Abstract

One of the tasks of implementing the MCH program is antenatal care which aims to monitor the progress of pregnancy, ensure the health of the mother and baby's growth and development, improve and maintain the physical, mental and social health of the mother and baby, recognize early on any abnormalities or complications that may occur during pregnancy. This can be known to be known by MCH officers if carrying out antenatal services according to standards. To find out the factors related to the performance of KIA officers at the Tuppu Health Center, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional study design carried out in the working area of ​​the Tuppu Public Health Center, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency on 27 April – 21 May 2022. The population in this study were all midwives in the Tuppu Health Center Work Area as many as 52 people and a sample of 52 midwives. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using chi square test and fisher's exact. Respondents with less ability were 40 people (76.9%) and 12 people with good ability (23.1%). Respondents who have a positive attitude are 23 people (44.2%) and respondents who are not good are 10 people (19.2%). Fisher's exact results showed that ability (p=0,500), motivation (p=0,480) and the results of the chi-square test showed that attitudes (p=0,111) were not related to the performance factor of the Tuppu Public Health Center, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency.. There is no relationship between ability, attitude and motivation with the performance of officers in maternal and child health services at the Tuppu Public Health Center, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. For further researchers, they can examine different variables related to the performance of midwives, especially in maternal and child health services.

Abstract

JKN Mobile is an application presented by BPJS Kesehatan to make it easier for users to register, change and find membership data, obtain First Level Health Facility services and Advanced Level Referral Facility and make it easier for users to provide criticism or suggestions. BPJS participants are still lacking in utilizing the JKN Mobile application service, even though the formation of this application is expected to make it easier for the public to access health services from BPJS Kesehatan. This study aims to determine the utilization of the JKN Mobile information system in Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative research with an analytical survey method and using a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all BPJS Kesehatan participants in Makassar City who used the JKN Mobile application as many as 245,341 users. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique by accidental sampling with a total sample of 100 people used. The results showed that 86% of respondents felt that the use of JKN Mobile was sufficient. The results of statistical analysis using Chi Square showed that the system quality (p=0.000), information quality (p=0.000) and service quality (p=0.000). The p-value of all independent variables <0.05 so that there is a relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality on the utilization of JKN Mobile in Makassar City. All variables studied in this study indicate that there is a relationship with the use of JKN Mobile. With this, it is hoped that BPJS Kesehatan will improve and develop the JKN Mobile application, especially on the registration and registration to make it more easily accessible to all groups of people and further increase socialization and education to BPJS participants regarding the procedures for using and the importance of using the JKN Mobile application.

Abstract

Nurses are the implementing elements of service activities of a hospital so that the quality of nurses will determine hospital performance. Therefore, nurses who have good performance are needed. Nurse performance is closely related to how much motivation and workload nurses have in providing health services to patients. Meanwhile, the number of nurses at the Makassar City Hospital is still inadequate, causing the nurses' workload to be quite high. However, in carrying out nursing care, nurses have their own motivations that encourage them to carry out their duties and responsibilities as well as possible. This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and workload with the performance of nurses in the inpatient installation of Makassar City Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all nurses who served in the inpatient installation of the Makassar City Hospital. Determination of the sample by the method of total sampling with a total sample of 69 nurses. The results of the study using chi-square showed that motivation (p=0.000) and workload (p=0.044). The p value of all independent variables <0.05 so that there is a relationship between motivation and workload with the performance of nurses in the inpatient installation of Makassar City Hospital.
