This research aims to find out the increase of studentsâ€™ achievement in VII grade of Islamic Junior High School of Cendekia, Cianjur by using digital literacy-based learning. It was conducted in Taharah lesson. The subjects were 49 students of VII-a and VII-d including 22 males and 27 females. This Classroom Action Research was conducted within two cycles. Data collection techniques were done by test and observations. They were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques comparing the results among data of each cycles. The results indicated an increase of studentsâ€™ achievement. In the first cycle it was only in low then raise into fair, and finally in good category. The score was going up from 57,2 to 71,9 and 83,6 at last.

Policies are always associated with the public. Public Policy is a binding decision for the public at a strategic level or broadly the nature made by public authorities. Then education financing. Education financing can be interpreted simply as the cost that must be available and needed in organizing education in order to achieve its vision, mission, objectives, objectives, and strategic. Education financing required for the procurement of buildings, facilities and infrastructure, tutoring, teacher salaries, employee salaries and so on. Nowadays, the management of education, especially primary and secondary education, is the responsibility of the local government. With the granting of large authority, it is expected that the government can maximize the ability or capacity of existing regions in terms of education financing. This research is intended to determine the policy of education financing budget, the source of education budget and allocation of education financing. With this research, of course, it is expected to provide benefits both academically and practically. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection both primary and secondary data using literature riview techniques of online observation and documentation. The results of the study also provide some suggestions including the need for a clear financing mechanism, in the form of standard education costs that must be paid to enter the school.

Proses pembelajaran harus tetap dilaksanakan kepada seluruh peserta didik sekalipun dalam situasi wabah pandemi. Pendidikan merupakan kunci utama dalam menyiapkan sumber daya manusia unggul untuk dapat bersaing di tingkat global. Pandemi covid 19 telah mengubah tatanan pendidikan dari semula tatap muka langsung di kelas menjadi proses pembelajaran dengan sistem belajar dari rumah (BDR). Pembelajaran di masa pandemi mengharuskan setiap pendidik, pemerhati pendidikan dan instansi terkait dengan pendidikan untuk merumuskan model dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat agar proses kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat berlangsung secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kebijakan pendidikan di masa pandemi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan di masa pandemi dapat dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan; 1) metode pembelajaran daring, 2) metode pembelajaran luring.

Istilah kebijakan (policy) seringkali diterjemahkan dengan politik, aturan, program, keputusan, undang-undang, peraturan, ketentuan, kesepakatan, konvensi dan rencana strategis. Kebijkan itu lahir setelah dilakukan analisis lapangan mengenai kebutuhan di masyarakat istilah itu disebut perumusan masalah. Adapun perumusanmasalah kebijakan dapat dilihat dari: Pengindentifikasian masalah dan penyusunan agenda penyusunan skala prioritas, perumusan (formulasi) rancangan kebijakan, penetapan dan pengesahan kebijakan, pelaksanaan kebijakan dan evaluasi kebijakan.

The Indonesian curriculum is considered to have too many subjects. Indonesian students also do not focus on mastering the expected competencies. Finally, Indonesia has always failed in the international level assessment of PISA during its implementation. In fact, it is stated that Indonesian students need one hundred years to match the sophistication level of students' thinking from the average student of PISA participating countries if Indonesia continue to use the same education. The OECD as the organizer of PISA encourages changes in the education system for Indonesia in order to improve the quality of international-class education. One of the concerns in Indonesian education is the burden of many subjects. The purpose of this study is to describe several arguments for simplifying the curriculum and reducing the subjects in elementary schools in improving the quality of Indonesian education based on expert opinion, research and experience of educational performance in other countries. This article is a position paper to scientifically strengthen an opinion. Qualitative methods are used in this study where data are compiled, analyzed, and concluded. The results of the study indicate that curriculum simplification is necessary to focus students' competence and improve the quality of education. This study proposes several arguments that strengthen this effort, namely not all curriculum content must be a subject, cognate curriculum content can be integrated, many subjects become a burden on students, and so on. So, with this argument it will strengthen the desire to simplify the curriculum in elementary schools.

Banyaknya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yang masih kurang dalam pengembangan teknologi menjadi kekhawatiran tersendiri dalam proses pendidikan. Oleh karenya dibutuhkan upaya peningkatan kecakapan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru pendidikan agama Islam, dan dianalisis dengan teknik display data, reduksi, dan interpretasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa teknologi pendidikan diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran yang diintegrasikan dengan berbagai teknologi lainnya baik dengan hardware seperti komputer/laptop atau smartphone, baik dengan software seperti aplikasi buatan sendiri ataupun aplikasi open source. Pengoptimalan dilakukan dengan; memahami konten materi pembelajaran; menyesuaikan ruang lingkup strategi pembelajaran; dan mengembangkan wawasan ilmu pengetahuan. The objective of the Independent Learning Campus policy is to encourage students to master various fields of science with their fields of expertise, so that they are ready to compete in the global world. This policy provides an opportunity for students to choose the courses they will take based on their own wishes. The implementation of the Independent Learning Policy on the Independent Campus encourages the learning process in higher education to be more autonomous and flexible. Education always strives for the creation of students who always make updates for the sake of renewal at all times. Not only able to be highly educated but able to become agents of change in small and large scope. From the changes and innovations produced, they are able to provide maximum contribution to the progress of a nation that has quality human resources. Since Indonesia announced that it had been exposed to COVID-19 on March 16, 2020, all forms of activities that trigger social activities were freely dismissed with various Social Distancing, Physical Distancing, and PSBB (large-scale social restrictions) policies. Many sectors are affected by this policy, including the education sector. The Minister of Education and Culture who established online learning (on the network) with an emergency curriculum that he published made learning a little different from usual. There is no face-to-face in the classroom directly and learning is transformed by distance learning that works with parents at home in active communication. The continuity of this learning depends on the teacher providing the material in its implementation, assisted and monitored by the parents of each student. By using whatsapp group media in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is one of the efforts made by teachers in seeking an effective and fun learning. MI Al-Fadliliyah Darussalam continues to strive and is committed to optimally implementing online learning, the teacher's role is very important in the KBM it carries out. The use of whatsapp group media is the most popular media to facilitate long-distance communication, therefore online learning uses this media more often, because it is easier and better known in the community, especially parents. However, of course not only using whatsapp group media is not the end of the online learning solution. Cette étude a pour but d‟examiner la position de l‟enseignement islamique qui est appliqué en Indonésie actuellement, en comparant les systèmes éducatifs en France et en Indonésie. A partir de cette étude, nous espérons montrer que les innovations du système d‟enseignement islamique qui sont réalisées de manière continue, le sont dans le but d‟améliorer la qualité du système éducatif en Indonésie. Le système éducatif en France est très avancé et possède des institutions de premier plan et innovatives dans différents domaines. Cela s‟explique par l‟engagement du gouvernement français qui depuis l‟année 2004 attribue environ 23 % de son budget total à l‟éducation. Le niveau de vie des professeurs en France est classé au 3ème rang des fonctionnaires. Bien que le nombre des institutions d‟enseignement islamique en France soit encore très réduit, leur gestion a un standard très élevé, comme l‟ensemble de l‟enseignement en général en France. Tandis que les institutions islamiques en Indonésie sont très nombreuses, mais leur gestion est encore très variée et la majorité ne sont pas conformes au standard national. Cependant, l‟enseignement islamique en Indonésie a grandit de manière exponentielle dans l‟histoire de l‟enseignement national et a apporté une contribution significative dans le développement du système de l‟éducation nationale

This research aims to describe the design of thematic-integrative learning model, its implementation in the learning process, the influence of the model on enhancing students' 4C's skill (Communication, Cooperative, Critical thinking, Creativity), and the analysis of the supporting hindering factors that may affect the implementation of the learning model. The research utilized a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytics method. This study collected its data through an interview, observation, and documentation. The result reveals that thematic-integrative learning can increase students' ability in the era of 4.0. The outcome is demonstrated by students' competency in formulating a project and its report. Thus, it is shown that students' capability in using technology, collaboration, written and spoken communication, self-management, critical and creative thinking, and problem-solving can be sharpened. Moreover, the supporting factors found in this research are a competent teacher, learning curriculum, active students, school facilities and expenses. On the other hand, the factors that may hinder the implementation are the disparity of the teachers' proficiency, the integration of curriculum, which is often inaccurate, students' unique character and capability, facilities that are not yet optimal, and an extensive cost for projects and performances.
