Abstract

In today's digital era, many things are done through the use of technology such as the use of the internet, online-based services and so on. Health services are no exception, customers always want fast, responsive and easy-to-reach services, so digital services are loved by the public. The level of speed of service, quality of service and safety in service are the main things desired by customers to achieve a level of patient satisfaction that encourages patient loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence patient loyalty in terms of digital service quality and digital system security to achieve patient satisfaction. The method used is literature by reviewing various latest literature materials starting from journals, books, proceedings, and various sources both online and offline. To improve the quality of the results of the study, focus group discussions were also conducted to obtain various inputs, corrections and various suggestions from the FGD participants. The results of the analysis based on theoretical studies can be concluded that, factors that influence patient loyalty include digital service quality, and digital system security. The novelty of this research is that it is able to show theoretically that patient loyalty can be directly influenced by the quality of digital services and the security of digital systems both directly and through patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The progress of education is closely related to the process of delivering information and knowledge to students optimally and how the supporting components in it can work properly. One important component in teaching and learning is teacher performance. The teacher is the key to the implementation of the teaching and learning process and the success of achieving learning outcomes in the school environment. For this reason, teacher performance needs to be improved to be able to motivate students in achieving maximum learning outcomes and to pay attention to the supporting factors for improving teacher performance so that the teaching and learning process can be carried out properly.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of proactive personality and knowledge sharing on social change and the implications for the performance of private elementary school teachers in Serang. The method used is quantitative, with a survey approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires compiled by researchers based on the dimensions and indicators put forward by previous experts. The scale used is a Likert scale with five alternative answers. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between proactive personality and knowledge sharing on social change during a pandemic and the implications for teacher performance.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Knowledge-Oriented Leadership and the Use of Digital Issues on Innovation Performance Implications on Adopting Metaverse Technology in Serang Regency Private High School. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of knowledge-oriented leadership, issue utilization, innovation performance and adopting metaverse technology, knowing the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology, knowing the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology , knowing the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on innovation performance, knowing the influence of using digital issues on innovation performance, knowing the influence of adopting metaverse technology on innovation performance, knowing knowledge-oriented leadership towards adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as an intervening variable, and knowing the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as an intervening variable at Serang Regency Private High School. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) model using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the study shows that the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology is positive and significant and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of the use of digital issues on adopting metaverse technology is positive and significant and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on innovation performance is positive and significant and The hypothesis is accepted, the influence of adopting metaverse technology on positive and significant innovation performance and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of knowledge-oriented leadership on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as a positive and significant intervening variable and the hypothesis is accepted, the influence of using digital issues on adopting metaverse technology through innovation performance as a positive and significant intervening variable and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, employee performance is the main key to the effectiveness and efficiency of public services, especially in the Regional Secretariat of a region. Lack of Cognitive Flexibility and Digital Literacy among non-ASN employees at the Serang City Regional Secretariat, this is a significant challenge. Inability to adapt to technological changes and lack of understanding of digital technology can affect their performance. This obstacle needs to be overcome with intensive training efforts and competency improvement. This research adopted the structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis method for a sample of 125 non-ASN employee respondents at the Serang City Regional Secretariat through the application of the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Exogenous variables in this research includeCognitive Flexibility by utilizing 10 indicators, as wellDigital Literacy using 11 indicators.Job Satisfaction acts as an intervening variable with 11 indicators, whereasJob Performance employee is an endogenous variable with 15 indicators. A total of 7 hypotheses were tested in the framework of this research. The results of the Outer Model evaluation showed that of the total of 47 indicators tested, 11 indicators were found to be invalid because they had a loading factor value below 0.70, while the remaining 36 indicators were proven to be valid. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that of the 7 hypotheses proposed, 6 hypotheses were successfully accepted while 1 other hypothesis was rejected. Thus, this research provides an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence the performance of non-ASN employees at the Serang City Regional Secretariat, and their implications for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of public services in the increasingly developing digital era.

Abstract

This research was conducted to better understand segmental language sound analysis. The use of language in highland and lowland areas definitely has differences in terms of the loudness and softness of the sounds spoken, the pitch of the sounds, the length and shortness of the sounds, and so on. In the pronunciation of these sounds, the lowland and highland areas have differences in terms of segmental pronunciation sounds. This research method uses a methodological approach and qualitative research methods. The methodological approach consists of a qualitative descriptive approach, while the qualitative approach in research consists of a dialectological approach, especially dialect geography. Dialectological research is basically language research that is systematic, empirical and critical of the target object in the form of speech sounds. The use of this qualitative method is to qualitatively describe perceptions about the use and pronunciation of language sounds in the highlands and lowlands, which are used by people living in these areas, using sound usage (segmental) analysis. From the results of research and data, it is proven that the use of segmental language sounds from the lowlands and highlands proves that high and low sounds do occur in the Pandeglang area, Baros. Based on the results of the analysis above, the pronunciation of segmental sounds in this analysis has found data that in everyday conversation 100% proves that segmental sounds are applied in life, and has found language sounds in daily life conversations such as vowels, consonants, diphthongs. , clusters, as well as the high and low levels of sound produced. Dari hasil penelitian dan data-data yang dilakukan membuktikan bahwa penggunaan bunyi bahasa segmental dari dataran rendah dan dataran tinggi membuktikan, tinggi rendahnya bunyi memang terjadi di daerah Pandeglang, Baros. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas pelafalan bunyi segmental dalam analisis ini telah menemukan data-data bahwa dalam percakapan sehari-hari 100% membuktikan bahwa bunyi segmental di terapkan dalam kehidupan, serta telah menemukan bunyi bahasa dalam percakapan kehidupan sehari-hari seperti bunyi vokal, konsonan, diftong, kluster, serta tinggi rendahnya bunyi yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

The partners in this international community service program are representatives of farmers who are members of the Regional Farmers Association (PPK) Seri Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. The issues that partners have identified as requiring attention are as follows: (1) There is a lack of understanding among partners of how to improve existing competencies in order to develop a business; (2) There are no business strategy seminars conducted by international universities with the specific aim of empowering farmers; (3) There is no forum for discussion between academics and business actors. The aforementioned partner problem was addressed through the implementation of three proposed solutions, namely: (1) the organization of high-quality competency improvement seminars for farmers; (2) the organization of an international community service seminar for farmers in collaboration with PPK, UiTM Cawangan Pulau Penang, and 12 Indonesian universities that are members of the ASEAN Academic Association; and (3) the establishment of discussion forums at PPK Seri Pulau Penang and several business centers for farmers.

Abstract

Partners for this International Community Service activity are the Malaysian Land Professional Association (PERTAMA) community and also lecturers from various universities in Malaysia and Indonesia. The partners' problems are: 1) Community waqf literacy still needs to be improved, 2) Community participation in waqf still needs to improve, 3) The use of social media to disseminate information about waqf development still needs to be improved, and 4) Cooperation between institutions related to efforts to increase waqf literacy still needs to be improved. Based on these three problems, the solutions included: 1) Efforts to increase waqf literacy through discussions on waqf development, 2) Carrying out seminars on increasing community participation, especially in this activity, namely community members and lecturers, 3) Promote social media to disseminate waqf information and increase waqf literacy, and 4) Collaborating with PERTAMA to convey the waqf literacy message. A qualitative approach was used for data collection using the discussion group forum method. After the implementation of the activities, several changes occurred as follows: 1) The participants know the importance of developing waqf and the law regarding waqf, 2) The participants know about various training programs for waqf development, 3) Participants can understand how to use multiple social media to support increasing waqf literacy, and 4) Establishing collaboration/partnerships with PERTAMA communities to support the Zakat literacy program. This international community service activity successfully supported efforts to increase waqf literacy for academics from various universities and PERTAMA members in Malaysia.

Abstract

One of the ideal demands of the 2013 curriculum is the use of technology as a learning application to improve students critical thinking skills. And one of them is the Adobe Premiere Pro application based on Project Based Learning to students critical thinking skills at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Serang. This study aims to determine the effect of the Adobe Premiere Pro application based on Project Based Learning to critical thinking skills of class XI students of the Visual Communication Design Majoring at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Serang. This study uses a quantitative research method, namely as a research method used to examine certain samples, documentation, and data instruments in the form of questionnaires. This research includes the type of experimental research, namely to process research in more detail about a problem, research that explains what is happening in the field in the form of numbers and is supported by quantitative data. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling. The population in this study were 78 students with a total sample of 40 students. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation sheets and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the Adobe Premiere Pro application variable based on Project Based Learning contributes 52.4% to changes in students' critical thinking ability variables. Based on the results of the t test, the average value was ????calculate>????????????????le (6.469 > 1.686), and the significance value was 0.05 (5%), thus ???????? was rejected and ????1 was accepted. This proves that there is an influence of the Adobe Premiere Pro application based on Project Based Learning on the critical thinking skills of class XI students majoring in Visual Communication Design at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Serang.

Abstract

This Research aims to: 1) Develop learning media with systematic steps according to the rules in developing Information and Communication Technology learning media, and 2) knowing the feasibility of learning media applications developed. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research. This research stages was carried out using ADDIE’s research model starting with analisys activities, desain, development, implementation and evaluation stages which is the final stage of the product produced. The trial was conducted on students of class VII MTs Daar Al-Ilmi Serang. Data were obtained through a questionnaire consisting of validation instruments, practicality instruments and effectiveness instruments. The assessment of 2 (two) validators on Macromedia Flash 8 learning media produces a percentage of 95% this shows that Macromedia Flash 8 is very valid to use as a learning resource. The results of the assessment of 34 students to determine the value of practicality and effectiveness obtained a percentage of 88.055% for practicality and 92.79% for effectiveness. It can be said that Macromedia Flash 8 is very practical and effective to use as a learning resource

Abstract

Educational activities are efforts to develop good and competent individuals to improve living standards, technological sophistication has an impact and an important role in educating the nation's children. Therefore researchers utilize Android-based technology for interesting learning media, namely using the Smart Apps Creator. This researcher uses the  ADDIE model, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The ADDIE development model is to see the feasibility of Smart Apps Creator Learning Media. Data on the practicality of Smart Apps Creator Learning as a learning resource through a practicalization trial of 32 students at the Miftahusa'adah Cikande Vocational School with a total of 18 question points seen an average value of 81.34%, it can be said that the practicality level of Smart Apps Creator learning is Practical. Data on the effectiveness of Smart Apps Creator Learning Media as a learning resource through a trial of the effectiveness of 32 students with a total of 12 question points seen an average value of 83.05%, it can be said that the level of effectiveness of Smart Apps Creator Learning Media is stated to be Effective
