Abstract

The Purpose of the present work is to investigate : 1. the procedures of Cash cocial Assistance and 2. Factors affecting the distribution of the social assistance at the post office of Dumoga Utara District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, In this qualitative discriptive research, all data were from observation, in-depth interviews and documents. The result showed that : 1) the distribution procedures of the Directorate General of Poverty Handling No.18/6/SK/HK.02.02/4/2020. 2) There were several contributing factors to the distribution services of the social asistance, some factors were positively significant to maximum servies, while the others hinered the cash asistance programs. By that, Social service and the post office should take into consideration all factors that are crucial to cash social asistance distribution.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the effetiviness of utilization of fund form BRI as fishermen’s financing source in Tanjung Kramat village,to find out supporting factors as well as inhibiting factors at people in Tanjung Kramat Village to achieve credit fund form Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The research method is a qualitative approach. The technique of data collection, interview and documentation. The findings show that the effectiviness ratio level is more than 100% and it means fund form Bank Rakyat Indonesia is very helpful for fishermen in Tanjung Kramat Village to increase the income. In addition, there are also two factors which support people in selecting fund form BRI as financing source namely internal and external factors. Also, there are also inhibiting factors namely credit instalment, credit value, collateral value, credit term, credit procedure/terms, credit provider allocation, and others.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di SMP Negeri 2 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 29 responden. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu di SMP Negeri 2 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Ini terlihat dari hasil analisis regresi dimana kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang mencapai 36,7% dan sisanya 63,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Motivasi Belajar Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap budaya baca siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data ialah observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap budaya baca siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan model analisis regeresi adalah Ŷ = 3,605 + 0,752 X + ε. Dengan besar pengaruh fasilitas Kelas XI IPS Di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo”. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Konsentrasi Pendidikan Ekonomi Akuntansi, Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dibawah bimbingan perpustakaan terhadap budaya baca siswa mencapai 35,7% dan sisanya 64,3% budaya baca siswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci : Fasilitas Perpustakaan, Budaya Baca Siswa

Abstract

This research aims to identification of factors that influencethe motivation of student learning on the study program S1Economic Education, batch of 2015,Faculty of Economics,State University of Gorontalo. By Knowing the factors thatinfluence the motivation to learn can provide useful informationin teaching and learning process. The date in thisstudy was obtained by distributing questionnaires to studentsof Economics Education , batch of 2015 Faculty of Economics,State University of Gorontalo, therefore , the data of thisresearch are primary data.The analytical teachnique used is Factor Analysis. The resultof factor analysis shows that the most influential aspect towardstudents learning motivation is physiology of 93,4%.The next factor that influences is the desire to gain recognition/recognition 87,2%, and social relationships with friends80,6%. While the lowest aspect that affesct the studentslearning motivation sense of security in learning 75,8% andthe desire to self-actualization by 75%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa terhadap minat melanjutkan studi di Program Studi  S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo pada siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 kota gorontalo. Dengan mengetahui variabel persepsi siswa berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat siswa melanjutkan studi, Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Persepsi siswa tentang pentingnya pendidikan, manfaat apa yang akan siswa dapat dari proses pendidikan, dan segala informasi yang berhubungan dengan pendidikanlah yang akan membuat siswa lebih tertarik untuk melanjutkan studinya ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 185 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 37 siswa atau 20% dari jumlah populasi dengan menggunakan  teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji prasyarat analisis dan dilanjutkan dengan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap minat siswa melanjutkan studi dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,835 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,696, sehingga dapat dikatakan korelasinya positif. Selanjutnya, t hitung sebesar 8,962 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu sebesar 2,030, maka terdapat pengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

UTILIZATION OF FLANNEL AS HANDICRAFTS TO GROW ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR SCHOOL DROPOUTS IN PERMATA VILLAGE, BOALEMO. The devotion program aims to empower teenagers who drop out of school in the gem village of Paguyaman district in Boalemo district through the use of flannel fabrics while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. The proposal and method of solving problems in this Community Service program is to train teenagers who drop out of school to make various kinds of handicrafts from flannel, develop this flannel fabric motif in accordance with the characteristics of Permata Village, and develop marketing distribution especially in Boalemo district. The partner in this service Ranti Taylor with the owner's name is Abas Aminah whose business is convection and the only one is in Permata Village. This can make it easier for teenagers to drop out of school to conduct training while developing handicrafts from flannel fabrics from various motives while creating new designs so that they are more skilled in making them.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pengolahan jamu berbahan baku tanaman rempah pada kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga, sehingga produk olahan jamu ini memiliki nilai ekonomis yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga di Desa Lelato, Kecamatan Sumalata Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 45 hari dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat serta 30 orang mahasiswa. Output dari kegiatan ini adalah produk olahan jamu khas Desa Lelato.

Abstract

The focus of the current study is non-formal education and supply chain companies in Indonesia. The ultimate objective is to investigate that how non-formal education contribute towards supply chain management performance. Two major elements of non-formal education, namely; non-formal learning and non-formal training was considered. Additionally, supply chain companys recruitment from non-formal educational sector was also considered. Four hypotheses were proposed concerning the relationship between learning, training, supply chain companys recruitment, supply chain operations and supply chain management performance to approach the ultimate objective of the study. The cross-sectional research design was selected, and data were collected from the human resources (HR) employees of the supply chain companies in Indonesia. Three hundred (300) questionnaires were distributed through random sampling technique. After data collection, PLS (SEM) was used to test the hypothesis. It was found that, learning and training has significant positive relationship with supply chain companys recruitment which has positive effect on supply chain operations. Finally, the better supply chain operations have positive contribution to enhance the supply chain management performance. This study has major contribution in the body of literature, as this is the first study which examined the relationship of non-formal education and supply chain management performance. This study will provide better grounds for supply chain companies to recruit their required staff from non-formal educational sectors.
