Abstract

The issue of plastic waste in Mekar Sari village has become an increasingly serious environmental concern, as the amount of plastic waste continues to rise alongside changes in lifestyle and consumption patterns of the community. Poorly managed plastic waste can pollute the environment and pose a threat to human health. Therefore, innovative solutions are needed through a program that utilizes plastic waste to create paving blocks. This program aims to reduce the negative impact of plastic waste on the environment and to enhance the skills and knowledge of the community in managing plastic waste, thereby increasing their economic value and well-being. The methods used in this service include observation, socialization, and training in the production of paving blocks from plastic waste for the local community. The results of this program show that the community of Mekar Sari Village has successfully utilized plastic waste, which was previously just garbage, into economically valuable products in the form of paving blocks. In addition, the community has become more aware of the importance of protecting the environment, as seen in their increased participation in various cleanliness and environmental preservation programs.

Abstract

This research was produced using studies carried out at the Gudang Hikmat Foundation. Implementing and streamlining the accounting information system for the Gudang Hikmat Foundation's financial statement preparation is the aim of this study. Utilizing both primary and secondary data, this study employs qualitative research methodologies. The history of the Gudang Hikmat Foundation, its vision and mission, the financial statement preparation process, and the financial statement outcomes are the primary data in question; supplementary material comes from company documentation and interviews. The Gudang Hikmat Foundation's financial statement issues are described using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach as the data analysis method. According to the study's findings, Gudang Hikmat Foundation frequently encounters issues in creating financial reports needs an ineffective data input procedure that slows reporting and frequently results in human mistake when entering financial report data since financial reports are still created manually using Microsoft Excel. It is envisaged that by putting in place a system specifically designed to meet the objectives of the foundation, the process of creating accurate and comprehensive financial reports will become easier.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is a system prepared to make work easier, neater and more orderly. This system contains the sequence of the process of carrying out work from start to finish. The problem in this research is to find out how the SOP actions carried out in the room by officers in the care of mental disorders patients are carried out. Handling non-urgent emergencies, philosophy of the purpose of the inpatient room, and protocol for accepting patients with mental disorders in the Zaitun Ward. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive in nature, the method used is in-depth interviews. The informants in this study were 7 people. The results of the study showed that the handling of emergency and non-emergency patients carried out by Mentally Disordered Patient Care Officers in the Zaitun Ward BLUD RSU Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh showed that the officers immediately took action without communicating first with the patient's family so that the patient's family did not understand challenge how the mechanism for handling critical and non-emergent patients should be implemented. The philosophy and objectives of inpatient care show that patient admission is carried out through the emergency room and then taken to a room to be treated in the olive ward. Apart from that, the explanation from the staff regarding patient admission was found to be that the family received an explanation regarding the patient's admission. Olive Ward. The Protocol for Admission of Patients with Mental Disorders shows that the family does not understand the explanation or procedures and mechanisms from officers regarding the complete administration of patient admission at the Olive Ward BLUD RSU Cut Nyak Dhien Meulaboh. Suggestions for officers are expected to work in accordance with existing operational standards in the room for a smooth service process in the hospital, especially in the olive ward.

Abstract

Malaria is a public health problem that predominantly occurs in Eastern Indonesia. Papua is a highly endemic area for Anopheles mosquitoes. According to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), malaria is the target disease for pandemic elimination by 2030. The highest cases are in the eastern region of Indonesia with a percentage reaching 86%. Efforts have been made to prevent the transmission of malaria by the local government, such as the distribution of insecticide-treated mosquito nets and the proliferation of various types of mosquito repellent. Currently, the government itself is preventing the spread of malaria by distributing insecticide-treated mosquito nets and using mosquito repellent, but this has detrimental impacts. Insecticide-treated bed nets can decrease in effectiveness over time. Using mosquito coils can trigger respiratory problems and cause mucosal cells to enlarge (hypertropy) and mucous glands to increase in number (hyperplasia) resulting in narrowing of the airways. So there is a need for other alternatives, one of which is wrap leaves (Smilax rotundifolia) as a vegetable insecticide. Wrap leaves (Smilax rotundifolia) contain saponin which has stomach poisoning properties for insects. This research uses a true experimental design method to see the effectiveness of e-liquid leaf wrap. This research used 150 mosquitoes obtained from areas with high malaria cases in the Sorong area. Mosquitoes were divided into 3 groups consisting of a 30 minute time group, a 60 minute time group and a 90 minute time group. By giving the same treatment to each group, namely a concentration of 20% of the active substance of wrapper leaves (Smilax rotundifolia). The results of this study show that there is an effect of a 20% concentration of e-liquid in the leaves of the wrapper (Silax rotundifolia) on Anopheles mosquitoes, which is proven by mosquitoes that are knocked off and die.

Abstract

As a form of dedication to thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities in Hegarmanah Village, the Writing Team took part in developing the education and knowledge of SMPN 3 Bayongbong students to be digitally literate. The aim is to develop creativity, innovation and skills in using technology, one of which is graphic design. The methods used in implementing this program are workshops and demonstrations, where students learn by being guided and then practice what they learn. This program involves outreach, training, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this program show an increase in students' understanding of graphic design, especially the use of the Canva application and design tools and related concepts to develop students' creativity and imagination in creating a Graphic Design. Apart from that, based on surveys obtained from the pre-test and post-test results of training participants, there was an increase in mastery and understanding of graphic design from 20% to 66%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran pengetahuan siswa TK Karya Bunda Sei Kijang terhadap Pedestrian Safety sebelum diberikan intervensi Active Learning Approach. Gambaran pengetahuan siswa TK Karya Bunda Sei Kijang terhadap Pedestrian Safety setelah diberikan intervensi Active Learning Approach. Peneltian ini dilakukan dengan metode mengunakan metode Quasi experiment, dengan menggunakan One group pretest-postest design. Caranya adalah membandingkan pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan Pemahaman keselamatan berlalulintas pada siswa TK Karya Bunda Pedestrian Safety sebelum diberikan intervensi Active Learning Approach berada kriteria sedang. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil pre-test, hasil pre-test sebelum tindakan memiliki total nilai 65 dengan rata-rata 6,5 dan persentase 65%. Pemahaman keselamatan berlalu lintaspada siswa TK Karya Bunda Pedestrian Safety sesudah diberikan intervensi Active Learning Approach mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil post-test setelah pada kelas eksperimen, terjadi peningkatan pengenalan dan pemahaman siswa yang cukup signifikan. Yaitu total nilai 77% setelah penerapan metode role playing indoor dan 93% setelah penerapan outdoor.

Abstract

Forecasting is a process for determining how much demand will exist as soon as the order is placed. It includes determining how much demand will exist in terms of quantity, quality, time, and location in order to fulfill the order for the goods. Peramalan is a strategy for predicting or predicating impending events, usually with the help of an earlier-than-expected deadline for submitting a request for proposals. This request is then based on the company's resources and existing capabilities for submitting requests, or other factors. According to songket results that are currently located in Padang, UD Mandiri Perkasa is a business that specializes in the trade of songket ink. UD Mandiri Perkasa is currently experiencing challenges from both a consumer-focused perspective as well as from the type of goods it is currently supplying. With the use of peramalan, it is possible to determine how much money should be spent on a certain product and to minimize waste. A forecast for the next single month will be made in this essay.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the Forming Factors of Business Interest of Students in the Department of Light Vehicle Engineering at Vocational High School 2 Payakumbuh based on the internal factors: (1) Education, (2) Personality, (3) Motivation, (4) Experience, (5) Knowledge, (6) Opportunities, (7) Commitment, (8) Discipline, and (9) Leadership. This type of study was quantitative descriptive. The study population was all TKR Department students in the academic year 2019/2020 consisting of 110 students. Then, there were 85 students as samples, using the Slovin formula with a precision of 5%. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and confirmatory analysis for hypothesis testing. Confirmatory analysis there are 9 independent variables analyzed through Anti Image Matrix Analysis, from the results of the research trial there are 2 variables: Education and Knowledge have MSA scores that do not meet the requirements: 0.338 <0.500 and 0.353 <0.500 so only 7 variables for further analysis. In the analysis of communilities there are 3 variables which have values ​​below 0.500, namely Personality: 0.477, Experience: 0.306 and Commitment: 0.475, then this variable is discarded. The results of the analysis of the research trials formed a factor group of 3.128 which means that the factor was able to explain 78.2% of the 4 variables, and 21.8% of the other variables. It can be concluded that there are 4 variables: motivation, opportunity, discipline, and leadership which are the most dominant factors.

Abstract

Usaha variasi sepeda motor memiliki peluang yang cukup besar dan memiliki banyak peminat bagi pengguna sepeda motor. Salah satu usaha pada variasi sepeda motor adalah kustom, askesoris, reparasi ban dan jok, modifikasi lampu, cutting stiker dan lainnya. Pengerjaan variasi sepeda motor tidak memerlukan banyak kemampuan berpikir, sehingga cocok bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Namun, permasalahan yang terjadi di SLB Negeri Pembina adalah kurangnya jumlah guru dan pemahaman guru mengenai variasi sepeda motor yang sedang banyak diminati oleh setiap kalangan masyarakat sehingga pihak sekolah tidak memberikan keterampilan tersebut kepada siswa-siswinya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemberikan edukasi mengenai usaha variasi sepeda motor dan praktek pengerjaan variasi sepeda motor. Dengan pemberian edukasi ini diharapkan siswa-siswi di SLB Negeri Pembina memiliki keterampilan baru dan dapat berdaya secara ekonomi setelah menyelesaikan pendidikannya

Abstract

In this era of globalization, information can be interpreted as data that is processed and managed with the intention of giving meaning and helping the decision-making process. This study intends to examine the effect of the variable ability of AIS users (Accounting Information Systems) on the variable quality of accounting information. This research is quantitative and uses descriptive and verification methods using survey techniques. The researcher used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling, with 30 accounting and system employees from PT. ABC and XYZ, both food and beverage industry companies in Bandung Regency, as samples and respondents. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression with a questionnaire data collection technique. The results of this study concluded that there is a significant influence between the competency variables of accounting information system users (AIS) and the quality of accounting information.
