Abstract

The economic crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic has influenced companies to make difficult decisions for their survival. This study discusses career adaptability among new graduates. Career adaptation is important for recent graduates to maintain their interest in the workplace. Graduates must understand the job and job description in order for them to carry out the task. Sometimes this may be a difficult process for them to digest and can make themselves feel demotivated, as they struggle to understand the job, and if dissatisfaction occurs it can result in an intention to leave the job. This study used 77 respondents and analysis using SPSS, correlation and regression were used to determine the most influential factors on career adaptation, from job satisfaction, work environment, and training and development. The results obtained are known that the factors that influence the career adaptation of fresh graduates are influenced by the independent variables of job satisfaction, training and development and the work environment. Keywords: career adaptation, turnover, education.

Abstract

Lecturers as educators in higher education are assets that must be guaranteed to have job satisfaction based on the work results shown to the organization. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of leadership and work communication variables on teacher performance. The number of respondents involved were 57 lecturers. The results of this study state that leadership and work communication have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Leadership is an independent variable that has a dominant influence.

Abstract

Every Public Accounting Firm employs auditors who have high professionalism and ethical behavior. Auditor is a profession that has a great responsibility not only to the client and his office but also to the public. Professional auditors will carry out their duties with sincerity and accuracy which will affect the quality of the resulting audit. Auditors must also maintain the reputation of the organization which is manifested in the form of organizational commitment. The development of organizational commitment can be determined by the integrity of each auditor in a public accounting firm. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of auditor integrity on organizational commitment. This quantitative survey research uses auditors who work at the Surabaya Regional Public Accounting Firm as the research population. There are 29 auditors who are used as research samples. The analysis tool uses simple linear regression. The research findings prove that the integrity of auditors in public accounting firms has a significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The increasing development of the restaurant industry causes competition between business people, each business actor. This study was conducted to analyze and discuss the role of product quality impressions and price impressions on consumer satisfaction who visited the "Ayam Bakar Wong Solo" restaurant. The sampling technique in qualitative research uses non-probability sampling. The population in this study were all consumers who had eaten at the "Ayam Bakar Wong Solo" restaurant in the city of Surabaya, with 100 responden being a sampel. This study using multiple linear regression bassed the statistical analyze which is helped by SPSS 25.0 application. The results showed that the impression of product quality and the impression of price had a significant effect on the satisfaction of consumers who had visited the restaurant.

Abstract

The goals of each company will be achieved with a strong organizational commitment. Strengthening organizational commitment has the assignment of employee professionalism and appropriate leadership. The intention of this study was to affect the assignment of employee professionalism and leadership to organizational commitment. This study uses the census method with a sample of 152 respondents who are employees of a company in Gresik City. This study handling by multiple linear regression. This result of study suggest that employee professionalism will significantly shape organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment is also significantly influenced by the right leadership. Furthermore, employee professionalism and leadership are factors to form organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study intends to find out about the truth that incentives given to employees, effective leadership behavior, and existing organizational culture are thought to have a role in strengthening organizational commitment. The survey is conducted in the production department of a company. Respondents consist of active employees who work at PT. KJA which has 43 employees in the production department. The sampling technique is by census. Regression model, t test, and F test are SPSS-assisted analytical tools. The results showed that incentives, leadership behavior, and organizational culture were proven to have a role in strengthening organizational commitment

Abstract

The dynamics of HR management that continues to increase now should encourage management in every organization to change the pattern of HR management. Management needs to make efforts to maintain and improve their human resources. One of them is by creating employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of compensation and career development in employee job satisfaction. In this study, 46 respondents were used as a sample, which was carried out using the census technique. The analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, multiple linear regression. The results show that employee job satisfaction is partially and simultaneously influenced by compensation and career development.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the presence of financial technology (fintech) has changed people's lives, including students. The existence of fintech that has been regulated in such a way allows students to easily access it. The perceived convenience is actually the cause of the emergence of consumptive behavior. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is a relationship between consumptive behavior and student interest in using online loan services. The researcher targets that there will be 100 students selected to be respondents. The results of the study provide evidence that there is indeed a relationship between consumptive behavior and student interest in using online loan services.

Abstract

Abstract Professionalism is the main requirement of every company because the skills possessed by employees will make a meaningful contribution to the realization of company goals. Employees who have an attitude of professionalism have the ability to understand duties and responsibilities, maintain relationships and social interaction in the workplace and focus on work matters. Work professionalism is one of the most important aspects of achieving success at work. This study aims (a) to analyze and determine the effect of competence on employee professionalism; (b) to analyze and determine the effect of work supervision on employee professionalism; and (c) to analyze and determine the effect of competency and work supervision simultaneously on employee professionalism. This research was conducted by involving 91 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Ver program. 25. The population involved in this research is the production employees of PT Unicharm Indonesia. The results showed that work competency and supervision had a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on employee professionalism. Keywords: competence, supervision, professionalism
