involving a pretest, face-to-face tutorial, micro-teaching, and post-test, supported by recording, observation, questionnaire, and interview, was conducted to evaluate the teachers’ PCK progress. The results indicated that non-English Teachers’ PCK progressed significantly after the treatments. It was concluded that non-English graduates were good at teaching English at preschools in terms of teaching a concept, yet they had limitations in developing practical skills.

Abstract

Kemplang crackers are a traditional food that is very popular with Indonesian people. In the process of making it, it requires proper drying process so that when frying it produces crispy kemplang crackers when eaten. The problem in society is that the drying process is not optimal due to weather factors resulting in a reduced production process or product quality not as desired. For this reason, the Chemical Engineering Study Program held PKM in Jejawi village. By designing a kemplang cracker dryer by utilizing the greenhouse effect it is designed to overcome the existing problems. From the results of direct testing in the field in Jejawi village, the water content can be separated up to 6.95%.

Abstract

Raw water is natural water found in lakes, rivers, streams, and underground sources before any treatment or purification processes. It typically contains various impurities, such as suspended solids, organic matter, pathogens, and dissolved minerals, which need to be removed to make it safe for consumption. Aluminum Sulfate and Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) are two commonly used chemicals in the treatment of raw water to remove impurities and make it suitable for drinking, industrial, or agricultural purposes. These chemicals play crucial roles in the purification process by aiding in the coagulation and flocculation of contaminants, which facilitates their removal through filtration. Study on raw water treatment using Aluminum Sulphate and Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) coagulants was carried out at Talang Jawa IPA PDAM Lematang Enim of Muara Enim District by taking raw water samples from Talang Jawa Intake and Pelita Sari Intake. This study aimed to find out the right type and dose of coagulant in the raw water treatment process.  he test parameters were turbidity and pH values. The research was conducted using a jar test to determine the dose of coagulant. The results showed the use of solid PAC was more effective for both intakes. The optimum coagulant dose is 20 ppm PAC in the raw water of Talang Jawa intake and Pelita Sari intake with turbidity of 2.62 NTU and 4.15 NTU and pH of 7.8 and 7.6.
