Abstract

Dengan berkurangnya Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di daerah perkotaan, maka teknologi Lubang Resapan Biopori (LRB) merupakan salah satu teknologi alternatif eco drainage yang dapat diterapkan untuk menanggulangi banjir, membantu mengurangi kekeringan serta mengurangi beban sampah kota. Selain menggunakan sampah organik sebagai media pengisi Lubang Resapan Biopori (LRB) juga digunakan bahan bioaktivator dan fases hewan sebagai bahan campuran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh sampah organik, bioaktivator dan fases hewan terhadap infiltrasi pada Lubang Resapan Biopori (LRB) serta untuk mengetahui permeabilitas yang terjadi di sekitar LRB pada minggu ke-4. Dari hasil data pengujian, analisa data dan pembahasan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sampah organik, bioaktivator dan fases hewan berpengaruh pada peningkatan infiltrasi. Rata-rata peningkatan infiltrasi pada LRB1 (sampah organik) sebesar 6,831cm/detik, LRB2 (sampah organik+fases hewan) sebesar 6,888 cm/detik, LRB3 (sampah organik+bioaktivator) sebesar 7,175 cm/detik. Sampah organik, fases hewan dan bioaktivator juga secara langsung mampu mempengaruhi permeabilitas tanah di sekeliling LRB walaupun tidak terlalu signifikan. Nilai tertinggi permeabilitas terjadi pada blanko-blanko yang terletak dekat dengan LRB, yaitu blanko 1A, 2A dan 3A dengan nilai 0,017681 cm/detik; 0,017582 cm/detik; 0,017979 cm/detik.

Abstract

Productivity is important to achieve construction project performance through productive workers who must be maintained without neglecting and compromising the health and safety of workers. This is because there are many productivity issues that are not achieved due to poor human resource management practices in the industry. For this reason, through this study, work productivity will be identified based on supervision, workload and burnout. Observations were made at a construction company from Surabaya. There are 258 target respondents who come from construction workers in the working area of West Surabaya. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. A total of 210 valid questionnaires were finally obtained so as to meet the required number of samples. The findings from this study are that supervision plays an effective role in shaping work productivity. Workload has a real and negative effect on work productivity. This is also the same as burnout results which significantly negatively affect work productivity.

Abstract

Parking is one part of the transportation system that is needed and also a common problem in big cities for office services, shopping centres, and residential buildings. Graha Pelni Building in Surabaya city is an office building owned by PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia which is located on Jl. Pahlwan No. 112-114, Surabaya City. This building not only serves the purchase and operation of PT PELNI but also an office centre. In an effort to handle the problem of the parking system in the Graha Pelni Building, a good planning is needed. Among other things, adequate parking space and the right form of parking pattern determination. The data that has been obtained will be processed into several analyses, including: Analysis of Parking Characteristics, Parking Accumulation, Parking Volume, Parking Duration, Parking Turnover, Parking Capacity, Parking Index, Parking Space Requirements, Additional Parking Area Requirements. The results of the analysis of the calculation of characteristics at Graha Pelni Surabaya Building based on survey data: The maximum parking volume for motorbikes is 71 vehicles / hour at 08.00 - 09.00 and cars are 58 vehicles / hour at 13.00 - 14.00. Parking index for motorbike is 137% and car is 126% 5 m2. According to BPS Surabaya City 2022 economic growth in Surabaya City is 6.51% in 2022.

Abstract

This research is a remarkable initiative that aims to empower villagers, especially kartars and local communities, to understand and harness the power of digital content for education, promotion, and social empowerment. The training consists of various factors in the world of digital content, including photography, writing, online marketing, and social media management. The method of implementing community service program activities begins with an approach to students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, using methods known as Participatory Action Research (PAR), Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), and a mixed approach. Activities were carried out in the Hall of Panjunan Village Hall, Sukodono District. The methods applied involved implementation methods in community service programs as well as training and counseling methods. The active involvement of the participants, creating strong cooperation between students and the community, thus creating a sustainable positive impact in the utilization of digital content to improve the quality of life and community empowerment.

Abstract

Rencana Anggaran Biaya digunakan untuk menghitung banyaknya biaya yang diperlukan untuk bahan dan upah serta biaya lain yang terkait dengan proyek. Anggaran biaya adalah harga bahan yang dihitung dengan cermat, teliti, dan memenuhi syarat untuk menghasilkan nilai estimasi yang lebih ekonomis dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis AHSP 2016 dan AHSP 2022 digunakan, dan hasilnya kemudian dibandingkan. Studi kasus pada pekerjaan “overlay” yang dilakukan pada proyek Preservasi Jalan dan Jembatan Surabaya-Sidoarjo menjadi topik dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan khusus adalah mengetahui besaran perbedaan indeks / koefisien rencana anggaran biaya pada proyek Preservasi Jalan Surabaya - Sidoarjo, dengan metode AHSP 2016 dan Analisa AHSP 2022 dengan hasil perbandingan indeks / koefisien keseluruhan item dari upah, bahan, dan alat metode AHSP 2016 lebih besar 0,64% dari pada indeks / koefisien keseluruhan item dari upah, bahan, dan alat metode AHSP 2022 dan perbandingan harga metode AHSP 2016 lebih efisien dan ekonomis sebesar Rp 9.570.721.478,00 dan metode AHSP 2022 sebesar Rp 11.660.171.033,00 perbandingan harga antara metode AHSP 2016 dan metode AHSP 2022 sebesar 21,83%.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology and information increases innovation and creative ideas, especially in economic activities. MSMEs as known Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise managed by individuals or groups, currently have to adapt to the application of technology and information in all industrial fields. The aim of this community service focuses on increasing the effectiveness of MSMEs marketing at the Makarya Binangunnn Market using online marketing methods. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). The research results show that online marketing methods can effectively increase MSMEs income at the Makarya Binangun Market. The owner and the buyer also have benefits each other through easily access the market by online marketing media

Abstract

The urgency of the current generation is that it is necessary to improve the character of children so that they are ready to become young people who are ready to build the nation. Improving character requires strong education, especially in religious education, one of which is reciting the Koran. The aim of this service research is to increase interest in reading in young children. This service is described qualitatively using observational and documented data collection along with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, presenting, condensing and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of this service show that there is a need for strategies to increase interest in studying the Koran in young children. Children are instructed by the author to read, understand and apply the contents of the Koran in their daily lives.

Abstract

Limitations in the provision of rubbish bins in Pasinan Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency have become one of the problems that needs to be immediately evaluated to prevent the emergence of diseases that could endanger public health. The aim of implementing to find a solution to the environmental pollution problem currently faced by the people of Pasinan Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency. As a solution, a Trash Can Procurement program was held as a step to reduce the dirty environment in the village. This report will explain the role of trash cans in increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness and understanding of sorting organic and inorganic waste. The trash cans were handed over directly to the relevant parties. The community welcomed this activity well and enthusiastically, considering it an important step in improving environmental cleanliness in Pasinan Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency. Overall, this activity is considered effective in overcoming the waste problem, so that Pasinan Village can become a cleaner and healthier village.

Abstract

Revitalization of the prayer room and community center of Pasinan village, Lekok District, which is carried out routinely every Friday and Sunday involving student participation and collaboration with village communities from various circles. This activity aims to create a clean, comfortable and conducive environment for religious and social activities. And able to improve the quality of life of the community through developing village potential. By creating a clean and healthy environment, it is hoped that it can encourage increased social, economic and cultural activities in the community, so that in the end it will contribute to village progress. Through this activity of cleaning prayer rooms and village halls, we succeeded in cleaning prayer rooms which were initially reluctant to be used again and the environment around the prayer rooms was not good as well as the program for cleaning and tidying up the grounds of the Pasinan village hall which was still not well implemented. Apart from that, this activity also succeeded in strengthening ties between residents and increasing awareness of the importance of keeping the environment clean. Through this activity, it is hoped that collective awareness can be raised regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and maintaining public facilities as shared assets. As a follow-up, it is planned to carry out similar activities periodically and involve more parties.

Abstract

Villages throughout Indonesia, such as Tambak Lekok, Jatirejo, and Tampung, have abundant natural potential and human resources, which, if utilized well, can improve the welfare of the local population. However, even though this potential is large, it is often not explored optimally due to various obstacles, including limited basic infrastructure such as roads, electricity and clean water. Apart from that, accessibility to information, which is very crucial in the digital era, is still limited in many villages. Digital mapping offers an important solution in overcoming this obstacle, because through this technology, village communities can more easily access relevant information about their area, which was previously difficult to reach due to limited infrastructure and technology. Through digital mapping, detailed information regarding the location of various public facilities such as schools, health centers, places of worship and markets can be accessed quickly and accurately. The implementation of digital mapping in villages such as Tambak Lekok, Jatirejo, and Tampung via the Google Maps application has proven to be an effective initiative in maximizing local potential and encouraging sustainable development. This project not only increases the accessibility and visibility of the village, but also introduces digital technology to the community, thereby strengthening their involvement in the development process. With the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, local village assets have been successfully mapped and promoted to a wider audience, opening up new opportunities in the economic, tourism and public service sectors. This approach allows villages to more optimally utilize their resources and benefit from greater involvement in markets and information networks.
