Abstract

Along with the times and the expansion of Information Technology (IT) in the increasingly significant business world competition, the company faces new challenges so that the company and business strategy changes significantly. A company that still wants to be modern, Enterprise Architecture (EA) must be a priority and enterprise modeling is a new field that continues to get attention and one of the frameworks that is currently widely used in describing the architecture of an enterprise is the EA3 Cube Framework.

Abstract

The use of information technology is very helpful, especially decision making in determining dental disease drugs. When determining the drug for the buyer there are often errors in the determination of the drug. The criteria of the drug include the benefits of the drug, the dosage of the drug, the effect of the drug, the price and guarantee of the drug. There are many criteria in determining dental disease drugs, so the TOPSIS method is needed. This method is one of the decision-making methods where the chosen alternative is the best alternative that has the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and farthest from the negative ideal solution. From testing 8 types of drugs and 5 criteria. Of the 8 types of drugs, the type of M8 drug based on the largest preference value of 0.811 is the best dental disease drug.

Abstract

Pembuatan laporan rumah sakit menggunakan aplikasi yang disebut dengan SIRS Online dan setiap rumah sakit wajib untuk melaksanakannya. Formulir RL4a adalah formulir untuk data keadaan morbiditas pasien rawat inap yang merupakan formulir rekapitulasi dari jumlah pasien keluar Rumah Sakit (hidup dan mati) untuk periode tahunan. 2. Data dikumpulkan dari tanggal 1 Januari sampai dengan 31 Desember setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan pengiriman laporan RL-4a pada aplikasi SIRS Online di RS Artha Medica Binjai. Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan pengiriman laporan RL-4a pada aplikasi SIRS Online di RS Artha Medica Binjai. Untuk Mengetahui pengaruh keterlambatan laporan pada Rekapitulasi Laporan 4A Rawat Inap dalam pelaksanaan pengiriman laporan RL4A di RS Artha Medica Binjai. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif adalah suatu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Dalam hasil penelitian diperoleh unsur manajemen 5M man, Machine, material Method, dan Money. Adapun faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pengiriman laporan RL 4a di Rumah Sakit Artha Medica Binjai antara lain kurangnya ketersediaan data sehingga pelaporan menjadi tertunda namun untuk sarana dan prasarana sudah di RSU Artha Medica sudah mencukupi.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang terintegrasi yang disiapkan untuk menangani keseluruhan proses manajemen Rumah Sakit, mulai dari pelayanan diagnosa dan tindakan untuk pasien, medical record, apotek, gudang farmasi, penagihan, database personalia, penggajian karyawan, proses akuntansi sampai dengan pengendalian oleh manajemen. Sistem Informasi Manajemen saat ini merupakan sumber daya utama, yang mempunyai nilai strategis dan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting sebagai daya saing serta kompetensi utama sebuah organisasi dalam menyongsong era informasi ini. Seiring dengan perjalanan kegiatan operasional rumah sakit, dijumpai banyak sekali kendala yang menimbulkan permasalahan yang mengganggu aktifitas sehari-hari. Karena sebagian aktifitas masih dilakukan secara manual, otomatis mempersulit dan memperlambat petugas rumah sakit untuk melayani pasien, baik yang ingin berobat, rawat inap, rawat jalan, instalasi gawat darurat, instalasi bedah, rekam medis, dan layanan-layanan lainnya yang diperuntukkan untuk masyarakat. Selain masalah tersebut, Rumah Sakit juga kesulitan dalam mengatur akuntansi keuangannya (menyiapkan laporan keuangan). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kami sebagai tim pengembang sistem informasi berbasis web menawarkan solusi untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang sudah disebutkan di atas. Solusi tersebut berupa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan harapan dapat membantu dalam proses pengadministrasian aktifitas operasional rumah sakit dan pendokumentasian transaksi keuangannya.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records are medical records created using an electronic system intended for organizing Medical Records (Permenkes RI, 2022. Health centers are required to have and organize medical records for every patient who receives services (Permenkes RI, 2008). Integrated risk management is the process of identifying, analyzing, evaluating and managing all potential risks and is applied to all units or activities starting from the preparation of strategic plans, program and budget implementation, accountability and monitoring evaluation and reporting (Permenkes RI, 2019). In the Pulo Brayan Health Center Medical Records Unit, factors that influence risk were found, namely: physical, biological, psychological, chemical, and ergonomic factors. Activities were carried out by socializing the Management of Risk Management and SOP for Risk Management in the Medical Records Unit and revisions. Continued with risk identification and assessment. The results of the physical factors showed that medical record officers had the potential to experience eye fatigue due to exposure to computer radiation which can be overcome by using anti-radiation to reduce the risk. Psychological factors include increased emotions due to network disruptions, overcome by increasing network capacity and maintenance. Ergonomic factors Muscle tension is overcome by using a more ergonomic work chair.

Abstract

The development of science and technology, especially computer technology, has grown rapidly and has had a significant impact in various fields such as offices, education, and others. Computers as a data processing tool have become an important element in supporting operations in various sectors. An organization or company needs competent human resources to realize its goals, including in achieving business profits. These human resources play a role in executing the main tasks of the organization or company. However, the processing of food menu sales catalogs that are still carried out manually by employees often causes errors in the delivery of menu details, leading to errors in processing consumer orders. In addition, the control of available food and beverage stocks is also not optimal, and there are difficulties in making food and beverage order transaction reports, resulting in unclear details of consumer visits. To overcome this problem, a web-based food menu catalog system was designed at the Tonga Coffee Shop. This system aims to facilitate the explanation of the Tonga Coffee menu to consumers, improve work efficiency in the Tonga Coffee Shop environment, and introduce food menus to the community, especially in the city of Medan. It is hoped that with this application system, the work process will become easier, the performance of employees in serving customers will increase, and the introduction of food menus at Tonga Coffee Shop will be more effective.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital technology-based promotion application aimed at improving students' ability to promote MSME products. This application is expected to provide innovative solutions in increasing the visibility and sales of MSMEs managed by students, by providing features that support promotional activities effectively. The data collection method is carried out through field research, interviews, and direct observation. The results of the study show that this application has great potential in supporting promotional efforts and improving students' digital skills, which in turn can have a positive impact on the local and national economy.
