AI4VET4AI - AI-powered Next Generation of VET

AV-EFI - Automated interlocking system for audiovisual holdings via uniform film identifiers

In the AV-EFI project, a cross-institutional, web-based system is being developed and tested, with Persistent Identifiers (PID) in a central role. This system will serve to identify and link films, their versions and data objects from heterogeneous collections.

Base4NFDI - Basic Services for the National Research Data Infrastructure

The National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) creates a digital knowledge repository, enhancing data access and reuse across disciplines. Base4NFDI develops cross-disciplinary services to improve research data management and networking in Germany.

BITS - BluePrints for the Integration of Terminology Services in Earth System Sciences

A Terminology Service (TS) will be established at the TIB for subfields of Earth System Science and integrated into two data repositories (DKRZ and SGN). The experience will be used to create blueprints for connecting other repositories to the TS

Development of an Open Educational Content Recommendation system (as a knowledge base) in the field of Research Data Management (RDM)

DigiBound - DigiBound - Development, evaluation, and implementation of a modular training concept for the promotion of Boundary Management as a self-regulation competency in children and adolescents

The aim is to develop a modular training program designed to promote boundary management as a digital competence in students. The training will be co-created with the target group and published as OER.

DigiUni - Digital university - Open ukrainian initiative

DigiUni aims to develop an open digital education environment for Ukrainian universities. The project emphasises the importance of digitalization for the continuity and success of educational institutions in Ukraine. It seeks to leverage European universities’ experience in developing integrated digital solutions and to foster cooperation between Ukrainian and European partners.

DiNaMo - Digitalisation for Sustainable Mobility

Exploring the potential and barriers associated with attending virtual conferences. The goal is to develop a service package to assist organisers in understanding, planning and running virtual conferences.

DIPONI digitizes the rubber life cycle, uses AI to control the manufacturing process and minimizes waste through early material testing - for greater resource efficiency and CO₂ savings in the rubber industry.

EOSC EDEN - Enhancing Digital preservation strategies at European and National level

The EU-funded EOSC EDEN project aims to develop a framework to identify data candidates for long-term preservation through assessments of use, quality, and benefits. It also plans the creation of a reappraisal model to periodically re-evaluate candidates as well as the development and testing of prototype services and tools for the curation and long-term archiving of research data from various disciplines.

FID move - Specialised Information Service for Mobility and Transport Research

In the Specialised Information Service for Mobility and Transport Research - FID move for short - the TIB Hannover has been working together with project partner SLUB Dresden since 2018 to develop a customised, reliable and user-friendly service offering for researchers in mobility and transport research. The aim is to support researchers throughout the entire research cycle and to establish FID move as a central point of contact for the transport research community

GESAH+ - Digitisation and specialist indexing of the graphic stocks of the collection of architect Albrecht Haupt

In the GESAH+ project, the digitisation and indexing of the Albrecht Haupt Collection is being continued. The aim is to make this important collection digitally available to the public. The cataloguing tool TIB SAH digital will be further expanded.

GROBI - Graphical Observatories for Bibliometrical Analyses

Observatories are being developed as reusable open source infrastructures for bibliometric monitoring in various scenarios, with a focus on easier access to bibliometric analyses and visualisations.

IDAHO - IDentificAtion of hurdles to open access publishing for researchers with weak institutional ties - epistemic injustice in scientific publishing

IDAHO identifies barriers and hurdles to OA publishing for researchers with weak institutional ties, assesses the impact of OA journal policies and identifies ways to remove the hurdles.
