Abstract

Pada saat ini organisasi menghadapi lingkungan dengan perubabahan yang relatif cepat. Dalam organisasi, yang merupakan kesatuan sosial yang bekerja bersama-sama dalam upaya mencapai tujuan bersama, kepemimpin memegang peranan penting. Pemimpin yang efektif diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan anggota organisasi untuk bekerja dalam upaya mencapai tujuan. Empat pendekatan utama yang membahas kepemimpinan yaitu: (1) teori sifat, (2) teori perilaku, (3) teori situasional, dan (4) teori transformasional. Pendekatan transformasional pada akhirnya berkembang. Pendekatan Kepemimpinan Transformasional menyebutkan bahwa pemimpin tidak lagi bagaimana organisasi yang berada dibawah kepemimpinannya dapat menyesuaikan terhadap perubahan lingkungan tetapi lebih kepada bagaimana pemimpin dapat memanfaatkan lingkungan dan menciptakan lingkungan yang sesuai dalam proses pencapaian tujuan. Kepemimpinan yang efektif dapat dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu metode Importance-Performance Analysis. Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate perception between group users of public accountability and finance accountability for responsibility report of Surakarta governmental finance district. There are two group users in this research, namely: internal users (functionary of work unit at local government /SKPD) and external users (member of region parliament/DPRD, society of self-supporting institution/LSM and Academician). The hypothesis examination of this research uses independent sample t-test and ANOVA. The result of statistical shows that there is different perception between group users of public accountability and finance accountability for responsibility report of Surakarta governmental finance district, which brings the matter because there is different understanding and assessment to measure public accountability and finance accountability of among users. Beside that also known the different statistical value of t-test public accountability is smaller than difference of finance accountability, this matter is consistent with the research of Mack and Ryan (2006) expressing that target of financial reporting of local government more for the purpose of public accountability, afterwards newly for the purpose of finance accountability

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the internal and external factors which affect the profitability of sharia banks in the period 2011-2015 per-quarter. This research using panel data regression method. The results show  that the capital (CAR) has no effect on profitability (ROA), Inflation has no effect on profitability (ROA), Liquidity (FDR) has influence on profitability (ROA), while efficiency (BOPO), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) have a negative and significant effect on the profitability of sharia banks.

Abstract

Abstract: Dysmenorrhoea is abdominal pain that comes from the uterine cramping and occurs during menstruation can interfere with daily activities. Behavior that indicated young women depending on their knowledge. Knowledge of dysmenorrhoea very influential towards the attitude in addressing the dysmenorrhoea. The effort faced dysmenorrhoea conducted by students are medically and non-medically. The purpose of this research is to know the relation between the level of knowledge of dysmenorrhoea with attitude faced the first middle school in the disminorea Junior High School student affairs 4 Sukoharjo. This research method using analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The subject is a Junior High School student affairs 4 Sukoharjo class VIII as much as 99 people by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using the test statistic Chi Square. The results showed that knowledge about the disminorea retrieved value X2 countdown (51.606) > X2 table (22.368) and the attitude of the retrieved value X2 countdown (58.727) > X2 tables (23.685), so that knowledge and attitudinal values obtained p value (0.000 < 0.05). There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge about disminorea against the attitude of facing disminorea.Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Dysmenorrhoea Abstrak: Dismenorea adalah nyeri perut yang berasal dari kram rahim dan terjadi selama menstruasi yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Perilaku yang ditunjukkan remaja putri tergantung pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Pengetahuan tentang dismenorea sangat berpengaruh terhadap sikap dalam mengatasi dismenorea. Upaya menghadapi dismenorea yang dilakukan oleh siswi adalah secara medis dan non medis. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui  hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang dismenorea dengan sikap menghadapi disminorea di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 4 Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah siswi SMP Negeri 4 Sukoharjo Kelas VIII sebanyak 99 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistic Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang disminorea diperoleh nilai X2 hitung (51,606) > X2 tabel (22,368) dan sikap diperoleh nilai X2 hitung (58,727) > X2 tabel (23,685), sehingga pengetahuan dan sikap didapatkan nilai p value (0,000 < 0,05). Ada hubungan signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang disminorea terhadap sikap menghadapi disminorea.Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dismenorea

Abstract

Character education is an attempt to create the next generation who have superior character. This expaectations will not be achived easily without the theacher’s role as an educator especilly early childhood educator in character building. The purpose of this study is : 1) to understanding the stratrgy in the development character education used by teachers in TK-1 and TK-2, 2) to understanding the learning management including planning, implementation and evaluation of character education in TK-1 and TK-2, 3) to understanding supporting and pursue factors of character education in TK-1 and TK-2. This study used the comparative method of qualitative research. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation. The result of this study shows the strategy in TK-1 is teacher’s modeling, routinely or habituation. While the strategy in TK-2 used integrated with learning, habituation and giving rewards. Planning in TK-1 consist of making an integrated curriculum with character education, integration with daily activities, the evaluation is done by observation technique. While the planning in TK-2 making a specific curriculum, the implementation is done with daily activities, the character education assessment contained in the column of akhlaqul karimah. The supporting factors of character education in TK-1 and TK-2 is the teacher’s competence, learning media and infrastructure. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran terhadap higiene penjamah, kondisi fisik depot, kondisi peralatan depot, kualitas bakteriologis  air minum isi ulang, dan peran serta puskesmas. Jenis penelitian deskriptif  kuantitatif. Populasinya depot di sekitar Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sampel berjumlah 12 depot. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner, panduan wawancara, dan check list. Teknik pengambilan datanya observasi, wawancara dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi fisik  memenuhi syarat 8 depot (66,7%) , tidak memenuhi syarat 4 depot (33,3%), kondisi peralatan memenuhi syarat 11 depot (91,7%), tidak memenuhi syarat 1 depot (8,3%), higiene penjamah baik 1 responden (8,3%), higiene penjamah buruk 11 responden (91,7%), kualitas bakteriologis memenuhi syarat sebanyak 10 depot (83,3%), tidak memenuhi syarat 2 depot (16,7%), puskesmas belum pernah mengadakan pelatihan higiene penjamah, namun mengadakan inspeksi setiap tahun dengan sistem sampel. Saran untuk pemilik depot sebaiknya memeriksakan kualitas air secara berkala. Pemilik diharapkan menyediakan pakaian kerja dan memeriksakan kesehatan karyawan secara berkala. Bagi Puskesmas  diharapkan meningkatkan pembinaan terhadap produsen depot.The purpose of study was to describe the handler hygiene, depot physical conditions, depot equipment conditions, the bacteriological quality of refill drinking water, and the role of the health centers. This study used descriptive quantitative methods. The population was depot around Semarang State University. The sample was 12 depots. The instrument used questionnaire, interview, and check list. The data were gathered using interview technique observation, documentation. The results showed physical condition qualifies 8 depots (66.7%), were not eligible 4 depots (33.3%), equipment condition qualifies 11 depots (91.7%), were not eligible 1 depot (8.3 %), good hygiene handlers 1 respondent (8.3%), poor hygiene handlers 11 respondents (91.7%), eligible bacteriological quality was 10 depot (83.3%), were not eligible 2 depots (16.7%), health centers has never been on training hygiene handlers, but doing inspection every year with a sample system. Suggestions for depot owners is periodically check the water quality. The owner is expected to provide work clothes and checked employee health periodically. For health centers expected to improve supervision of depot producer.

Abstract

The woman who had been convicted of murder should live his life in prison as an inmate, would need a way to adapt so that the inmates can their daily lives well in prison, inmates killing women must also try and sincerity in order to treat trauma cases entrap post. this phenomenon is interesting to examine the author; Adaptation Woman Convicted of Killing (Correctional Institution of Female Class II A Pekanbaru City), in the current study researchers interviewed four informants who are female convict the accused killed, informants were asked to tell the details again how chronological murder case that has ensnared them and what the motive accompanying , informants were also asked to tell his life after becoming prisoners Correctional Institution of Female Class II A Pekanbaru City. Using this theory, Robert K. Merton tries to explain deviations through social structures. According to this theory, social structures not only produce conformist behavior, but also produce deviant behavior. But in the explanation of this study, the author only uses conformity in which EM and SY informants are more related to this pattern, for MN informants more can be related to the adaptation of rebellion and retreatism related to cases that occur to YL informants, to connect adaptation to use by the informant according to the case that ensnared him. This study used qualitative methods and interviews were conducted in structured interviews where the research first prepared guidelines for interviews. Keywords: Women, Killing, Anomie

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji estimasi dalam hadits. Kajian ini dapat membantu pendidik maupun peserta didik dalam pembelajaran estimasi yang terintegrasi dengan hadits. Pembelajaran matematika integratif dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan agama dan pengetahuan matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa estimasi terdapat dalam beberapa hadits di antaranya dalam Shohih Bukhori no. 3836; 4551; dan 4552, Shohih Muslim no. 1557, Sunan Abu Daud no. 2384 dan 3521, At-Tirmidzi 3153, Shahih ibnu Khuzaimah 107, Sunan Nasa’i 4465, Sunan Ibnu Majjah 2184, dan Musnad Ahmad 13465; 14331; 12509; dan 17578.

Abstract

The objective of study was toanalyzethe relationbetweenchild feeding practiceandchildnutritional status inPosyanduPala Indah VParak Laweh. Researchiscorrelationalbypopulationisall children areincluded inthe workingareaPosyanduPala Indah V Parak Laweh. Sampleswereselected bysamplingsaturatedby 49people. The results of the research show that feeding practice as much as 8 % of children included is excellent category, 10% of children included good category, 27% of children included quite well, 22% of children included unfavorable category and 33 % of children included category of not good. The results of the study showed that the nutritional status of children are 2 children (4%) included excellent category, 4 children (8% ) included goodcategory, 6 children (1%) included good category, 13 children (27% ) included unfavorable category and 24 children (49%) included category of no good. There isa positiverelationshipbetweenfeeding practicewith thenutritional status of childreninPosyanduPala Indah V Parak Lawehwith correlation coefficient0.722. Abstract

Biomassa tanaman perkebunan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pangan, pakan, dan bioenergi. Hasil penelitian dan perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong pemanfaatan biomassa bagian-bagian tanaman tersebut. Tanaman perkebunan memiliki potensi besar untuk menghasilkan biomassa yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pengembangan energi terbarukan. Pemetaan potensi biomassa telah banyak dilakukan pada tanaman perkebunan, seperti pada: tebu, kakao, kelapa sawit, kemiri sunan, jarak pagar, kopi, kelapa dalam, karet dan teh. Pengembangan sistem produksi pangan dan biomassa untuk pembangkit energi melalui sistem multi tanam berbasis komoditas perkebunan telah dikembangkan.  Di Kabupaten Aceh Timur telah dilakukan pengembangan sistem agroindustri juga memanfaatkan semua produk samping, mendorong daur ulang dan pemanfaatan residu. Pemanfaatan potensi bioenergi masih dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala distribusi, kontinuitas pasokan bahan dan aspek ekonomi. Menyikapi hal tersebut langkah strategis dapat dilakukan melalui: analisis neraca karbon, alokasi lahan, pemanfaatan lahan, pemanfaatan sumber daya secara berkelanjutan, dukungan teknologi, fokus pada nilai tambah yang tinggi dan perbaikan tata kelola. Selanjutnya perbaikan pada pengembangan sistem pangan energi terpadu dapat ditempuh melalui: (1) sosialisasi dari inovasi teknologi, (2) membentuk kawasan-kawasan pertanian terpadu di daerah sentra pengembangan dan (3) memperkuat kelembagaan petani untuk mengembangkan agroindustri.   ABSTRACTBiomass from estate crops can be used for food, feed, and bioenergy. The results of research and technological developments have encouraged the utilization of biomass of these plant parts. Plantation crops have great potential to produce biomass that can be utilized in the development of renewable energy. Mapping of biomass potential has been carried out in plantation crops, such as: sugar cane, cocoa, oil palm, candlenut, jatropha, coffee, deep coconut, rubber, and tea. The development of food and biomass production systems for energy generation through a commodity-based multi-cropping system has been developed. In East Aceh District an agro-industrial system development has also been carried out utilizing all byproducts, encouraging recycling and utilizing residues. The utilization of bioenergy is still faced with various distribution constraints, continuity of material supply and economic aspects. In response to this, strategic steps can be taken through carbon balance analysis, land allocation, land use, sustainable use of resources, technology support, focus on high added value and improved governance. Furthermore, improvements to the development of integrated energy food systems can be pursued through (1) socialization of technological innovations, (2) establishing integrated agricultural areas in plant centers and (3) strengthening farmer institutions to develop agro-industries.
