Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Tinjauan Hukum Islam terhadap Pembayaran Hutang Piutang dengan Penambahan dari Hasil Panen Padi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, metode pengumpulan datanya dengan cara wawancara. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu primer dan sekunder. Metode analisisnya adalah deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa dalam pelaksanaan hutang piutang ini tidak memenuhi rukun dan syarat al-qard, maka praktek hutang piutang ini tidak sah menurut hukum Islam. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi adanya praktek tersebut dikarenakan adanya kebutuhan yang mendesak serta kemudahan dalam menutupi kebutuhan hidup masyarakat setempat. Ditambah dengan minimnya pengetahuan tentang hukum transaksi tersebut dalam Islam. Setiap tambahan atas jumlah pinjaman dari pihak yang berutang itu dikatakan riba, tambahan hasil panen padi dalam transaksi utang piutang tersebut merupakan tambahan yang tidak boleh diambil meskipun rata-rata pinjaman tersebut untuk modal usaha serta dengan tambahan tersebut akan menimbulkan keterpurukan dalam kehidupan ekonominya. Hal ini sangatlah tidak dianjurkan, karena salah satu pihak sudah pasti merasa dirugikandan dapat menyebabkan keterpurukan dan kesusahan dalam kehidupan ekonominya, maka jelas tambahan tersebut dilarang untuk diambil. This study aims to analyze the Overview of Islamic Law on Payments for Debt Receivables with Additions from Rice Harvesting Results. This type of research is field research, the method of data collection is by interview. The data sources in this study are two, namely primary and secondary. The analysis method is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. The results of this study that in the implementation of these accounts payable do not fulfill the pillars and al-qard conditions, the practice of accounts payable is not valid according to Islamic law. While the factors underlying the practice are due to the urgent need and ease of covering the living needs of the local community. Coupled with the lack of knowledge about the law of the transaction in Islam. Every additional amount of the loan from the debtor is said to be riba, additional rice yields in the debt debt transaction are additional things that should not be taken even though the average loan for business capital and the addition will cause deterioration in its economic life. This is not recommended, because one of the parties certainly feels hurt and can cause deterioration and distress in his economic life, so obviously these additions are prohibited from being taken.

Pemasaran melalui internet media sosial banyak diminati karena jangkauan lebih luas dibandingkan dengan pemasaran secara manual atau konvensional. Media sosial banyak digunakan untuk memasang iklan dan memasarkan produk. One like one comment (OLOC) merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan para pebisnis online untuk meningkatkan penjualan di media sosial. One like one comment ini sering digunakan di instagram, Facebook dan line. Tujuan oloc untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan (trust) orang lain (calon customer), insight disetiap postingan dan meningkatkan kunjungan profil di akun instagram tersebut. Para pedagang online banyak menggunakan jasa oloc ini pada akun istagram mereka agar online shop mereka banyak dikenal orang dan lebih dipercaya. Sehingga terkadang cara ini juga disalahgunakan untuk malakukan penipuan online. Jumlah followers asli berbanding terbalik dengan pembeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem OLOC media Sosial ditinjau dari Etika Pemasaran Islam?. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Metode penelitian ORM (Online Research Method) dengan mengumpulkan berbagai data dari internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem OLOC pada Media Sosial tidak sesuai dengan Etika Pemasaran Islam karena melanggar prinsip-prinsip dari etika pemasaran Islam seperti Prinsip kejujuran, keadilan, transparansi dan profesionalitas. Dalam pemasaran Islam seorang pebisnis online harus selalu menerapkan etika yang baik dalam mempromosikan produknya, sedangkan sistem OLOC ini menghalalkan segala cara dalam pemasaran seperti merekaya pasar, mengelabui serta mengada-ngada pada setiap komentar. Hal ini jelas sangat dilarang dalam Islam karena dapat merugikan konsumen jika produknya tidak sesuai dengan yang ada pada komentar-komentar.

This research was also conducted in order to obtain answers to the problem "How is the accounting treatment of murabahah financing?, What is the accounting treatment for murabahah financing at PT. BPRS Adeco Langsa has complied with PSAK No.59? ”. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, which is to collect the data obtained then interpret and analyze it so that it can provide information that can be used to solve the problems at hand. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on the research conducted, it was found that PT. BPRS Adeco Langsa in recording murabahah financing refers to PSAK No.59 and murabahah accounting treatment at PT. BPRS Adeco Langsa is basically in accordance with PSAK No.59. Based on the above conclusions, PT. BPRS Adeco Langsa has implemented the provisions contained in PSAK No.59. The researcher only wants to give advice to continue to improve its financing performance, especially for murabahah financing so as to improve customer welfare.

This study aims to analyze the effect of curriculum, lecturer quality, academic service quality and alumni competence on the existence of Islamic Economics Law Department IAIN Langsa. The population in this study were all alumni of the Islamic Economics Law Department (HES) of Langsa IAIN, while the sample used in this study was that some alumni had worked, so the samples taken were 60 HES IAIN Langsa alumni. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a type of purposive sampling. The research methodology uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS Version.20 Software. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum (X1) has a positive effect on the existence of the HES Department (Y) with t-values (2,267)> t-table (1.67), then (H1 is accepted). The quality of the Lecturer (X2) has a positive effect on Existence (Y) with a t-value (4.271)> t-table (1.67), then (H2 is accepted). Academic service quality (X3) has a positive effect on the existence of the HES Department (Y) with a t- value (2.886)> t-table (1.67), then (H3 is accepted). Alumni Competence (X4) has a positive effect on Existence (Y) with a t- value (3,920)> t-table (1.67), then (H4 is accepted). Of the several variables that have been tested by lecturer quality which have a dominant influence on the existence of the Islamic Economics Law Department with the resulting t- value of 4.271 which is the highest t-value.

Dropshipping has an important role in family resilience, because one of the factors that support and hinder family resilience is economic problems. Dropshipping business is a solution and alternative that is quite attractive because it is easy to do with only a gadget and internet quota and does not spend a large amount of capital, is flexible (not bound by time). This dropship system business can help the family economy. During this pandemic, people must be more productive and innovative. This study aims to find out how to build family resilience through a dropshipping business during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis and using a data collection system with observations, interviews and documentation. The methodology used is an enomenological study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the way to build a dropshipping system for family resilience is to make products as attractive as possible and utilize digital media in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

This research aims to test empirically, (1) How the influence of Depositor Funds, NPF, Wadiah Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia and Islamic Financial Markets Securities towards financing distribution at Islamic Banking in Indonesia, (2) What is the most powerful factor influencing toward financing distribution at Islamic Banking in Indonesia? This research took time series data during 2010-2014. To analyze the data was used OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method with multiple linear regression estimation model based on results of data processing by using Eviews program. The research’s results showed that R2 amount is 0.9979 with means that independent variables can explain the dependent variable about 99.79% and 0.21% described by other variables outside of the model. While F-count more than F-table (F-count 51.53 > F-table 2.54), it indicates that all of the independent variables that were used in this analysis, Depositor Funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Wadiah Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia (SWBI) and Securities of Islamic Money Markets were simultaneous significantly influential towards financing distribution at Islamic banking in Indonesia. Depositor Funds variable had positive and significant influence towards Islamic banking’s financing distribution and it was most powerful factor influencing towards financing distribution at Islamic banking in Indonesia.

The focus of this research was the implementation of distribution of zakat as a solution of poverty alleviation in Langsa City. The problem in this research was, first, how was the concept of distribution in the Islamic Economic System? Second, how was the implementation of distribution of zakat in the Islamic Economic System in alleviating poverty? The purpose of this research was to describe the concept of distribution in the Islamic Economic System, and to analyze the implementation of distribution of zakat in the Islamic Economic System in alleviating poverty. The type of this research was a qualitative research by using descriptive analysis. It was a field research. The objects of this research were the poor people in Langsa City and the Baitul Mal Langsa. Based on the results and the analysis of discussion, it can be concluded that zakat had been distributed evenly. Therefore, zakat in Langsa City should be distributed with a larger budget and a wider scope, so that the benefits desired by Islam can be achieved and Langsa becomes one of the cities of baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafur in this beloved country of Indonesia.

Product quality, perceived value on consumer loyalty in choosing a coffee shop in Langsa City. The research method used in this study was the sampling method carried out by the Accidental Sampling method, namely determining the sample based on the people you met. by chance or anyone who is consuming coffee in a coffee shop. In this study, the number of samples determined by the researcher was 35 respondents. The data collection method uses interview techniques and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The instrument has met the validity requirements with a reliability coefficient (Crombach's Alpha) of 0.571, 0.638, 0.433 and 0.652 respectively for Determination is used to measure how far the variable ability of customer satisfaction is product quality, perceived value and loyalty variables. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative methods and quantitative methods with the formulas namely Regression Analysis, T-test, F-test and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) with the help of SPSS 16 software for windows. The results showed that the variable customer satisfaction t-count < t-table (0.514 < 1.697) so that it can be concluded that the variable customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty. product quality variable t-count > t-table (6.28 > 1.697) so that it can be concluded that product quality variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. perceived value variable t-count

The process of making shrimp paste in the people of Kuala Peunaga Village still uses a manual process with very minimal output, unattractive packaging and the marketing process still uses traditional methods, namely direct marketing and mouth to mouth so that the production of shrimp paste in the village has not been touched by the outside community is a problem that drives the existence of socialization activities in the form of this service. This activity aims to provide educational knowledge about the importance of using modern technology in the shrimp paste production process and marketing through digital media by utilizing social media. The implementation method is by outreach to the community starting with observation, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation as well as ongoing support. After the implementation of this activity, the community is very enthusiastic about using modern technology and will promote their products by digitalization or through social media. This socialization is also highly expected by the community so that later there will be special training and assistance to develop the shrimp paste business of the people of Kuala Peunaga Village into a nationally competitive product.
