Abstract

The status of Yogyakarta as a special province has brought about a serious tension at both conceptual as well as practical levels. A close look at the process around the recruitment of the Vice Governor for this province shows that point. A new interpretation and design of Yogyakarta as a special province is demanded.

Abstract

Social security is a critical issue in the economy which functions as earnings substitute for all employees having loss of earnings due to sickness, work-accident, layoff, death and pension. Social security in Malaysia is managed separately in the operation since the first establishment in the 1950s seperate into 4 agencies consisting of employees provident tunds (EPF), social security organization (Socso), pension system for civil employees and armed force’s saving funds (AFSB). The objective of this research is to identify the operation of social security which keeps continued separately between private workers and public employees has reflected any good governance in the protection of working people. The methodology used in this study is descriptive method which focuses on review of ILO, ISSA concept and Malaysian system including the application of 5-principles of Good Corporate Governace GCG for the analysis of social security agencies as whether to be accepted universally in the globalization era. The conclusion of this study is that the operation of social security for the different status of members in Malaysia shall be separated, because of different financial sources between social security programs for private workers and public employees which indicate their different characteristics respectively.

Abstract

The implementation of social security in an international perspective has been directed at the social protection systems need to have the coordination of various things, among others: (1) the availability of employment, (2) health care facilities and (3) the role of labor market in the reemployment of employees having layoff to new employment in order to ensure the sustainability of their social security system. The purpose of this research was to compare social security in the us, Korea and China so that it can be taken as an example implementation in Indonesia. The method used is the study of librarianship with a descriptive exploratory approach. The method used is the study of library research with a descriptive exploratory approach. It can be concluded that: (1) conducting of social security in the US., South Korea and China have been well protected with the availability of work and the existence of permanent employment market presence. (2) Conducting SJSN by BPJS in Indonesia is still exclusive, has yet to reach the protection of workers as a whole, because membership of the workers against the labor force is still less than 25%, due to the stakeholders’ intervention.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to analyze the influence of Strategy Corporate, HRD Strategy, QHSE Management and Leadership on Company Performance in Construction Industry in Java Island. The research design used in this study is a causal design that explains the relationship between variables, supplemented by descriptive analysis to explain data from indicators and dimensions of each variable.The research location in Java Island area, the object of research includes36 companies in construction service industry using 246 managers as a sample. The data of this research are primary data obtained from questionnaires by respondents.The analytical method used for descriptive study and using SPSS software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Lisrel software for the study of causality between variables.The result of causality analysis indicated that some research hypothesis is rejected, that is Leadership does not influence to Company Performance, Corporate Strategy has no effect to Company Performance, HRM Strategy has no effect to Company Performance and QHSE Management has no effect to Company Performance. Abstract

Empirically, the central government of Indonesia introduced a uniform bureaucratic model to the entire territory of the country.This study, which was conducted in Sorong Selatan district of West Papua, is an effort to fill the gaps in both theoretical and empirical level on the relationship between the bureaucracy and political identity. In the area of research, political identity has a significant influence on the bureaucracy. This study discusses how identity politics, particularly ethnicity, works in a variety of lobbying processes by bureaucrats of different ethnic groups to gain strategic positions in bureaucracy. More specifically, it is an attempt to address the question of whether ethnicity affects the appointment of bureaucrats in Sorong Selatan.It was found that ethnic identity became an important factor used as an instrument to support promotion of bureaucrats into important positions. Ethnic identity does not merely reflect cultural differences among diverse ethnic groups but is closely related to the ethnic groups’ roles in Sorong Selatan administration. Each ethnic group has a strong basis to claim their determinant role in the local governments and in the election of the Regent. Such a claim serves as the basis for demanding compensation to obtain strategic offices in bureaucracy. It is argued that ethnic identity serves as a political instrument to support the lobbying process.

Abstract

MSMEs or commonly called Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the businesses that have weaknesses in the marketing sector. This task discusses the Marketing of Chicken Noodle MSMEs using Instagram social media. Marketing of this chicken noodle business is only carried out in the area around Ngagel in the city of Surabaya, so the marketing of the chicken noodle business using Instagram social media is expected to be better known by many people and can attract new customers considering the number of Instagram social media users who are quite a lot ranging from small children, teenagers to adults. After carrying out this project task, our hope is that the chicken noodle business can be better known by many people and can attract new customers

Abstract

Harga saham di pasar modal selalu mengalami fluktuasi setiap harinya maka dari itu perlu adanya alat ukur yang dapat membantu dalam memprediksi pergerakan harga saham tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, dan Total Assets Turnover Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar di Index LQ-45 Tahun Periode 2016-2020). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan periode 2016–2020. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 perusahaan, analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Earning Per Share, dan Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar di Index LQ-45 Tahun Periode 2016-2020. Berdasarkan uji secara simultan menyimpulkan bahwa variable Earning Per Share, dan Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar di Index LQ-45 Tahun Periode 2016-2020. Kemudian diperoleh Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan nilai 0.602 memiliki arti bahwa sebesar 60,2% pengungkapan dijelaskan oleh variabel yang diteliti sedangkan sisanya 39,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model. Kata Kunci : Harga Saham, Earning Per Share, Total Assets Turnover, LQ-45

Abstract

kepuasan konsumen pada Bengkel Motor Yasin Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 50 respondenyang diperoleh menggunakan metode sampel jenuh.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan. Metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Melalui uji determinasi didapatkan hasil bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 48,0% terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan sisanya sebesar 58,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepusan Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the potential challenges of VUCA to the development of the automotive industry in Indonesia and their impact on company performance. The research uses VUCA Prime as a tool to antidote VUCA. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification research methods. The research sample was 248 respondents based on manager-level positions and above using a purposive sampling method. The results showed that VUCA Prime had a positive and significant effect on agile leadership and company performance. VUCA Prime had a positive and significant effect on Strategic business. VUCA Prime had a positive and significant effect on Organizational change. VUCA Prime has a positive and significant effect on the performance of automotive industry companies in Indonesia. Agile leadership is intervening in the influence between VUCA Prime and company performance. Organizational change is intervening between VUCA Prime and company performance. Strategic business is intervening between VUCA Prime and company performance in automotive industry companies in Indonesia. Variable intervening results in leadership agility and organizational change, which has a big role in company performance. Research using quality methods through SWOT diagrams leads to a diversification strategy toward 2030
