Abstract

ABSTRACT: CORELATION ABOUT KNOWLEDGE OF PREGNANT WOMEN ABOUT ANTENATAL CLASS PREGNANCY WITH MOTIVATION PREGNANT WOMEN FOLLOW ANTENATAL CLASS PREGNANCY IN REGION HEALT CENTRES OF SUBDISTRICT MANDIRAJA OF REGENCY BANJARNEGARA: Antenatal Class of pregnancy is a means to learn about health care for pregnant women, in the form of face to face in the group are expected to increase the knowledge and skills of pregnant women about pregnancy, but the problem is the prevalence of pregnant women following the arrival of a class of pregnant women is very low (46%), it can be influenced by the knowledge and motivation. Good knowledge of the influence behavior and encourage an interest in or motivation of pregnant mothers attend classes. Objective: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about the class of pregnant women with the motivation of pregnant mothers attend classes. Method: The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the cross sectional approach. Samples in this study as many as 76 respondents taken by total sampling. This study using the Spearman Rank Test Statistics. Result: Most respondents have sufficient knowledge of the number 32 people (42.1%) and most well motivated as many as 32 people (42.1%). Most of the knowledge of both the motivation of both the 16 (69.5%), with sufficient knowledge of good motivation 16 people (50%) and lack of knowledge of good motivation 21 people (61.9%). Conclusion: No association between maternal knowledge about the class of pregnant women with the motivation of pregnant mothers attend classes. Suggestion: Need reach wider to generalize the results of research and the need to consider other variables associated with motivation pregnant women attend classes.Keywords: Knowledge, Motivation, Classroom Pregnant Women

Abstract

ABSTRACT: DETERMINANTS FACTORS AFFECTING THE INDEPENDENCE OF POSTPARTUM MOTHER TAKING UMBILICAL CORD CARE BABY AT RAWALO PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER IN 2015. The efforts that can be done to reduce morbidity (morbidity) and death rate (mortality) due to umbilical cord infection and neonatal tetanus is to provide health care that is effective in the community in order to enhance the adequate knowledge about the care of the umbilical cord to prevent infection cord and neonatal tetanus. Lack of independence of the mother can be seen from the high reliance on  puerperal women with dukun baby, especially in the umbilical cord care. This Reasearch aims to know determinants factors affecting the independence of postpartum mother taking umbilical cord care baby at Rawalo public health center in 2015. The type of research was survey analitik with the time approach was cross sectional. The sample as many as 43 postpartum women. The sample taking technique was total sampling. the analysis used the rank spearman test.  Of the 43 most widely postpartum mother aged 20-35 years, have parity multigravida, junior high school education, have good knowledge about cord care, have a good attitude, get a good guidance and have an independent self-reliance. Spearman rank test showed that there are correlation between age, education, parity, knowledge, guidance and attitude of postpartum mother independence of the umbilical cord care.  There are the correlation between age, education, parity, knowledge, guidance and attitude with postpartum mother independence of the umbilical cord care at Rawalo public health center in 2015.  Keywords: Umbilical cord care,  Independence

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat akhlak siswa kelas V MI Ma’arif Gandrungmanis; 2) Untuk mengetahui keefektifan metode hypnoteaching dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa kelas V MI Ma’arif Gandrungmanis tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI) Ma’arif Gandrungmanis kecamatan Gandrungmangu pada bulan Januari - Juli 2017. Variable bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah hypnoteaching sedangkan variable terikatnya adalah akhlak. Analisis data menggunakan Paired-sample T test yaitu analisis dengan melibatkan dua pengukuran pada subyek yang sama terhadap suatu pengaruh atau perlakuan tertentu. Analisis data ini disesuaikan dengan desain Quasi Experiment penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1) akhlak siswa: (a) sebelum mendapatkan hypnoteaching nilai tertinggi 67 dan nilai terendah 58 dengan nilai rareta kelas 62,97 ; (b) setelah mendapatkan hypnoteaching nilai tertinggi 76 dan nilai terendah 67 dengan nilai rerata kelas 71,42.; 2) Metode hypnoteaching efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan akhlak siswa kelas V MI Ma’arif Gandrungmanis tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of the relative advantage, compatibility of products, complexity, triability and the observability to process adoption of innovation. This research using a sample of 100 respondents who use pads Avail FC BIO Sanitary Pad. The data collected by using purposive sampling. Result of the regression analysis showed that there was a simultaneous influence among variables of relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability and observability. And the partially influence is variable relative advantage, complexity, triability and observability against the process to adoption of innovation on Avail FC BIO Sanitary Pad.Keywords : relative advantages, compatibility, complexity, triability, observability, adoption of innovation

Abstract

This study aims to identify the determinants that influence the attitudes of consumers of green purchases and the willingness to pay more on green products, specifically on energy-saving lighting products. The variables studied included environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and perceived effectiveness. The sample of this study was 196 students, but out of 196 respondents after the questionnaire was distributed only 189 could be processed. Validity and reliability test results show valid values of loading factors of more than 0.4 while for reliability testing using the cronbach’s alpha criteria above 0.5 indicates reliable. Through the multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of environmental knowledge, environmental awareness and effectiveness are felt to have a positive and significant effect on the attitude of buying and willingness to pay more. Green purchasing attitudes and willingness to pay more have a positive and significant effect on green purchasing behavior. Green purchasing attitudes have a greater influence on green purchasing behavior compared to willingness to pay more.

Abstract

Roti manis merupakan produk makanan yang umumnya terbuat dari tepung terigu, garam, mentega, dan ragi. Problemnya adalah bahwa sampai saat ini tepung terigu 100% masih import dan kasus penyakit degeneraif dari waktu ke waktu terus meningkat. Penggunaan bahan baku alternativeperlu dikembangkan, seperti pati garut termodifikasi guna mengeliminir persoalan tersebut. Penggunaan pati garut termodifikasi menghasilkan roti dengan tekstur yang kurang lembut dan daya kembang rendah, sehingga harus ditambahkan emulsifier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh penambahan pati garut termodifikasi dengan lesitin terhadap karakteristik roti manis. Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK)faktorial dengan dua faktor, yakni konsentrasi pati garut termodifikasi (10%, 15% dan 20% b/b) dan konsentrasi lesitin (0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% b/b) telah diterapkan. Interaksi antara konsentrasi pati garut termodifikasi dan konsentrasi lesitin telah ditemukan terhadap kadar air, abu, protein,karbohidrat dan uji organoleptik (rasa, tekstur dan kesukaan) roti manis. Penambahan konsentrasi pati garut termodifikasi 10 %b/b dan konsentrasi lesitin 0.5 %b/b (P1L3) dengan sifat fisik mikroskopis pori-pori roti manis sebesar 2083.8 μm dan nilai kekerasan 11.38 N, serta sifat kimia roti manis kadar air 21.83%, kadar abu 1.52%, kadar lemak 14.71%, kadar protein 8.13%, kadar karbohidrat 53.81%, dan kadar serat pangan 3.28% adalah perlakuan terbaik. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan skor rasa 3.04 (sangat enak), skor tekstur 3.31 (sangat lembut) dan skor kesukaan 3.19 (sangat suka). Kata Kunci : Tepung terigu, pati garut termodifikasi, lesitin, roti manis

Abstract

This study attempted to identify and analyze the relationship between life satisfaction, and problematic social media use on students by using self-esteem as the mediator. To do so, the population involved in this study were students of Public Junior High School (SMP Negeri) throughout Semarang City who used social media with the sample of 345 students selected using cluster random sampling technique. For more, their data were collected using the life satisfaction scale, Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS), and self-esteem inventory (SEI). The results of mediation analysis indicated that the indirect effect of life satisfaction and problematic social media use mediated by self-esteem was significant, while the direct effect was not significant. Thus, this study contributes implications for counselors in providing classical guidance service with a discussion related to the use of social media with the aim of preventing problematic social media use.

Abstract

Peptides from Sumbawa horse milk are active as antibacterial and antioxidant. Horse milk has a higher content of vitamin C than cow or goat's milk, and cream products that contain milk can overcome dry skin. The Gel is one of the topical dosage forms suitable for acne medications and oily skin types. This study aimed to determine the effect of variations in horse milk content formulated in gel preparations with carbomer 1% base as gelling agents on physical characteristics (organoleptic, viscosity, pH) and antibacterial activity in Propionibacterium acnes. In this study, gel preparations were made with six different formulas on horse milk content, namely FI (2.5%), FII (5%), and FIII (10%), FIV (15%), FV (20%), and FVI (25%) with 1% carbomer base on each formula and well method were used for the antibacterial test. From the organoleptic test, it was found that in all of the gel formula had soft textured, thick white color, and distinctive aroma like horse milk. The viscosity test showed that was no significant difference, but the pH test showed a significant difference for each formula. In this study showed that all of the gel formulae did not have an inhibitory zone, which means that at each level there was no evidence of antibacterial activity in the P. acnes. So, it could be concluded that all gel formula had good gel characteristics but there was no inhibitory activity against the P. acnes.
