Abstract

ABSTRAKKabupaten Bondowoso merupakan kabupaten penghasil kopi arabika terbaik di Indonesia, yang dikenal dengan Kopi Java Ijen Raung, akan tetapi kopi yang dikonsumsi bukan Kopi Java Ijen Raung melainkan kopi olahan pabrik lainnya. Fenomena ini tentunya mengharuskan agroindustri kopi Java Ijen Raung mengembangkan produk kopinya agar dapat lebih diterima oleh konsumen kopi di Bondowoso. Suatu informasi mengenai perilaku konsumen sangat dibutuhkan dengan melakukan analisa karakteristik dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kopi, sehingga mempermudah Kopi Java Ijen Raung dalam  menentukan strategi pemasarannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian kopi adalah faktor pribadi dan psikologis, faktor atribut produk, faktor budaya, sosial dan lingkungan eksternal konsumen, faktor kekentalan dan faktor atribut non produk.

Abstract

The Research focused on efeciency and income of Pandanwangi Rice farming system with the legowo 4:1 cropping pattern in canals irrigation rice fields in Bondowoso Regency. The research area was chosen in Bataan Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency. The sampling technique was total sampling, in which the number of samples was equal than population. The sample of this research was 28 respondents. The analysis used in this research was income and efficiency analysis. Based on the results, it was found that the Pandanwangi Rice farming system with the legowo 4:1 cropping pattern in canals irrigation rice fields in Bataan Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency produced avarage income Rp. 6,000,000.-/ha and efficient.

Abstract

KFC Jember Outlet has decreasing on sale of food product in KFC Jember Outlet. An operational manajer KFC Jember Outlet must have smart thinking to increasing sale with customer satisfaction achievement. This research aim to know the role of digital marketing (DM) to mediate price (P) and taste (T) effect on repushase food in KFC Jember Outlet through customer satisfaction (CS). This research use quantitative associative research. This research use simple random sampling technique. This research conducted 730 responden to be a sample. An aanlysis of this research are Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Amos 24 version. Based on this research result, digital marketing (DM) have mediaton role of price (P) and taste (T) effect on repurchase food in KFC Jember Outlet through customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of sustainable marketing strategies on consumer preferences for eco-friendly products in Indonesia, with a focus on the mediating role of environmental awareness. Drawing upon a quantitative approach, data were collected from a diverse sample of 150 participants using purposive sampling techniques. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between sustainable marketing strategies, environmental awareness, and consumer preferences. The results reveal significant positive relationships between sustainable marketing strategies and consumer preferences, as well as between environmental awareness and consumer preferences. Furthermore, environmental awareness was found to partially mediate the relationship between sustainable marketing strategies and consumer preferences. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sustainability principles into marketing strategies and fostering environmental awareness to promote eco-friendly consumption behaviors among Indonesian consumers.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan kegiatan berupa pelatihan terhadap santri yang berada di Pondok Pesantren Abuzairi Desa Pakisan Kecamatan Tlogosari Kabupaten Bondowoso. Adapun maksud kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memperkenalkan jiwa dan watak wirausaha kepada santri Pondok Pesantren Abuzairi. Terdapat 30 santri yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah santri mengerti dan memahami jiwa dan watak wirausaha dan mampu mengenali diri mengenai potensi wirausaha dalam jiwa mereka. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan santri peserta pelatihan antusias selama acara pelatihan diselenggarakan
