Abstract

Introduction: Children of primary school age are prone to nutritional problems, one ofwhich is over nutrition. Globally, the prevalence of over nutrition children increased byaround 47.1%, while in Indonesia it increased to 10.8% and 9.2%. The main cause of overnutrition in children is the wrong diet which is influenced by the family and schoolenvironment. Family plays a role in forming healthy eating behavior, one of which is to getbreakfast habits. The school also plays a role in providing healthy food for children whilethey are at school. Abstract

Dangke is one of the prima donna local foods typical of Enrekang Regency. However, as times progressed, breeders faced many obstacles, especially in Mataran Village, Anggeraja District, and Enrekang Regency. This is motivated by the management of livestock pens that have not been optimal, product diversification that has not been maximized, the lack of penetration of digital marketing-based marketing and financial records for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, and the lack of close multi-sectoral collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Therefore, a massive and sustainable community empowerment program is needed for farmer groups, Farmer Business Groups (KUT), Housewives/PKK, and Youth Organizations in Mataran Village as a real effort to improve the community economy based on the creative economy from upstream to downstream. This service activity was carried out for approximately six months in Mataran Village with a blended system (offline and online). This community service activity concludes that the "Dangke Mataran" business group's target audience, breeders, housewives, and youth organizations, are very interested and motivated to implement a sustainable livestock system from upstream to downstream regarding cage management, sanitation, and feed. Livestock, product diversification, digital marketing-based product sales system, and MSME-scale financial management to increase their productivity while increasing the bargaining power of dangke as a local cheese in Enrekang. --- Dangke merupakan salah satu pangan lokal primadona khas Kabupaten Enrekang. Namun, seiring berkembangnya zaman, ada serangkaian hambatan yang dihadapi oleh peternak khususnya di Kelurahan Mataran, Kecamatan Anggeraja, Kabupaten Enrekang. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh manajemen kandang ternak yang belum optimal, diversifikasi produk yang belum maksimal, kurangnya penetrasi pemasaran berbasis digital marketing dan pencatatan keuangan untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah, dan belum eratnya kerjasama multisektoral dengan stakeholder terkait. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan program community empowerment yang bersifat masif dan berkelanjutan bagi kelompok peternak, Kelompok Usaha Tani (KUT), Ibu Rumah Tangga, dan Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Mataran sebagai upaya riil dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat berbasis ekonomi kreatif dari hulu ke hilir. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih enam bulan di Kelurahan Mataran dengan sistem blended (luring dan daring). Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kelompok khalayak sasaran yang terdiri dari kelompok usaha “Dangke Mataran”, peternak, Ibu Rumah Tangga, dan karang taruna sangat berminat dan termotivasi untuk menerapkan sistem peternakan berkelanjutan dari hulu ke hilir baik dari aspek manajemen kandang, sanitasi, pakan ternak, diversifikasi produk, sistem penjualan produk berbasis digital marketing, pengelolaan keuangan berskala UMKM guna meningkatkan produktivitas mereka sekaligus menambah bargaining power dangke sebagai keju khas Enrekang.

Abstract

The health problems experienced by adolescents today are the triple burden of malnutrition, namely undernutrition, excess nutrition (obesity), and iron deficiency anemia. School is an environment that has an important role in conveying health information to adolescents. Therefore, it is necessary to empower youth cadres in schools so that nutritional status monitoring can be carried out independently and periodically. Community service activities were carried out at SMPN 1 Soppeng by involving 10 students as training participants. After being trained to measure nutritional status, students practice measuring other students. The measurement results illustrate that the average nutritional status of adolescents is normal (44%). However, the prevalence of wasting is quite high, reaching 32% and the prevalence of obesity is up to 24%. Therefore, the school needs to measure the nutritional status of students on a regular basis so that interventions can be carried out to improve the nutritional status of students so that healthy and achieving students can be produced

Abstract

Schools are one of the potential settings for community empowerment in efforts to implement the Healthy Living Community Movement (Germas). SMA Negeri 7 Takalar is one of the schools in Takalar Regency with 2 (two) priority problems, namely 1) the health service sector, there is no education and routine health screening carried out in schools so that health literacy is low; 2) in the area of availability of health service facilities in schools, there is no information media about health in the school environment and facilities for monitoring student health. Activities carried out to resolve partner problems include peer educator training and empowering academics in schools. This service program runs well and smoothly. This service program, through health education activities and peer educator training that has been carried out, is able to increase the knowledge and skills of students and teachers. It is hoped that all academic members can implement Germas in the school structure so that healthy and intelligent students and a healthy school environment can be created
