Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Peran Guru Dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Siswa Kelas X,XI, İPS SMA Negeri 1 Paleleh Kecamatan Paleleh Kabupaten Buol Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Telmik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan redüksi data,penyajian data,pengecekan keabsahan data,dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Peran Guru Dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Siswa Kelas X,XI, IPS. SMA Negeri 1 Paleleh Kecamatan Paleleh Kabupaten Buol Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, Peran guru sangat Vital terkait tumbuh kembangnya peserta didik, peran guru dalam membentuk perilaku disiplin siswa telah efektif, namun masih terdapat kendala dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter karena hırangnya kesadaran siswa. Adapun dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan ini,diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan penghayatan siswa terhadap nilai-nilai karakter yang disampaikan, ini dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai metode pendekatan yang dapat menarik minat siswaşerta melibatkan kerjasama aktif antara guru,siswa, dan orang tua dalam mcmperkuat pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah.serta meminimalisir pengaruh ekstemal yang mungkin mengganggu proses pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

This study was conducted to highlight the importance of enhancing students' critical thinking skills through effective teaching methods. Using a quasi-experimental design with a post-test approach, the research involved 36 eleventh-grade students from MA Salafiyah Syafi'iyah, divided into an experimental group and a control group. The study aimed to examine the impact of the Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) method on students’ critical thinking abilities in economics. Descriptive and statistical analyses were used to evaluate the data. Results showed a clear difference between the two groups: the control class had an average score of 63.89, while the experimental class, which applied the IBL method, achieved an average of 88.29. A paired samples test showed a Sig. (1-tailed) value of 6.664 > 0.005, indicating a statistically significant improvement. These findings demonstrate that the IBL method effectively enhances students' critical thinking skills compared to traditional teaching methods. The implication of this study is that adopting inquiry-based approaches in economics education can foster deeper understanding and better cognitive engagement among students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the Fingerprint Attendance System Influences the Performance of Alfamart Employees in Kaidipang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach method with a sample of 36 Alfamart Employees. the t-count value for the Fingerprint Attendance System variable is 10,284. t-table is calculated with a statistical significance level of 5%. The t-table value obtained is 1.690. The comparison shows that the t-count value of 10,284 1,690 is greater than the t-table value, then the Significant Value of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. This leads to the rejection of Ho, which implies a positive and significant influence between the Fingerprint Attendance System and Employee Performance. Regression analysis shows a determination coefficient of 0.757, which indicates that 75.7% of Employee Performance is explained by the Fingerprint Attendance System. This indicates a positive relationship between the Fingerprint Attendance System and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of the use of practicum modules on the understanding of students of the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gorontalo State University in using the MYOB application. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 58 people. The instruments used are questionnaires and test questions. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence of the use of the practicum module on the understanding of students of the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gorontalo State University in using the MYOB application. The influence of the practicum module on the understanding of students of the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gorontalo State University in using the MYOB application is 37.5% and the remaining 62.5% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.
