Dalam lingkungan global yang penuh kompetisi saat ini, setiap industri menghadapi tantangan dengan tugas yang menuntut untuk mengembangkan pendekatan yang efektif untuk menjamin bahwa perilaku dan sikap karyawan dengan tujuan organisasi. Namun, setiap organisasi dihadapkan dengan beberapa masalah yang terkait dengan kemungkinan pembinaan dan kemajuan yang tidak memadai, gaji rendah, serta kelebihan beban dan tekanan kerja. Mereka sering cenderung mengalami role stress seperti konflik peran, kelebihan peran dan ambiguitas peran. Tujuan studi untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara role stress dan komitmen kerja, mencari kekuatan hubungan dan arah. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis korelasi menjadi alat analisis. Sampel penelitian diambil secara sensus di salah satu unit terhadap seluruh 37 karyawan. Hasil yang diperoleh di studi ini adalah role stress memiliki korelasi dengan variabel komitmen organisasi. Hubungan bersifat lemah dan tidak searah. Tingkat role stress yang rendah menyebabkan komitmen organisai akan meningkat, tetapi pada tingkat role stress yang tinggi menyebabkan komitmen organisasi turun pada tertentu.

Human resources are needed to support the continuity of the company, especially to achieve the goals and vision of the company. Leadership and commitment are needed by the company in order to lead to the vision that already exists and is developed. This study examines the effect of leadership and commitment on turnover intentions of employees in Surabaya. With the number of samples used is 70 respondents, the test to be carried out is using the validity test, reliability test, normality test and the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained are that leadership affects turnover intentions. The better the leadership, the lower the turnover intention. Likewise, commitment has an effect on turnover intention. An employee must have a commitment to get good performance which will reduce turnover intention.

Globalization not only has an impact on technology but also on other aspects. With globalization, various types of food from around the world can be enjoyed without having to come to their country of origin. Besides that at this time the food is also served quickly. Several fast food restaurants have been established and reach the international market. One of them is McDonald's. This fast food company has stores in almost all countries in the world. But McDonald’s also has to compete with other fast-food restaurants. Not only to find new consumers but also to increase consumers' desire to repurchase McDonald's products. Therefore, management needs to increase the supporting factors of McDonald's repurchase interest such as company image, country of origin, and product diversity. This study was conducted to determine the effect of company image, country of origin, and product diversity on the formation of McDonald's repurchase interest. The population of this research is McDonalds Sedati Sidoarjo consumers who have bought McDonald's Sedati Sidoarjo products more than twice. The study used 200 samples with probability sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS with multiple linear regression technique. The results showed that the company's image had a significant effect on the repurchase intention of McDonald's Sedati Sidoarjo. Furthermore, country of origin has also been shown to have a significant influence on the repurchase intention. The formation of repurchase interest has also been shown to have a significant effect on product diversity. Company image, country of origin, and product diversity have been shown to have a significant influence on the repurchase intention

Sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan merupakan faktor pembangun perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan SDM yang membuat serta menggunakan teknologi. Karyawan merupakan asset berharga yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu strategi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing. Tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimiliki namun juga menunmbuhkan loyalitas karyawan kepada perusahaan. Memiliki karyawan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh kualitas hubungan kerja, TQM, dan stres kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Populasi penelitian kuantitatif ini merupakan karyawan di salah satu perusahaan di Surabaya yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan aksesoris komputer. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 158 responden. Data penelitian akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan. Selanjutnya TQM juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada loyalitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa loyalitas karyawan dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja. Ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada pembentukan loyalitas karyawan.

Human resource management aims to realize the performance of employees who have contributed to the achievement and development of company performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of work motivation and self-efficacy partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The population in this study were employees at a bakery in Mojokerto City, amounting to 42 people. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a census. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. The results of the study found that work motivation and self-efficacy had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Era globalisasi memberikan dampak pada persaingan bisnis. Persaingan bisnis tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh modal besar melainkan bagaimana cara perusahaan dapat mempertahankan pelanggannya pada waktu yang panjang. Perusahaan saat ini melakukan peningkatan retensi pelanggan. Retensi pelanggan dapat memberikan keuntungan pada perusahaan. Manajemen pemasaran mempelajari segala aspek yang dapat meningkatkan retensi pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap retensi pelanggan. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan warga Surabaya yang menggunakan layanan Bengkel Resmi Honda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 responden sebagai sampel. Data penelitian yang layak akan diuji menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada retensi pelanggan. Selain itu retensi pelanggan juga dipengaruhi signfikan dari citra perusahaan. Secara bersama-sama kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan untuk retensi pelanggan.

Elementary school age children will experience very fast development. These developments are in the form of physical development and psychological development. Inappropriate use of smartphones in children will have a negative impact on children. In this case, parenting plays a very important role because the family is the first and foremost educational institution for children. From the family environment, especially parents, children will get a moral foundation, character and personality that will be applied now and in the future. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between parenting and smartphone use by involving correlation analysis as a statistical tool. The study was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in Balongbendo District in Jeruklegi Village. There were 30 elementary school age children who were observed by interviewing parents and giving questionnaires. Studies show that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental parenting and smartphone use. The family has an important role in the supervision and mental development of the child's personality. With good and proper care and supervision from parents, children will avoid the negative impacts of smartphone use.

The dynamics of HR management that continues to increase now should encourage management in every organization to change the pattern of HR management. Management needs to make efforts to maintain and improve their human resources. One of them is by creating employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of compensation and career development in employee job satisfaction. In this study, 46 respondents were used as a sample, which was carried out using the census technique. The analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, multiple linear regression. The results show that employee job satisfaction is partially and simultaneously influenced by compensation and career development.

The construction industry involves many parties with various competencies and is related to the role of human resources in construction service companies. Human resource governance has contributed to the success and smooth operation of construction service companies. Human resources must be managed properly. Various management policy actions seek to utilize humans as a driver for the realization of organizational goals. Employee performance is an indication of the achievement of company goals. Supervision, compensation system, and organizational commitment are elements that affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, compensation system, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research was conducted in a construction service company in Surabaya involving 61 employees as respondents. The study used multiple linear regression analysis involving t test and F test as an analytical tool. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Technological developments have an impact on business development. Almost all business functions must make changes to anticipate them. This fact becomes a challenge for business practitioners and academics who study management science. A concrete example that shows the impact of technological advances on the business world is the development of VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol). In response to this, business transformation is an urgent thing to do. Advances in information technology have an impact on changing business organizations from a hierarchical business organization to a leaner business organization. The transformation of the HRM role has led to several new concepts in contemporary HRM practice. The repositioning of the HRM function is also an anticipation of changes in the global business environment. The repositioning of the HRM function from an academic point of view should trigger more comprehensive research in analyzing this process.
