Services provided by medical personnel or doctors are an integral part of health services in hospitals, which have a very strategic position in efforts to improve the quality of service and satisfaction of consumers or patients who come to the hospital, which results in the satisfaction of the organization or the hospital itself . In connection with the age of BPJS implementation in Indonesia, the researchers are interested in exploring clinical autonomy (clinical autonomy) for the work satisfaction of doctors in the JKN era based on the transformation of fee for services into the INA CBGs package in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of clinical autonomy on doctors job satisfaction of JKN Era at Makassar City Hospital. This type of research is quantitative research with cross sectional research design. The population is all doctors in Makassar City Hospital as many as 35 people. Data analysis techniques using Spearman correlation analysis. The results showed that Control over work and Prerogative obtain need services affect job satisfaction in Makassar City Hospital (p = 0.012 and p = 0.035). From the results of the study concluded that clinical autonomy consisting of Control over work and Prerogative obtain need services affect the job satisfaction of doctors in Makassar City Hospital.It is recommended to the leadership of Makassar City Hospital to create better Control Over Work in terms of communication between doctors and management, so as to increase job satisfaction.

The policy to implement a Smoking Area (KTR) has been agreed as the main intervention strategy to control non-communicable diseases. Regulations in the form of Non-Smoking Regional Law (KTR) have also been approved in various countries as an embodiment of tobacco regulation in the world. Implementation of issued regional policies must be carried out by all Local Governments in Indonesia. This study discusses the determinants associated with employees in the Non-Smoking Area in the Education Office of South Sulawesi Province. This research is a type of quantitative research using Cross-Sectional Studies. The population in this study was 183 people. Sampling was done using the Total Sampling method so that a total sample of 183 people were obtained. Data processing and analysis using the SPSS program. Data analysis is based on the Chi-Square Test statistical test. The results showed there was a relationship between smoking relationships (p = 0,000), there was a relationship between attitudes (p 0,000), there was a relationship between social support (p = 0,000) and employee associations regarding smoking area regulations in the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office and none the relationship between knowledge (p = 0.288) and employee associations regarding regional regulations in the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office.

Tariff of health service RSUD Tenriawaru Bone Regency is still based on by law in 2012 so that needmore research about rational tariff. This study aims to obtain information on the rational tariff of several costcenter services in RSUD Tenriawaru Bone Regency. This type of observational research is intended to identifyall caracteristic used to calculate total cost (fixed cost) and total fixed operational cost (semi variable cost), andtotal operational cost is not fixed (variable cost) and tariff every action there. Sample research of all transactionsrelated to fixed costs, semi-variable costs and variable costs at cost centers. Data collection using observationaltechniques and documentation. Data analysis using unit cost analysis with microsoft excell. The result of researchshows that the health service tariff of RSUD Tenriawaru Bone Regency based on unit cost in the biggest radiologyunit is USG (Ultrasound) Rp.280.000,-; the largest physiotherapy unit is action using gymnastic pool Rp.250.000,-; hemodialysis rate on hemodialysis unit is Rp.1,000,000,-; largest NICU is resuscitation Rp.360.000,-; and unitcost of treatment classification with normative output (BOR 80%) are as follows: Main VIP Class Rp.420.000,-;VIP Class Rp.300.000,-; Class I Rp.240.000,-; Class II Rp.150.000,-; and Class III Rp.95.000,-. The conclusion ofthe calculation results in a higher rational tariff than the current service rate.

Kebutuhan akan kepemimpinan yang baik dalam organisasi terutama rumah sakit pada saat ini jauh lebih besar dibandingkan pada masa lalu, karena organisasi saat ini lebih rumit dan menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang sangat berat, baik dari tekanan internal maupun eksternaal organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap iklim organisasi pada era JKN di RSUD Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 93 perawat RSUD Kota Makassar yang dipilih menggunakan metode probabilitysampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional terhadap iklim organisasi di RSUD Kota Makassar (p=0.000 dan p=0.000). Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi.

Perilaku berisiko pada remaja dapat terjadi karena remaja mengadopsi perilaku tersebut melalui pergaulan yang tidak sehat dan informasi yang tidak terarah. Dengan adanya modernisasi teknologi yang memiliki dampak positif maupun negatif sehingga diperlukan media edukasi yang efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja dalam perilaku berisiko kesehatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media edukasi online (e-book) dan konvensional terhadap perubahan perilaku berisiko pada remaja. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experimental dengan model pretest posttest control group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April – Juni 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SMPN 2 Dua Boccoe dan SMP Swasta Tanra Tellue, Kabupaten Bone. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel minimal 30 orang untuk setiap kelompok. Penentuan kelompok sampel, yaitu kelompok eksperimen A (edukasi dengan media e-book) dan kelompok kontrol (metode konvensional dengan ceramah menggunakan powerpoint presentation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok intervensi dengan media e-book terdapat perbedaan sikap terhadap merokok pada remaja dan pada kelompok kontrol dengan media penyuluhan konvensional terdapat perbedaan sikap remaja terhadap rokok dan NAPZA. Ada perbedaan pada beberapa variabel antara kelompok intervensi dengan kontrol, yaitu pengetahuan tentang rokok, alkohol, dan NAPZA serta sikap terhadap NAPZA. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, yaitu media edukasi konvensional masih lebih efektif dibandingkan mediaonline (e-book) terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terhadap perilaku berisiko kesehatan. Disarankan agar tenaga kesehatan perlu mengembangkan media edukasi yang inovatif dan kreatif dalam melakukan edukasi kesehatan kepada remaja. Kata Kunci: Edukasi kesehatan, perilaku berisiko, remaja

EDUCATIVE GAMES OF GIANT SNAKE IN THE EFFORTS TO INCREASE THE TOWATA VILLAGE YOUTH HIV/AIDS KNOWLEDGE. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a virus that attacks white blood cells in the body and results in the decline of human immunity. This is one of the problems of adolescent's premarital sexual behavior and abuse of drug use, many adolescents are still lacking knowledge about the dangers of HIV and not infrequently also as adolescents already know the negative effects but do not think about future risks. The aim of this intervention is to increase the understanding of village youth regarding the importance of avoiding anything that can lead to HIV and stigmatizing the community to avoid the disease rather than the person. The method used in this counseling is the Educational Giant Ladder Snake Faith to increase knowledge about HIV. The implementation technique is to go to the village youth gathering place and encourage them to take part in the eductive faith of the giant ladder snake. The evaluation method is carried out by holding a pre-test and post-test. The results show that there is a difference in the increase in knowledge before and after the game with an average of 5.70 to an average of 7.20. It is expected that young people can apply the knowledge that has been obtained during the game to be able to avoid risky behaviors of transmitting HIV/AIDS and can eliminate the negative stigma of society against disease and people with HIV/AIDS.

Masalah gizi masyarakat secara global termasuk Indonesia tidak hanya berfokus pada kekurangan gizi kronik, namun juga kelebihan gizi (obesitas). Ã‚Â Prinsip perilaku pencegahan obesitas yaitu dengan mengatur keseimbangan energy. Perilaku tersebut dapat dilakukan apabila anak pernah mendapatkan informasi mencegah obesitas. Edukasi kesehatan dalam memodifikasi perubahan perilaku telah banyak dilakukan pada masyarakat umum, namun masih sangat kurang dilakukan pada kelompok marjinal seperti penyandang tunarungu (keterbatasan pendengaran). Salah satu proses edukasi yang cocok diterapkan kepada anak tunarungu adalah melalui media video, karena dapat digunakan untuk merangsang motorik anak penyandang tunarungu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memodifikasi perilaku pencegahan obesitas pada anak penyandang tunarungu di SLB-B Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan Quasy experiment dengan rancangan Time series design. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan, yaitu pretest dan post test dengan kuesioner tentang niat, pengetahuan, sarana dan tindakan anak terhadap pencegahan obesitas. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji t dan Mc Nemar untuk melihat kelompok sebelum dan setelah intervensi dilakukan. Kelompok intervensi menggunakan video animasi berbahasa yang isyarat menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan responden (p> 0,05), tetapi memiliki pengaruh pada niat dan tindakan (p <0,05). Pada kelompok kontrol menggunakan leaflet menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dan tindakan (p <0,05), tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh pada niat responden.

The coverage of health services for the elderly at the Antara Public Health Center is 62.1%. Posyandu for the elderly is an effort made to increase health coverage for the elderly, the elderly who utilize Posyandu are 558 people out of 1152 elderly. This study aims to determine the factors related to the use of Posyandu for the elderly in the work area of the Antara City Health Center in Makassar. The type of research used is quantitative research design, analytical descriptive study, with a cross sectional approach. The sample is set at 90 samples with stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used is a structured questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi-square test. The results showed that age (p=0.093), education (p=0.000), knowledge (p=0.000), family support (p=0.000), distance (p=0.000), and perception of pain (p=0.000) has a relationship with the use of Posyandu for the elderly in the work area of the Makassar City Health Center. There was no relationship between gender (p=0.147) and occupation (p=0.117) on the utilization of the Posyandu for the elderly in the work area of the Antara City Health Center in Makassar. most of the variables studied in this study showed a significant relationship. It is hoped that health workers/posyandu cadres will further increase the socialization/counseling activities given to the elderly regarding the importance of conducting health checks at the posyandu for the elderly.

One of the tasks of implementing the MCH program is antenatal care which aims to monitor the progress of pregnancy, ensure the health of the mother and baby's growth and development, improve and maintain the physical, mental and social health of the mother and baby, recognize early on any abnormalities or complications that may occur during pregnancy. This can be known to be known by MCH officers if carrying out antenatal services according to standards. To find out the factors related to the performance of KIA officers at the Tuppu Health Center, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional study design carried out in the working area of the Tuppu Public Health Center, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency on 27 April – 21 May 2022. The population in this study were all midwives in the Tuppu Health Center Work Area as many as 52 people and a sample of 52 midwives. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using chi square test and fisher's exact. Respondents with less ability were 40 people (76.9%) and 12 people with good ability (23.1%). Respondents who have a positive attitude are 23 people (44.2%) and respondents who are not good are 10 people (19.2%). Fisher's exact results showed that ability (p=0,500), motivation (p=0,480) and the results of the chi-square test showed that attitudes (p=0,111) were not related to the performance factor of the Tuppu Public Health Center, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency.. There is no relationship between ability, attitude and motivation with the performance of officers in maternal and child health services at the Tuppu Public Health Center, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. For further researchers, they can examine different variables related to the performance of midwives, especially in maternal and child health services.

Latar Belakang: Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan derajat atau tingkat kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan yang berlaku. Standar Akreditasi adalah pedoman yang berisi tingkat pencapaian yang harus dipenuhi oleh rumah sakit dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh antara mutu pelayanan terhadap standar akreditasi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Rawat Jalan RSUD H. Padjonga daeng Ngalle Takalar Tahun 2021. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel penelitain sebanyak 97 responden. Hasil penelitian uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square pada variabel realibility (kehandalan), assurance (jaminan), tangibles (bukti langsung), empathy (empati), responsiveness (daya tanggap) didapatkan bahwa nilai P = 0.000 < 0.05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Mutu Pelayanan Terhadap Standar Akreditasi Pada Rawat Jalan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 RSUD H. Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Takalar Tahun 2021.
