Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the self-paced learning of international/outbound students, Increase the agility of outbound student, and education-project entrepreneurship especially in National University of Laos (NUOL). This research use action research approach. This research was conducted for international student with 38 students from the Economic and Business faculties at NUOL.  The data technique with On-In-On through a duo approach system, namely online and offline with locations in two countries, Indonesia and Laos with data collection technique in this research uses an unstructured questionnaire. Data processing and analysis techniques use Tabulating. The results of the study show that outbound student can improve self-paced learning by design model learning based Business Model Canvas (BMC) in higher education can implementing design their own business. This design model is effective strategy in synergizing the era of digital system contributions in building independent learning and increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of outbound students who have to survive in higher education.

Abstract

Hypocalcemia is a disease associated with the nutritional management of ruminant livestock, arising from insufficient calcium intake. The inadequate knowledge and capability of livestock farmers in meeting the nutritional requirements significantly contribute to the occurrence of this condition. Addressing the nutritional needs of livestock can be achieved through supplemental interventions. Parmelina, et al. This articles is licensed under a Creative Common Attribution-NonCommercial-Share Alike 4.0 International License. 103 GO-CORI mineral blocks serve as a livestock supplement tailored to meet the nutritional demands of ruminant animals, aiming to prevent hypocalcemia. GO-CORI innovates by utilizing corn cob waste and fish bones as raw materials for its production. Laboratory tests confirm that GO-CORI contains high levels of calcium. The qualitative methodology employed encompasses preimplementation, implementation, and post-implementation phases. The abundance of corn cob waste and fish bones, along with their high calcium content, adds substantial value to the product. Being environmentally friendly and rich in calcium content. GO-CORI presents substantial market potential, positioning itself for competitive standing among similar products.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan secara rinci mengenai Optimalisasi School Branding Program Smanda Cup Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Animo Masyarakat dalam Menyekolahkan Anaknya di SMAN 2 Malang yang dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, faktor penghambat, solusi fakror penghambat, faktor pendukung dan strategi optimalisasi faktor pendukung program Smanda Cup. Penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian studi kasus untuk memperoleh deskriptif secara alamiah, komprehensif, dan insentif. Hasil pada penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, faktor penghambat, solusi fakror penghambat, faktor pendukung dan strategi optimalisasi faktor pendukung program Smanda Cup Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Animo Masyarakat dalam Menyekolahkan Anaknya di SMAN 2 Malang.
