Prophet Muhammad PBUH is a role model in every aspect of life. Many valuable lessons can be learned from his life. From the point of view of strategic management, every strategic decision that has been made by Prophet Muhammad PBUH in his dakwah in all kinds of diverse internal and external environment conditions is very much in line with modern strategy management science. This article tries to explain how strategic management applied by Prophet Muhammad PBUH especially in his da'wah so that now the Islamic religion spread all over the world.

Primary school education must have good value and quality so that the next stage of the mission of national education can be continued. Primary school quality is influenced by how the school is managed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality assurance system in Islamic Fullday School-based elementary schools, especially regarding quality standards, implementations, and audits. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) Insan Permata Malang City. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the quality standards of graduates of SDIT Insan Permata Malang refer to two things, namely: First, Permendikbud No. 54 of 2013 concerning Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary Education Graduates. Secondly, SDIT Insan Permata Malang has internal standards that are unique in every education. The implementation of Quality Standards at SDIT Insan Permata is carried out by making work programs at the beginning of the year and then creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each activity. The Quality Audit at SDIT Insan Permata is carried out internally and externally. External audits are carried out by BAN-SM institutions as official institutions of the Government that are compulsory and carried out by the Kualita Pendidikan Indonesia (KPI) institution as a professional education management consulting institution. As for Internal Audit, SDIT Insan Permata does not yet have its quality assurance unit. Islamic Fullday School-based elementary schools should form an internal quality assurance unit to evaluate the application of quality standards in educational institutions. So that it can help and facilitate the school management and foundations to control and improve existing quality.

Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) is an educational institution that is increasingly in demand by society because of its good quality. The quality of educational institutions is certainly influenced by the management of human resources. The purpose of this research is to analyze human resource management in SDIT. The location of this research is at SDIT Insan Permata in Malang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected by observation methods, interviews and by reviewing relevant documents. The results showed that SDIT Insan Permata in general has a good human resource management system, ranging from recruitment system, competency development, performance appraisal to employee compensation. Nevertheless, there are still some that need to be improved, such as the operational system procedures need to be documented and controlled well, the recruitment path that needs to be improved and the high turn over of employees that need to be anticipated

Pesantren is an educational institution in Indonesia that focuses on developing the religious character of its students. Pesantren has developed into various types, one of which is student boarding schools. Pesantren as educational institutions need to evaluate their educational programs to measure the extent of their effectiveness in achieving goals. One of the methods that are often used in the evaluation is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. This study aims to evaluate the student boarding school education program with the CIPP model. The location of this research is at the Student Islamic Boarding School of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The method used is qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that the evaluation of the context aspect, in general, was effective, the evaluation of the input aspect was considered quite effective, the evaluation of the process aspect still needed to be improved, while the evaluation of the product aspect was considered to be lacking.

Pesantren is an educational institution in Indonesia that uses the classical book as a reference for learning. The classical book contains the contents of various sciences that guide Muslims in their live. Islamic boarding schools are currently facing the modernization of Islamic education. One of the pesantren that follows the development of science and the progress of the times is the An-Nur 3 Islamic Boarding School. This Islamic boarding school provides primary, secondary, and high school education and has an advanced level of learning, a special program, namely the College of Classical Book (STIKK). This study aims to describe how the learning management of the classical book in STIKK An-Nur 3, from Lesson planning, Learning implementation, and Learning evaluation. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research data were taken by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that this STIKK is the program of AN-Nur 3, which aims to teach the essence of the classical book more deeply than the previous madrasah levels. In learning the Classical book at STIKK, there is a planning, implementation, and evaluation process that supports learning activities to run effectively and efficiently. What distinguishes it from other educational programs is that students at STIKK, besides studying the yellow book, also study in a university that has an agreement with STIKK.

Abstract: Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a newly established policy in Indonesia for higher education. Pattimura University is one of the universities that has implemented MBKM as a curriculum. This study aims to assess the implementation of MBKM from students' perspectives. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The technique used for data collection is to use a survey. The results of this study indicate that students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Pattimura University agree and strongly agree with the MBKM curriculum; independent study activities as much as 82%, entrepreneurial activities as much as 86%, research activities as much as 87%, student exchange activities, practical work/internship activities, teaching assistance activities as much as 88%, as well as humanitarian project activities and thematic actual work lecture activities as much as 90%.Keywords: curriculum implementation; MBKM; student perception Abstrak: Merdeka Belajar Kampus (MBKM) merupakan kebijakan yang baru ditetapkan di Indonesia untuk pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Pattimura adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang telah menerapkan MBKM sebagi kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilaipelaksanaan MBKM dari perspektif mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan survei. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan di Universitas Pattimura menyatakan setuju dan/atau sangat setuju dengan kurikulum MBKM, baik dari kegiatan studi independen sebanyak 82%, kegiatan wirausaha sebanyak 86%, kegiatan riset sebanyak 87%, kegiatan pertukaran pelajar, kegiatan praktik kerja/magang, kegiatan asistensi mengajar sebanyak 88%, serta kegiatan proyek kemanusiaan dan kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata tematik sebanyak 90%.Kata kunci: implementasi kurikulum; MBKM; persepsi mahasiswa

Beberapa lembaga pendidikan telah menerapkan sistem presensi elektronik model fingerprint untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai dan guru. Penerapan presensi elektronik dengan model fingerprint memiliki kelebihan dalam pencatatan dibanding presensi manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi presensi elektronik di sekolah dan dampaknya dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai dan guru. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah di sebuah sekolah dasar Islam di Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem presensi fingerprint adalah sangat mudah. Pengelola Sekolah juga membuat beberapa aturan agar sistem presensi ini dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Evaluasi tentang kehadiran dilakukan tiap bulan. Guru dan pegawai yang tidak hadir atau tercatat terlambat akan mendapatkan sanksi dari sekolah. Penerapan presensi elektronik di sekolah dasar Islam adalah sudah baik dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dan pegawai di sekolah. Kata Kunci: presensi elektronik, kedisiplinan, guru, pegawai Abstract Several educational institutions have implemented fingerprint attendance systems to discipline employees and teachers. The application of fingerprint attendance has advantages in recording compared to manual attendance. This study aims to explain the implementation of electronic attendance in schools, explain the results of the evaluation, and explain how the impact on disciplining employees and teachers. The location of this research is at SD Islam in Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the use of the fingerprint presence system is very easy. School management also makes several rules and evaluation programs so that the attendance system can run optimally. Evaluation of attendance was carried out every month. Teachers and employess who were absent or regestered late would be punished by the school. The application of electronic attendance is that it has been good in disciplining teachers and employees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi pendidik menggunakan analisis SWOT dan menentukan strategi peningkatan kinerja pendidik yang dilakukan di MAN 1 Pasuruan. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui observasi (pengamatan langsung), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini ialah (1) dari analisis SWOT yang sudah dilakukan kondisi pendidik berada di posisi Strenght-Opportunity (S-O) yang mana strategi pendukungnya adalah strategi agresif. (2) kemajuan peningkatan kinerja pendidik di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pasuruan semakin signifikan dengan adanya enam strategi yang dilakukan mulai dari program MGMP, workshop, mengikuti lomba, dorongan studi lanjut, pendampingan penulisan jurnal, dan pendampingan penyusunan PTK. (3) setelah itu MAN 1 Pasurun juga melaksanakan dua macam evaluasi yaitu Penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) dan supervisi kepala madrasah bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa peningkatan kinerja pendidik terhadap mutu pendidikan.

Management of procurement of facilities and infrastructure is very important in supporting the smooth implementation of teaching and learning activities to be effective and efficient for each educational institution unit. The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia has created the Madrasah Infrastructure Information System (SIM-SARPRAS) application to regulate the management of submission of assistance for facilities and infrastructure submitted by all madrasas or educational institutions in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SIM-SARPRAS procurement of facilities and infrastructure. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research type. The research data was obtained from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study are that the process of submitting assistance for procurement of facilities and infrastructure with the SIM-SARPRAS application has used the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The process begins with schools submitting proposals for requests for school facilities and infrastructure which are entered through the SIM-SARPRAS application, then the Batu City Ministry of Religion Office will check and provide recommendations to the madrasah to be forwarded to the East Java Provincial Ministry of Religion Regional Office which will then forward it to the Ministry of Religion. Once approved, the madrasah will receive a budget that will be sent directly to the account to be used in procurement. After the procurement is complete, the madrasah will make an accountability report. This SIM-SARPAS application makes the process of submitting procurement of facilities and infrastructure from madrasahs to the government faster and more practical compared to the previous manual process, which took longer. However, there are still things that need to be improved, such as the long submission stages that take a long time, and the difficulty of monitoring whether the submission status has been verified or approved, because this can only be known by the central operator.
