Abstract

Maleficent, directed by Robert Stromberg, tells about a good fairy that in time turns into evil, as she takes revenge on a man she loves after knowing that he betrays her. One on the issues that attract attention deals with the personality of the central character, Maleficent. The major problem in the study deals with what makes the personality changes as well as to what extent that it changes. The study aims at describing to what the influential factors of Maleficents personality changes. The research uses eclectic research approach combining structural and psychological approaches. Meanwhile, qualitative descriptive method is used in the study with the implementation of library research for taking the data content analysis to analyze it. Results showed that in terms of importance, Maleficent was categorized as a main character; meanwhile, in case of role, she was categorized as either protagonist or antagonist. Maleficent is a dynamic character in accordance with the complexity of her personality. As for the characterization, two types of characterization were found such as direct and indirect characterizations. In the direct characterization of hers, Maleficent was described by the narrator as a fairy living in an area called the Moors. On the other side, several methods of indirect characterization employed showed that she the fairy responsible for protecting the life in the Moors. Results of the psychological analysis using Sigmund Freuds psychoanalytic showed that the Id of Maleficent was her desire to love and be loved sincerely; the ego was her will to curse Aurora but still loves Stefan. Meanwhile, the superego was her kindness forcing her to revoke the curse. Two ego defense mechanisms she used include projection, in form of her regret to Stefan projected to Aurora by cursing her, and repression, in form of relieving her anxiety by murdering Stefan.

Abstract

Background: Aging is said to be success in its life if it reached life satisfaction of life. The satisfaction of life are not only someone’s ability in enjoying their experiences but also person’s the level of excitement that arise frome needing everyday and the expectations to enjoy something. Objectives: The objectives of this researcd is to know the factors that affecting of the satisfaction of life of aging in the village Jambakan Bayat Klaten. Research Methodology: The method of this research is the Quantitative Descriptive, The research is held on November 2012 until Augustus 2013, the population of this research are all of aging between 45-59 years old the totally 450 persons, the sample that use 82 respondents, sample was take by purposive sampling. The instruments are used Check list and Kuesioner, the analize of data are used analize univariate with Mean and Modus. Results: The incoming factor that dominates the respondents 67 respondents (81.7%), the healting that dominates the respondents, the respondents that unill for 3 month as 70 respondents (85.4%), the social factors that dominates respondents are well as 60 respondents (73.2%). Conclusions: The incoming factor, health factors, social factors are affection the life satisfation of life.

Abstract

As an effort to protect Indonesian children, the State has made the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 21 of 2013 on Child Care and Act No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection. To optimize the child protection efforts, Ministry of Social Affairs seeks to make the program of Family Development Session (FDS) with the purpose to built the knowledge of parenting for Indonesian parents to supports the development and protection of children. This study seeks to see the benefits of the implementation of the FDS program. The research uses qualitative methods. The technique used to collect data is interview and observations of the three informants. The results showed that the FDS program has succeeded in changing the informants parenting style in all three domains, namely affective, behavior, and cognitive. In the future, the government should ensure that the FDS program is felt by all the people of Indonesia. While the Parliament should encourage the government to be more creative and innovative to make Indonesian children healthy in spiritual and body owing, to the proper parenting and proper protection.

Abstract

Education and quality teachers are important in Indonesia, because the quality of special-ed teacher who was instrumental in improving the quality of students. This study aims to illustrate the condition of subjective well-being (SWB) in the special-ed teacher. The study involved 22 special-ed teacher sections B and C Bagaskara Sragen. Research methods using descriptive quantitative approach to data analysis using Crosstab analysis. As a method of support do interviews and observations in the field prior to the study. The results showed that the SWB condition cannot be determined time of work from teachers. Where the Subjective well-being (SWB) in overall teacher is at high categorization. There are a number of environmental factors that can affect the condition of individual SWB, among other things: autonomy, self-control and have an understanding of self, environmental mastery, purpose in life, positive relations (warm) with others and self-acceptance.

Abstract

A B S T R A K Krisis pengungsi di Eropa pada tahun 2015–2016 ditandai dengan lonjakan permohonan suaka sebesar 44%, dari 662.165 jiwa pada awal 2015 menjadi 1.014.375 jiwa pada akhir 2016 (Eurostat, 2017). Sebagian besar pengungsi berasal dari negara-negara yang dilanda perang seperti Suriah, Afghanistan, dan Irak. Peningkatan ini memicu respons beragam dari negara-negara anggota Uni Eropa, di mana sebagian besar memilih menutup perbatasan mereka terhadap pengungsi. Namun, Jerman menjadi pengecualian dengan menerima jumlah pengungsi terbesar di Eropa. Besarnya gelombang pengungsi yang masuk membuat pemerintah Jerman membutuhkan dukungan dari UNHCR, organisasi internasional yang berperan dalam perlindungan pengungsi. UNHCR bekerja dengan mengawasi kepatuhan negara terhadap standar internasional perlindungan pengungsi meskipun tanpa kewenangan memaksa, serta melalui pendekatan operasional di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis efektivitas rezim UNHCR dalam menangani pengungsi di Jerman. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan signifikan, kolaborasi antara UNHCR dan pemerintah Jerman memainkan peran penting dalam menangani krisis pengungsi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti keterbatasan otoritas UNHCR dan pentingnya dukungan negara dalam implementasi kebijakan perlindungan pengungsi yang efektif. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang efektivitas rezim internasional dalam konteks migrasi dan perlindungan pengungsi. A B S T R A C T The refugee crisis in Europe in 2015–2016 was marked by a 44% increase in asylum applications, from 662,165 in early 2015 to 1,014,375 by the end of 2016 (Eurostat, 2017). The majority of refugees came from war-torn countries such as Syria, Afghanistan, and Iraq. This surge triggered a variety of responses from European Union member states, with most opting to close their borders to refugees. However, Germany was an exception, accepting the largest number of refugees in Europe. The scale of the influx required the German government to seek support from UNHCR, the international organization responsible for refugee protection. UNHCR worked by overseeing states' compliance with international protection standards, despite lacking enforcement power, and through operational field approaches. This study uses a qualitative method to analyze the effectiveness of the UNHCR regime in addressing refugees in Germany. The findings indicate that, despite significant challenges, the collaboration between UNHCR and the German government played a crucial role in managing the refugee crisis. The study also highlights the limitations of UNHCR's authority and the importance of state support in implementing effective refugee protection policies. These results contribute to the understanding of the effectiveness of international regimes in the context of migration and refugee protection.

Abstract

Abstract: Efforts to increase teacher professionalism can provide improvements in the field of education that are always implemented in order to advance the nation along with advances in science and technology. Several efforts are made to increase the competency of teaching staff through training. This is carried out to improve the quality of the nation's education and the creation of complete Indonesian people. The method used in this research is systematic literature review or SLR. The use of the SLR method aims to help unite different theoretical perspectives and in depth. A systematic literature reference search was carried out to identify relevant previous research as a review for this research. The analysis method in this article uses 2 methods, namely selecting texts that are relevant to the research objectives and the second is comparing them with best practice. In theoretical studies from several sources analyzed, it can be concluded that the training given to teachers/educators has an important role. in increasing competence and professionalism in facing future challenges. Educators are professional staff who are obliged to plan and implement the learning process, assess learning outcomes, provide guidance and training. Educators also have a professional commitment to improving the quality of education.Abstrak: Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dapat memberikan perbaikan dalam bidang pendidikan yang selalu dilaksanakan dalam rangka memajukan bangsa seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Beberapa upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pengajar melalui pelatihan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bangsa dan terciptanya manusia Indonesia seutuhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur sistematik atau SLR. Penggunaan metode SLR bertujuan untuk membantu menyatukan perspektif teoritis yang berbeda dan mendalam. Pencarian referensi literatur secara sistematis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi penelitian terdahulu yang relevan sebagai tinjauan penelitian ini. Metode analisis pada artikel ini menggunakan 2 metode yaitu memilih teks yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian dan kedua membandingkannya dengan best practice. Dalam kajian teori dari beberapa sumber yang dianalisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan kepada guru/pendidik mempunyai peranan penting. dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Pendidik adalah tenaga profesional yang berkewajiban merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menilai hasil pembelajaran, memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan. Pendidik juga mempunyai komitmen profesional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Platform merdeka Mengajar adalah platform edukasi yang memiliki tiga fungsi untuk membantu guru mengajar, belajar dan berkarya. Judul Penelitian ini adalah integrasi platform merdeka mengajar pada optimalisasi bukti karya guru terhadap kebutuhan belajar murid menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website (1) Latar Belakang artikel ini adalah guru berkarya pada platform merdeka dengan terstandarisasi kebutuhan murid dan murid belum bisa mengakses karya guru pada platform tersebut. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan karya guru dan mencari solusi dari pengelolaan PMM pada melalui pembuatan aplikasi yang diterapkan langsung pada pembelajaran. (2) Metode yang di gunakan adalah kombinasi kualitatif dan metode Action Research. Data digali melalui metode wawancara dan observasi langsung. Data Penelitian ini dengan responden guru dan murid SMKN 1 Batu, SMKN 3 malang dan SMKN 5 Malang.(3) Hasil dari Penelitian disimpulkan 90% guru sudah mengunggah karya pada platform merdeka mengajar dengan urutan persentase tertinggi guru membuat modul ajar dan materi secara digital banyak guru yang tidak mengungah video pembelajaran. 98 % guru belum mentranformasi bukti karya ke murid secara digitalisasi, hal ini tentunya tidak sesuai dengan harapan dari kemendikbud untuk mengadakan pembelajaran secara digital. (4) Kesimpulannya perlu adanya pemahaman lebih lanjut oleh guru akan prosedur optimalisasi upload bukti karya yang di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar murid dan perlu dilakukan telaah untuk pengembangan program berupa aplikasi berbasis website agar murid yang bisa mengakses karya guru sebagai sumber belajar.

Abstract

Schools that integrate entrepreneurship education are educational institutions that not only focus on delivering an academic curriculum, but also encourage their students to develop entrepreneurial skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative attitude in working. The effective school assessment model is one of the instruments that education managers hope to use to determine the level of success of each school. The results of this assessment can then be used as consideration for making efforts to improve the school. Schools that have a good, transparent and accountable management system, and are able to empower every important component of the school,both internally and externally, in order to achieve the school's vision, mission and goals effectively and efficiently. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kelas digital entrepreneur, kurikulum, mata pelajaran dan sikap wirausaha di kelas XI Jurusan Tata Busana di SMKN 1 Donorojo. Penulisan artikel ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yakni kaprodi tata busana, guru kewirausahaan, guru technopreneur, guru digital entrepreneur serta peserta didik kelas XI Jurusan Tata Busana kelas digital entrepreneur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara serta penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan kelas digital entrepreneur diterapkan dengan mengadakan seleksi dari 140 siswa menjadi 49 siswa per kelas. Kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum merdeka belajar pada tingkat X dan XI. Materi yang diajarkan sebagai instrumen mata pelajaran dalam kelas wirausaha yaitu: technopreneur, produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKKWU), pembuatan busana industri; pembuatan busana secara customed; desain busana; menghias busana; pengetahuan tekstil; quality control. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata diketahui bahwa sikap wirausaha siswa kelas XI Jurusan Tata Busana di SMKN 1 Donorojo pada kategori sikap berani mengambil resiko sebanyak 77%. Untuk sikap berorientasi ke masa depan diperoleh sebanyak 99%. Sikap percaya diri peserta didik dalam berwirausaha sebesar 95%. Selanjutnya hasil angket diperoleh sikap wirausaha peserta didik dalam berorientasi pada tugas sebesar 100% dan sikap kepemimpinan peserta didik dalam berwirausaha sebesar 100%. Sehingga, jiwa wirausaha siswa kelas XI Tata Busana di SMKN 1 Donorojo berada pada kategori baik dan siap untuk berwirausaha.
