Abstract

Ibu post partum akan mengalami penurunan berat badan secara alami antara 5 kg sampai 11 kg. Penelitian ini bertujuanmengetahui faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan berat badan pada ibu post partum. Penelitian deskriptifanalitik dengan desain mengunakan cross secsional pada 162 ibu post partum yang mempunyai bayi umur 6 sampai11bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap penurunan berat badan ibu postpartum. Variabel yang dominan terhadap penurunan berat badan adalah ASI eksklusif. Ibu yang memberikan ASIeksklusif berpeluang 28.244 kali terjadi penurunan berat badan dibandingkan ibu yang tidak memberikan ASI eksklusifsetelah dikontrol istirahat dan interaksi ASI eksklusif dengan istirahat. Rekomendasi diharapkan perawat maternitasdapat menetapkan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu postpartum untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayinya

Berbagai faktor dapat mempengaruhi ibu pasca seksio sesarea untuk melakukan mobilisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan ibu pasca seksio sesarea dalam melakukan mobilisasi dini. Desain penelitian adalah pendekatan cross sectional. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor pengetahuan, motivasi,  dan pemberian informasi oleh petugas kesehatan  terhadap tindakan mobilisasi dini dengan p value (p=0.005; á=0.05). Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tindakan mobilisasi dini adalah faktor pemberian informasi oleh petugas kesehatan (Exp (B): 4,200). Direkomendasikan perawat untuk memberikan informasi tentang tindakan mobilisasi dini pada ibu pasca seksio sesarea sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur. Kata kunci :  Mobilisasi dini, ibu pasca seksio sesaraea, pemberian informasi oleh petugas kesehatanABSTRACTEarly mobilization is one of the nursing interventions to minimize the occurrence of complications. Various factors can affect the post-Caesarean section mothers to accomplish early mobilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to post-cesarean mothers in performing early mobilization. This study used a quantitative method with cross-sectional approach. There were a significant correlation between the factors of knowledge, motivation, and information provision given by health professionals to the intervention of early mobilization with p value (p=:0.005;á=0.05). While the most affecting factor was the information about early mobilization to post caesarean section mothers in accordance with standar operating procedure. Key words: early mobilization, Caesarean section , the provision of information by health professionals

Penderita kanker payudara mengalami ketidakpastian, depresi, dan tekanan psikologis. Kondisi ini menyebabkan optimisme terhadap kesembuhan pasien menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi optimisme terhadap kesembuhan pada pasien kanker payudara. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional pada 96  responden. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap optimisme kesembuhan responden adalah dukungan sosial (p value = 0,015) dan stres (p value = 0,022). Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah dukungan sosial (â = 0,055). Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar lebih fokus pada intervensi keperawatan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan dukungan sosial pada pasien kanker payudara.Kata Kunci : Kanker Payudara, Optimisme, Dukungan SosialABSTRACTThe second most common cancer case in Indonesia is breast cancer which its healing is difficult to be predicted. The breast cancer sufferers undergo uncertainty, depression, and psychological pressure. This condition decreases the patient?s optimism of healing. This research aimed to identify factors affecting the breast cancer patients? optimism of healing. This study applied cross sectional design with 96 respondents. Factors affecting significantly against respondents? healing optimism were social support (p value = 0,015) and stress (p value = 0,022). The most influencing factor was social support (â = 0,055). It is recommended that the further research will be more focused on the nursing intervention that used to raise social supports for breast cancer patients.Keywords: Breast cancer, optimism, sosial support

Abstract

Background: Sexuality and problems related to sexuality have been identified as components of nursing care by the nursing profession, nurse educators, other disciplines and patients.Purpose: This study aimed to describe the attitudes and beliefs of the Indonesian oncology nurses towards providing sexual care for the patients with cancer.Methods: The study used a descriptive design. Using convenient sampling method, 135 oncology nurses from three hospitals in Jakarta, Indonesia participated in this study.Results: Over 85% of the nurses believed that discussing sexuality with patients is a taboo and private issue. More than 90% of nurses understood that giving a patient permission to talk about sexual concerns is a nursing responsibility. About 73.3% nurses had beliefs that most hospitalized patients are too sick to be interested in sexuality and agreed that sexuality should be discussed if only the patient initiates it. However, more than 70% of the nurses believed that the patients expect nurses to ask about their sexual concerns.Conclusion: This study revealed that inappropriate attitude and belief of nurses on sexuality aspect of their patients might become a barrier in facilitating the needs of cancer patients to manage the sexuality problem caused by cancer and the treatment. Nurses need to overcome those various barriers so that they can increase the quality of life of the cancer patients.

Abstract

Background: Cervical cancer have significant impacts on the quality of life (QOL) of the women experiencing it. Limited studies are exploring QOL among Indonesian women diagnosed with cervical cancer.Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the QOL of women with cervical cancer who received radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to evaluate the QOL among 164 women with cervical cancer undergoing treatment. A consecutive sampling technique was used to recruit the samples. The EORTC QLQ-C 30 and QLQ-CX 24 were used to measure the QOL and sexual-related symptoms. The data collected were analyzed and presented as descriptive statistics in the form of means and standard deviations.  Results: The mean of the global health status of general well-being and QOL of the women was 54.56 ± 25.47. In the QOL subgroups of functional status, the physical function (55.94) and role functions (55.34) were most frequently reported to affect QOL. Regarding sexual-related symptoms of the women, sexual worry (52.72) and menopause symptoms (48.03) were the two most prevalent symptoms which impacted QOL.Conclusions: The quality of life of women with cervical cancer in Indonesia was generally at the higher end of the scale, and yet the majority of the women reported high prevalent symptoms of cancer and adverse effects of treatments. Comprehensive, high quality and culturally sensitive care for women with cervical cancer needs to be implemented in Indonesia, which has unique social and cultural beliefs.

Abstract

Stroke adalah penyebab tertinggi kematian dan menimbulkan kelemahan anggota gerak yang menyebabkan keterbatasan gerak dan beraktifitas. Tujuan dari kajian literatur adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Discharge Planning dengan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Stroke di Fasilitas Kesehatan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode kajian literature. Penelusuran literature didapatkan dari data base online Google Schollar, PubMed, dan Elsiver, dari tahun 2016-2020 untuk artikel jurnal, dengan menggunakan kata kunci: Discharge planning, Kualitas hidup dan Pasien stroke. Setelah dilakukan search didapatkan 245 artikel terdiri dari 245 artikel pada Google Schollar, PUBMED, dan Elsiver, yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksliusi ditemukan 10 artikel. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan pembahasan pada ke-10 artikel tersebut didapatkan bahwa pengaruh discharge planning sangat baik, serta dukungan keluarga akan menimbulkan dampak yaitu memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien stroke yaitu dapat meningkatkan aktifitas, pencegahan komplikasi penyakit dan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengkonsumsi obat dan rutin menjalankan kontrol penyakitnya.

Abstract

Background. Hysterectomy is a surgical procedure to remove partially or totally the uterus. Objective. The aim of this research is to develop conceptual framework of responses and coping of primiparous and nulliparous mother who are experienced hysterectomy. Method. This is a qualitative study using Grounded Theory approach. Seven participants who were joined this study were gained by theoretical sampling method. Result. Result shows that the responses of primiparous and nulliparous mothers who were experienced hysterectomy were avoiding loss, bargaining, and accepting loss. Coping mechanisms that were used to deal with loss process consisted of problem-focused coping and emotional focused coping. One factors that affecting mothers’ responses and coping to deal with loss process was social support. Conclusion. This research describes things that are experienced and felt by grieving mothers because of loss process that was mainly related to mothers’ responses and coping and its influence factors to health care providers mainly nurses.

Abstract

Latar belakang:. Dari hasil keluhan di kotak saran Puskesmas Periuk Jaya tahun 2019 mengungkapkan bahwa masih ada keluhan terhada sikap petugas yang tidak memuaskan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa hubungan kualitas pelayanan puskesmas dengan kepuasan pasien di puskesmas Periuk Jaya. Metode Penelitian. Desain penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pasien yang berkunjung ke puskesmas Periuk Jaya sebanyak 422 orang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling dengan sampel 205 responden. Variabel independen kulitas pelayanan puskesmas dan variabel dependen kepuasan pasien . Cara pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan editing, coding, scoring dan tabulating dan uji statistik menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pasien yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Periuk Jaya dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan petugas kesehatan adalah kurang sebanyak 6,8%, cukup sebanyak 22,9%, baik sebanyak 41,9%, sangat baik 28,4% dan kepuasaan terhadap pelayanan petugas kesehatan adalah tidak puas sebanyak 14,1% dan puas sebanyak 85,9%. Hasil analisa bivariate dengan uji Chi-Square diperoleh p value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan Puskesmas dengan kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Persalinan prematur atau preterm adalah kelahiran hidup dengan usia gestasi kurang dari 37 minggu. Penyebab terjadinya persalinan preterm diantaranya kehamilan gemelli. Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan pada ibu primipara diharapkan perawat membantu proses pencapaian peran ibu serta mengajarkan kemandirian dalam merawat diri dan bayinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan fokus penerapan teori “self care” Orem dan “maternal role attainment” Mercer. Aplikasi teori Orem dan Mercer efektif diterapkan pada kelima kasus yang dikelola, perawat melakukan observasi dan wawancara pada perilaku pasien serta kebutuhan yang diharapkan dari perawat. Intervensi keperawatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien membantu dalam pencapaian peran menjadi ibu lebih optimal.

Abstract

Hypertension is a serious condition and can increase the risk of heart, brain, kidney, and other diseases. Hypertension is the leading cause of premature death worldwide with 1 in 4 men and 1 in 5 women, more than 1 billion people experiencing the condition. Hypertension monitoring application (MH) is expected to control hypertension and increase knowledge in hypertensive patients. Objective: This study aims to examine the effect of hypertension monitoring application on knowledge of hypertension and blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Research design: quasi-experimental (Pre and Post Test without control). Data analysis: Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: From the results of the intervention to 99 respondents, the average value of the pre test and the post test  with a value (P value) <0.05. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of the Hypertension Monitoring Application (MH) on Knowledge About Hypertension and Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients in Tangerang Raya.
