Abstract: This study aims to know the influence of financial factors on employee performance at the sekretariatDPRD Kabupaten Bone Bolango. The methods used in this research is quantitative. The population of thisresearch is all employees of sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bone Bolango which need 25 sampling technique byusing simple random sampling. Data completion method used in this research is through questionnairedistribution to employees who become sample. The results of this study stated that the financial factorpositive and significant effect to employee performace at the sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bone Bolango.

Some districts have reached the shoreline approximately 75 KM certainly have huge marine potentialand have the potential that has not been managed optimally and thus still require government attention andserious investors to handle. This study uses secondary data and qualitative methods with direct interviewswith fishermen and institutions associated with using SWOT Analysis and Test Litmust Test.The resultsshowed that the SWOT performed using 11 strategic issues, namely repair of structures and infrastructurescoastal and marine areas in accordance with the development potential and capacity of the environment,improving education and skills of coastal fishing communities, developing models and capture technology,setting the boundary zone of preservation , increase surveillance activities, support groups of fishermen inpartnering efforts, increase the production of processed products of fisheries, improving engineering capabilityutilization and management of coastal areas and the sea.This research concluded that by applying the rightstrategy and the cooperation of various parties, both institutions, financial institutions, private sector andcoastal fishing communities can raise the productivity of coastal fishing communities themselves that areexpected to improve the local revenue.

The purpose of this research is, how to develop capture fisheries and their processed products on the coast of Bone Bolango, Gorontalo Province. The analytical methode used in this research is SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis methode is used to analysis capture fisheries development strategies in Bone Bolango Gorontalo Province. The results showed that from the results of the SWOT analysis, a capture fisheries development strategy and its processed products in increasing Regional Original Income were described in several aspects, a) Improving facilities and infrastructure for coastal area development, b) Disseminating information about coastal and marine resources through local media an national, c) Developing appropriate models and technologies and environmentally friendly use of marine resources, d) Supporting groups of fishermen the production of processed capture fishery products, f) Incresing the capacity of fishing communities regarding the utilization and management of capture fisheries resources,

This research aims to explain the students understanding and mastery of economics and development of technopreneurship-based economics learning module. Qualitative and descriptive approaches were applied for the research which was begun by some observations and Economics and Entrepreneurship learning identification in 15 study programs of diploma and bachelor degree at State University of Gorontalo or UNG. The data was gathered in the forms of documentation, literature studies, and questionnaires purposively distributed to 100 students. The results showed that: 1) Students realized the importance of learning, understanding, and analyzing the development of Economics not only for academic purpose yet for creating new jobs in society; 2) Economics learning results in UNG at academic year 2014/2015 showed satisfying results based on compared achievement percentage of score A, B, and C at 36%, 50%, and 14% respectively; and 3) In order to have more interesting and well-targetted learning, the contextual and applicable Economics learning module needed to be redesigned. That module would facilitate students in understanding the social reality, such as the increment of intellectual unemployment and the importance of creating more innovative entrepreneurship activities. This study aims to know the influence of village fund policy on village development in Mutiara Village, Paguyaman Sub-district, Boalemo Regency. This is a quantitative study using ex post facto method. This study uses primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 41 respondents in Mutiara Village, Paguyaman Sub-district. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The finding indicates that there is an influence of village fund policy ( X ) on village development ( Y ) in Mutiara Village, Paguyaman Sub-district Boalemo Regency. The influence of village fund policy ( X ) on village development ( Y ) is 78.7% while the remaining 21.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to find out how the beach tourism development strategy is in increasing the economic income of coastal communities in Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sample in this study were 30 people. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis.The research results show that the position of the beach tourism development strategy in increasing the economic income of coastal communities in Bone Bolango Regency is currently in quadrant 2, namely diversification strategy. This strategy emphasizes that the government of Bone Bolango Regency must be able to optimize various coastal tourism potentials to reduce threats supported by efforts to increase opportunities for cooperation, collaboration, and budget support. The strategic steps that can be taken are (1) Integrating the potential for beach tourism with the creative economy handicraft products of the community so that the community's household economy can move to increase higher incomes and better recognition of the image of the regional characteristics of Bone Bolango Regency. (2) Equity participation by the government in the formation of regional-owned enterprises for the management of beach tourism in collaboration with local BUMDes and budget allocations for adequate and conducive accessibility. (3) Increasing the capacity of the community to be more innovative in beach tourism institutions and partnerships so that the community can further develop security, comfort and other positive things related to beach tourism.

This is a descriptive quantitative study with a population of 50 fishermen. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The finding shows that the factor of capital and work experience have a positive effect on the income of fishermen in Bolaang Uki Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 36% of the capital and work experience variables on the income of capture fishermen in Bolaang Uki Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency, while the remaining is affected by variables which are not described in this study.

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendapatan Masyarakat Nelayan Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Di Desa Batu Hijau Kecamatan Bone Pantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian Survei. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari peyebaran kuisioner kepada Masyarakat Nelayan di Desa Batu Hijau Kecamatan Bone Pantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango dengan jumlah sampel 84 responden. Teknik analisi data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi liniear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Pendapatan Masyarakat Nelayan Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Di Desa Batu Hijau Kecamatan Bone Pantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Besaran terdapat Pengaruh Pendapatan Masyarakat Nelayan Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Di Desa Batu Hijau Kecamatan Bone Pantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango 18,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 81,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendapatan Nealayan Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Tenda Kota Gorantalo.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian Ex-post facto. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner di 45 nelayan di Kelurahan Tenda Kota Gorontalo. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruhPendapatan nelayan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di kelurahan tenda kota Gorontalo. Besaran pengaruh pendapatan nelayan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat sebesar 40,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendapatan nelayan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan nelayan di Desa Tongo Kecamatan Bonepantai Kabupaten Bone Bolango tersebut dengan memilih 2 orang nelayan sebagai informan kunci sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Jadi penghasilan yang di dapatkan oleh nelayan tergantung dari jumlah pendapatan ikan. Dalam hal ini pendapatan yang di peroleh selalu tidak stabil, dimana mereka terkadang memperoleh keuntungan yang besar dan juga bisa memperoleh kerugian setiap sekali melaut. Pendapatan jumlah seluruh uang yang akan diterima oleh seorang nelayan bersumber dari hasil penangkapan ikan di laut dan juga hasil dari penjualan ikan. Adapun faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pendapatan nelayan diantaranya adalah faktor teknologi, faktor alam, tenaga kerja, jarak tempuh melaut, pengalaman dan modal. Selain itu, ada pula faktor pendukung yang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan nelayan yaitu mulai dari hasil tangkapan, jumlah melaut dan alat tangkapan yang digunakan oleh para nelayan.
