Abstract

This research aims to describe the development of self-regulated learning (SRL) and metacognitive skills with a determinant of emotional support and intrinsic motivation of students in economic subjects ingrade 10 social class at 1 Lembang senior high school. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey. The population in this researchis whole students of grade 10 in social class, with a number of students about283 with the sampling technique usingproportional random sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires to 165 students assamples. Meanwhile, secondary data obtained from interviews with studentsand website related issues with a general description of the object of research. The data analysis technique using path analysis. The result of the research to conclude the existence of a significant positive effect of emotional support and motivation towards student’s self-regulated learning and metacognitive skills. The greater emotional support and motivation, self-regulated learning and metacognitive skills also getting greater.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image and price on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. XYZ Bandung. The method used is quantitative and descriptive, the results of the study are known the magnitude of the effect of the brand image on purchasing decisions of 37.9, the remaining 62.1% is influenced by other factors. The magnitude of the effect of prices on consumer purchasing decisions is 68.0, the remaining 32.0 is influenced by other factors. This means that there is a magnitude of the influence of 68.7 brand images and prices on consumer purchasing decisions, the remaining 31.3 is influenced by other factors. To improve purchasing decisions through brand and price imagery, PT. Abstract

In the era of online business, the use of photos owned by others has become a common practice, often overlooked as a serious matter. However, such actions can give rise to serious issues, particularly considering the significant economic value associated with creativity in business endeavors, especially with regard to photo rights. This research aims to investigate the phenomenon of using photos in commercial activities and analyze the perspectives of copyright law and Islamic law on this phenomenon. Through a qualitative approach in literature research, the research objectives, encountered issues, methods employed, and findings obtained will be detailed. The results of the study indicate an increasing trend in the use of photos for commercial purposes, driven by the perspective of some online business practitioners who perceive the claiming of others' photo rights as commonplace. Islamic law permits the use of photos in trade as long as they are one's own creation and obtained in accordance with Islamic principles. On the other hand, copyright law prohibits the use of photos in commercial activities due to infringement of copyright. Thus, this research provides a profound understanding of the impact of this phenomenon and a comparison between the perspectives of Islamic law and copyright law regarding the use of photos in online business transactions. Abstrak Dalam era bisnis online, penggunaan foto milik orang lain telah menjadi kebiasaan yang umum, meskipun seringkali diabaikan serius. Padahal, tindakan tersebut dapat menimbulkan permasalahan serius, terutama mengingat nilai ekonomi yang besar terkait dengan kreativitas dalam usaha bisnis, khususnya hak foto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki fenomena penggunaan foto dalam kegiatan perdagangan dan menganalisis perspektif undang-undang hak cipta dan hukum Islam terhadap fenomena tersebut. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian pustaka, tujuan penelitian, permasalahan yang dihadapi, metode yang digunakan, dan temuan yang diperoleh akan diuraikan secara rinci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan foto untuk kebutuhan dagang semakin meningkat, didorong oleh pandangan sebagian pelaku bisnis online yang menganggap klaim hak foto orang lain sebagai hal biasa. Hukum Islam memperbolehkan penggunaan foto dalam perdagangan asalkan merupakan karya milik sendiri dan diperoleh sesuai dengan prinsip syariat Islam. Di sisi lain, undang-undang hak cipta melarang penggunaan foto dalam kegiatan perdagangan karena melanggar hak cipta. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang dampak fenomena ini serta perbandingan antara perspektif hukum Islam dan undang-undang hak cipta terkait penggunaan foto dalam bisnis perdagangan online

Abstract

This research aims to create an accounting information system for receipts and disbursements. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature related to the problem. The results of research conducted at PT. Koprima Sandysejahtera showed that the processing of receipts and disbursements data was still done manually, so it was necessary to design an accounting information system to facilitate these activities. The Waterfall method is used for software development. The models used are Flowmap, Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams which are then implemented using web programming language and MySQL as the database. This research resulted in the creation of an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Koprima Sandysejahtera by facilitating the process of data entry, data processing and reporting. By making this system capable of producing reports more efficiently, quickly, easily and accurately.

Abstract

Remaja putri memiliki risiko lebih besar menderita anemia dibandingkan dengan remaja putra. Anemia banyak terdapat di negara maju maupun negara yang sedang berkembang seperti Indonesia. Di Indonesia, angka prevalensi anemia pada perempuan usia 15-49 tahun sebanyak 28.8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kurang energi kronik (KEK) dan wasting dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri di Kabupaten Majene. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling yaitu sebanyak 126 siswi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariate dengan menggunakan uji correlation spearman. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa prevalensi anemia sebanyak 21.6%, prevalensi kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) sebanyak 79.3%, dan prevalensi wasting sebanyak 10.3%. Dari hasil uji statistik ditemukan nilai (p = 0.025 < α = 0.05) pada uji hubungan kurang energi kronik (KEK) dengan kejadian anemia dan ditemukan nilai (p = 0.020 < α = 0.05) pada uji hubungan antara wasting dengan kejadian anemia. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kurang energi kronik (KEK) dan wasting dengan kejadian anemia pada siswi kelas VII SMPN 1 Majene, sehingga disarankan bahwa remaja putri tetap perlu mengonsumsi makanan bergizi yang adekuat dan mengkonsumsi suplemen zat besi untuk mengendalikan anemia. Selain itu, juga paham akan pentingnya kecukupan kebutuhan zat gizi untuk seusianya melalui sosialisasi kesehatan remaja putri. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan untuk mengkaji lebih banyak faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi KEK dan wasting pada remaja putri di SMPN 1 Majene.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational culture factors on improving the performance of members of the Dairi Regency General Election Commission (KPU). This research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to members of the Dairi Regency KPU as respondents. The research results show that organizational culture factors, such as shared values, norms, and symbols contained in the KPU work environment, have a significant positive influence on the performance of KPU members. The organization's success in creating an inclusive, transparent, and public service-oriented culture plays a key role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the general election process in Dairi Regency. Understanding and implementing organizational values, such as integrity, professionalism, and active participation in the decision-making process, forms the basis of a positive organizational culture. Norms that support teamwork, fairness, and accountability also make a significant contribution to the performance of KPU members. This research provides recommendations to the Dairi Regency KPU to strengthen and maintain a positive organizational culture. Increasing understanding of shared values, increasing member participation, and implementing norms that support effective and transparent work are expected to improve the KPU's performance and the quality of general elections in the region. The implications of this research can also be applied to similar institutions to strengthen aspects of organizational culture to achieve better organizational goals

Abstract

This study explores the efficacy of batik tulis (written) for introducing and preserving local cultural heritage in early childhood education. Conducted at TK Batik PPBI Yogyakarta, this qualitative research utilized observations, interviews, and documentation to assess how batik-making activities influence cultural awareness among preschoolers. Results reveal that the batik introduction process familiarizes children with this local art form and instills a profound appreciation for cultural traditions. The educational methodology was designed to be age-appropriate and interactive, integrating safety measures and encouraging active participation throughout all stages of learning—from understanding the cultural significance of batik to hands-on crafting. The findings highlight the pivotal role of integrating cultural elements into early education to cultivate a long-lasting appreciation and knowledge of local heritage. This approach not only aids in cultural preservation but also enriches the educational experience, fostering a generation that values and understands its cultural roots. However, the study's limited scope, focused on a single educational setting, suggests the need for further research. Future studies should aim to replicate and validate these findings across various educational contexts to understand better the effectiveness and scalability of integrating cultural education in early childhood settings. These insights advocate for educational reforms recognizing and utilizing local cultural heritage as a fundamental component of comprehensive educational strategies, potentially influencing broader pedagogical practices.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pendapatan masyarakat sekitar Kawasan Taman Wisata Alam Malino Hutan Pinus Lembanna terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli–Agustus Tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode wawancara, pemberian kuesioner, pengambilan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian di Kelurahan Patappang Kecamatan Tinggimoncong Kabupaten Gowa adalah Masyarakat Sekitar Kawasan Taman Wisata Alam Malino Hutan Pinus Lembanna dengan 30 orang responden. Pendapatan Masyarakat Sekitar Kawasan Taman Wisata Alam Malino Hutan Pinus Lembanna Di Kelurahan Patappang Kecamatan Tinggimoncong Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah dari bidang Barang sebesar Rp.50.760.000/tahun, bidang Jasa sebesar Rp.31.008.000/tahun, bidang barang dan jasa sebesar Rp.427.896.000/tahun. Pendapatan keseluruhan sebesar Rp.509.664.000/tahun dengan Rata-rata pendapatan responden sebesar Rp.16.988.800/tahun.

Abstract

This research describes the Islamic Religious Assistance Program at SDIT Al Qalam Makassar using the CIPP evaluation model. This type of research is a program evaluation using the CIPP evaluation model with a qualitative approach. The data sources for this research are mentoring program implementers and mentoring implementation documents. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and data analysis techniques go through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research show that the mentoring program at SDIT Al Qalam Makassar firstly builds students' awareness of the importance of having an Islamic personality and a da'wah personality, secondly develops students' ability to strengthen their Islamic personality and preaching personality, thirdly grows students' appreciation and respect for the holy book Al-Qur'an, hadith, fatwas, and the works of ulama, Fourth, foster students' understanding of themselves, their families, Muslims, and the entity of the Indonesian nation from an Islamic perspective. Fifth, foster awareness in students as part of the Indonesian nation who have a sense of pride and love for their homeland. , empathize, and behave tolerantly which can be implemented in various areas of social and national life. Evaluation of input shows that several parts of the mentoring plan require improvements in mentor recruitment, facilities, and infrastructure. The process evaluation shows that the mentoring program was implemented well, namely that all series of mentoring activities were running but needed improvement during the implementation of the mentoring. Abstract

Pemberian kompensasi finansial serta non finansial sangat berarti buat manajer serta karyawan industri, karena yakni salah satu motivasi buat manajer serta karyawan buat menaikkan prestasi kerja mereka. Apabila prestasi kerja manajer serta karyawan melonjak sampai hendak pengaruhi pula terhadap pencapaian tujuan industri. Studi ini bertujuan buat menguraikan akibat kompensasi finansial serta kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kurnia Karyatama Sulawesi di Kota Palu secara parsial serta simultan. Ilustrasi pada studi ini berjumlah 40 orang mengenakan tata cara pengambilan sampe jenuh. Tata metode pengumpulan data mengenakan survey. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis mengenakan uji parsial, uji simultan serta koefisien determinasi. Akibat penelitian ini memberikan bahwa tidak seluruh hipotesis diterima, dimana kompensasi finansial pengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kebalikannya kompensasi non finansial pengaruhi negatif serta tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ialah terus jadi baik kompensasi finansial yang diberikan oleh industri sampai kinerja karyawan hendak terus jadi besar. Oleh karena itu industri harus lebih tingkatkan kompensasi finansial sangat utama dalam menaikkan honor atau pun pendapatan dan bonus yang diberikan industri.
