Abstract

Abstract: The government issued a policy to implement distance learning in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, including in early childhood level. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Ceria Montessori School and the Nasional Montessori School conduct strategic management into online learning programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. By using qualitative research methods, it was found that these two schools implemented strategic management into online learning programs by going through several stages, namely: (1) analysis of the school environment related to online learning programs, both from internal and external factors; (2) the formulation of online learning program strategies; (3) implementation of online learning program strategies; and (4) evaluation and control of online learning program strategies.Abstrak: Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk melaksanakan PJJ sebagai respon dari kondisi pandemi Covid-19, tidak terkecuali untuk jenjang PAUD. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sekolah Ceria Montessori School dan Nasional Montessori melakukan manajemen strategik ke dalam program online learning selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, ditemukan hasil penelitian bahwa kedua sekolah ini mengimplementasikan manajemen strategik ke dalam program online learning dengan melakukan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: (1) analisis lingkungan sekolah yang berkenaan dengan program online learning, baik dari faktor internal dan eksternal; (2) formulasi strategi program online learning; (3) implementasi strategi program online learning; dan (4) evaluasi dan kontrol strategi program online learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine whether there is a significant influence between the quality of academic services, facilities and infrastructure on integrated graduate student satisfaction in the faculty. The results of this study (1) there is a significant influence between X1 and Y with a regression coefficient value of 0.510 with a probability value of 0.00, this value is <0.05. ). (2) There is a significant influence between X2 and Y with a regression coefficient value of 0.477 with a probability value of 0.00, this value is <0.05. (3) There is a significant influence between X1, X2 on Y with a coefficient value of 0.924 with a probability value of 0.00 that the value is <0.05.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan akademik, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pascasarjana terintegrasi di fakultas. Hasil penelitian ini (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara X1 terhadap Y dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,368 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,00, nilainya <0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara X2 dan Y dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,637 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,00, nilai ini <0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara X1, X2 terhadap Y dengan nilai koefisien 0,952 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,00 yang nilainya <0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts of principals in improving the quality of primary schools through the development of quality teachers in elementary schools. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with interview techniques. The subject of this study was the principal of the elementary school in Malang Regency. The results of the study showed that the efforts of principals in developing the quality of elementary school teachers have three indicators including (1) teacher motivation, (2) teacher personality, and (3) teacher skills. All indicators have been implemented except that in the implementation of the teacher quality development program there are still some obstacles and the result are less than expected. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah dasar melalui pengembangan kualitas guru di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kualitas guru sekolah dasar terkait dengan tiga indikator, antara lain (1) motivasi guru, (2) kepribadian guru, dan (3) keterampilan guru. Semua indikator sudah dilaksanakan, hanya saja dalam pelaksanaan program pengembangan kualitas guru masih terdapat beberapa hambatan dan hasilnya kurang maksimal.

Abstract

Abstract: The research question is how Islamic-based schools internalize Islamic religious values into the school quality assurance system that is characteristic of the community to put interest and trust in Islamic-based schools. This study was conducted with a field study with a qualitative approach to obtain descriptive data from informants who felt that they had a lot of information about the focus being studied. The researcher conducted interviews with the principal, direct observation to the school, and conducted documentation studies at the SDIT Baitul Izzah in Nganjuk Regency as the research location. Data analysis is done by reducing data on data obtained during data collection in the field. The results of the study showed that the internalization process was carried out by designing a school curriculum with a blend of national curriculum with religious education. Abstrak: Pertanyaan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sekolah berbasis agama Islam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam ke dalam sistem penjaminan mutu sekolah yang menjadi ciri khas kepada masyarakat untuk menaruh minat dan kepercayaan pada sekolah berbasis agama Islam. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan studi lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperoleh data secara deskriptif dari informan yang dinggap banyak memiliki informasi tentang fokus yang diteliti. Peneliti melakukan kegiatan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, observasi langsung ke sekolah, dan melakukan studi dokumentasi di SDIT Baitul Izzah Kabupaten Nganjuk sebagai lokasi penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan reduksi data terhadap data yang diperoleh selama pengumpulan data di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses internalisasi dilakukan dengan cara merancang kurikulum sekolah dengan perpaduan antara kurikulum nasional dengan pendidikan agama.

Abstract

This desciptive-correlational research was designed to describe community participation in the school-public relation programs. It collected data from elementary schools in Malang Municipality by using questionnaire and documentation, and then analyzed statistically by percentage, product moment correlation, and t-test. It was found out that community participation in the school-public relation programs was high, and that the programs were effective. The program effectiveness was related to the community participation. There were differences in the level of community participation and in the program effectiveness among the elementary schools.

Abstract

The aims of this causal, comparative survey were to describe lecturers’ commitment and to examine the effects of personal, organizational, and non-organizational factors on lecturers’ commitment. Using proportional stratified random sampling, this study involved 153 lecturers of the III-rank wage scale selected out of the 513 lecturers. The data were collected through questionnaires and documents and then analyzed using correlations, multiple regression, and t-test. The findings suggest that personal and organizational factors were of good category and had positive relationship with lecturers’ commitment, whereas non-organizational factor was not as good and had no correlation with lecturers’ commitment. In general, the lecturers were highly committed and there was no difference in commitment between male and female lecturers.

Abstract

Abstract: The spiritual leadership model is a very supportive aspect in character education efforts in religious based schools. This study aims to describe and find a substantive theoretical framework about the spiritual leadership of the headmaster's Nun in improving the quality of teacher services to Christian spiritual education at SDK Santa Maria II and SDK Sang Timur Malang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a multi-site study design. The research findings show that the model of spiritual leadership which is apparent from efforts to in still spiritual values with a personal and programmatic approach, has a positive impact on teachers.Abstrak: Model kepemimpinan spiritual merupakan aspek yang sangat mendukung dalam upaya pendidikan karakter di sekolah berbasis religi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menemukan kerangka teori substantif tentang kepemimpinan spiritual Suster kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guru terhadap pendidikan spiritual kristiani di SDK Santa Maria II dan SDK Sang Timur Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi situs. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan spiritual Suster kepala sekolah yang tampak dari upaya penanaman nilai spiritual dengan pendekatan personal dan terprogram, memberikan dampak positif bagi guru.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to describing the system of guaranteeing internal quality of schools to ensure that the quality of graduates is able to be competitive with other school outcomes. This study explains that guaranteed internal quality of schools should at least refer to the standards set by the government, namely the National Education Standards (SNP). The school strives to implement guaranteed internal quality, because the quality of output is influenced by the process of guaranteeing the internal quality of the school, the focus of the school in ensuring the quality and implementation of guaranteed quality to ensure school quality. Using interview techniques with the principal who aims to determine the policies implemented in ensuring quality, and make observations about the implementation of guaranteed quality and also conduct documentation studies in schools (qualitative descriptive). The impact that results from ensuring the quality of schools is that schools are capable of achieving academic and non-academic achievements and are able to compete with other school graduates.Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem penjaminan mutu internal sekolah gunamemberikan kepastian bahwa mutu lulusan yang mampu berkompetisi dengan mutu luaran sekolah yang lain. Sekolah berupaya sekuat tenaga untuk melaksanakan penjaminan mutu internal karena mutu output sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses penjaminan mutu internal sekolah, fokus sekolah dalam melaksanakan penjaminan mutu danbentuk pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu yang dilaksakanan untuk memastikan mutu sekolah. Dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara kepada kepala sekolah bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan yang dilaksanakan dalam penjaminan mutu, melakukan pengamatan tentang pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu, serta melakukan studi dokumentasi di sekolah (deskriptif kualitatif). Dampak yang dihasilkan dari pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu sekolah yakni sekolah mampu berprestasi baik dibidang akademik dan non akademik dan mampu bersaing dengan para lulusan sekolah yang lain.
