Abstract

Background: The Ministry of Health made a breakthroughthrough delivery care scheme as one solution to reducing theMMR and IMR called Jampersal. This policy is a deliveryassurance scheme intended for all pregnant women and newmothers in Indonesia who are not covered by any insuranceyet. Delivery care assurance scheme consist prenatal care,postnatal care including family planning postpartum andnewborn care. This program also applied in the special regionof Yogyakarta as one of the program in improving the health ofmothers and children. During the implementation in Yogyakarta,the program still has some obstacles.Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the delivery careassurance policy in the province of Yogyakarta.Methods: The research design used case study design. Theresearch was conducted in the province of Yogyakarta. whichThe sampling technique used was stratified sampling. The unitof analysis in this study is the health districts / municipalities,general hospitals, health centers and private practice midwiveswho administer Jampersal. Data collected by in-depthinterviews.Results: The result of this research shows that there aremany problems in terms of input, process and output. In termsof input, the problems are related to human resources, financial,means and policy. In terms of process, the problems are relatedto socialization, regulations of patient, process of claiming,referral system and funding. In terms of output, the problem isrelated to overcrowding, patient refusal, and complains fromthe consumer.Conclusion: This program is a good program for reduction ofinfant and maternal mortality rates, but still needs someimprovement. Improvements are needed in terms ofstrengthening cross-sector coordination, socialization of theprogram should be optimized, stregthening the electronic-basedreferral system, strengthening the commitment and motivationof personnel and improvement of health infrastructures.Keywords: Delivery Care Assurance Policy, Policy Evaluation.

Abstract

The learning of Bahasa Indonesia in curriculum 13 is the learning based on the text, text is an application of the thing in the human mind which is complete with the situation and context. The application of the learning uses scientific approach with suitable model. The achieving of the KD in the group KI: 1 and 2 are determine by achieving KD in the group, KI: 3 and 4. The meaning of the language based on the function. Its mean the using of the language which is never been separated from the context because the form of the language that used represented the idea, character, values, and ideology of the user

Abstract

Abstract: This study is motivated by curriculum changes from KTSP to 2013 Curriculum giving different assumptions for each teacher who implements them because there are many differences in the KTSP and Curriculum from the two curricula, starting from the planning, implementation, understanding and response of students. and its assessment. The purpose of this study is to find a clear picture of: 1) teacher perceptions of the application of KTSP in Indonesian language subjects, 2) teacher perceptions of the application of 2013 curriculum in Indonesian language subjects, 3) differences in the application of 2013 KTSP and Curriculum in Indonesian subjects , 4) the most effective curriculum used.This research is a field research which describes / explains word by word descriptively using a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were grade IV teachers. The data source used is primary data by conducting interviews with class IV teachers; and secondary data sources obtained from the internet or books. Data are analyzed by: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results showed that teachers' perceptions of the application of KTSP and Curriculum 2013 in Indonesian subjects differed between class IV A teachers and class IV B teachers both in terms of planning, implementation, understanding and response of students and their assessments such as planning using methods that different in the implementation of Indonesian language subjects, Indonesian language learning taught separately in KTSP and using themes in Curriculum 2013, KTSP assessment which focuses on the cognitive realm makes children's understanding of knowledge higher, while the 2013 Curriculum assessment which focuses on the realm affective which emphasizes the character of children in school. The differences in the application of KTSP and Curriculum 2013 in Indonesian language subjects found based on the results of the interviews are outlined in the form of Table.4.5. There are differences in teachers' perceptions of the most effective curriculum used in accordance with the learning experiences of each grade IV teacher if the teacher uses a fun curriculum in the learning process and can increase the potential of students, the curriculum is the most effective to use. Keywords: Perception, KTSP, Curriculum 2013, Indonesian Lang

Abstract

This text study objective was to determine how much the level of student writing errors made in the use of written language in developing a thesis proposal. The method used in the research data penganalisissan this text is the text method , which collects a number of text samples, further reading and doing analyzing student writing done , and also uses descriptive method of analysis. As the results, 1) error writing uppercase (capital) in the student proposal STAIN Curup VIII semester of academic year 2012/2013 as many as 850 words, with a percentage of 40.59 %; 2) error writing spelling on student proposals STAIN Curup VIII semester of academic year 2012/2013 as many as 681 words, with a percentage of 32, 52 %; 3) error writing prepositions (di, ke and dari) the student proposal STAIN Curup VIII semester of academic year 2012/2013 as many as 282 words, with a percentage of 13.46 %; 4) error writing punctuation dot (.), comma (,), colon (:), semicolon (;), and quotes (") on student proposals as many as 281 words, with a percentage of 13.41 %.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how education management in the Indonesian language structure STAIN Curup. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, the subjects of this study are the department heads, lecturers, study program staff and students. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data manipulation and techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1) leadership in the management of education in the Indonesian STAIN Curup tadris has been well implemented, 2) efforts to improve the management aspects of education in the Indonesian language system at STAIN Curup have been implemented is the autonomy of study programs in improving education quality. as an effort to seek input and increase enthusiasm to make a positive contribution to the study program. Transparency of one of the principles of good governance or good governance of the organization is needed to build a successful organization. Teamwork collaboration is needed because cooperation will provide better work results, but cooperation is still low. Management of education in the Indonesian language class has had a positive impact on study programs.

Abstract

Honey contains complex nutrients including vitamins A, C, E, B and flavonoids which play a role in suppressing oxidative stress. This study aimed to determine the effect of honey and Fe on body weight and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels of anemia pregnant women. The type of this study was quasi-experimental with the pretest-posttest design. Data analysis using paired t-test and independent samples test. After implementation the average value of the intervention group was 2.30 ± 0.50 while the average value of the control group was 2.00 ± 0.20 which showed that there was an effect of giving honey + Fe and Fe to the weight of anemic pregnant women. Whereas the statistical test results of the independent samples test showed p> 0.05 (p = 0.307) which means that there was no significant difference between the administration of honey + Fe (intervention) and Fe (control). In the melondialdehyde (MDA) variable there was a decrease in the intervention group by 8.86 ± 2.78 with the paired t-test obtained p value 0.002, this indicates there is an effect of giving honey + Fe to malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. The average value in the control group was 0.92 ± 0.07 with the paired t-test p value of 0.653 indicating no effect of Fe on Melondialdehyde (MDA) levels. Based on the test of the independent samples test obtained p value 0.004 (α <0.05). Conclusion: administration of honey + Fe effectively reduces malondialdehyde (MDA) levels and increases the weight of anemic pregnant women.

Abstract

Information technology was developed by humans in prehistoric times and functions as a system for recognizing the forms they are familiar with. They describe the information they get on cave walls, about hunting and the animals they hunt. Until now, information technology continues to develop, but its delivery and form are more modern. Technology can be interpreted as all processes carried out in an effort to realize something rationally. In this case, what is meant by something can be an application, machine, data or game. One way that can be done to integrate learning with technology that is interesting, fun, flexible and easier for students to accept is by using games in the learning process.

Abstract

The goal of this Community Partnership Program activity is to increase children's emotional intelligence as well as their English skills. This is accomplished through the use of storytelling activities, with the fairy tales being told in English. The transmission of fairy tales in English is at the request of partners, as there are no English subjects in the 2013 curriculum. In reality, in this age of globalization, English is critical. Parents, particularly at wealthy institutions, are adamant that their children receive English classes, even if it is merely through extracurricular activities or extended school hours. An increase in children's emotional intelligence and English language abilities in elementary school kids is the goal to be met. Wajo Regency elementary schools are PKM partners. as well as the professional development provided to instructors to help them enhance their digital literacy skills. The teacher is expected to increase the quality of his or her instruction in this scenario. Most teachers solely utilized blackboards and markers to teach before the training. Teachers should be able to generate engaging digital-based teaching media as a result of this course. The availability of storytelling activities employing digital fairy tales in English has been achieved as a goal. as well as training in the creation of digital-based learning media, which was attended by roughly 60 teachers from Wajo Regency elementary schools. The teachers were successful in creating learning films, which resulted in a rise in children's emotional intelligence and students' English skills at partner schools.

Abstract

The IAI As'adiyah Sengkang English education study program at the MTs As'Adiyah school performs community service. This practice is a kind of community service, particularly in schools, where it is used to carry out the commitments outlined in the Tridharma of higher education. The strategy aims to teach English vocabulary in the classroom using games. According to the results of PKM activities, students can more easily understand and remember vocabulary during the teaching and learning process, the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities can be monitored by the teacher, students can participate in learning with high enthusiasm, the material can be presented in an interesting manner by the teacher, and the topics in the material are also close to the students' daily lives. As a result of these activities, students become more interested in the learning process, which improves teacher-student communication.

Abstract

The preliminary and needs study found that partner schools required genuine media in the classroom with appealing colors. As a result, the goal of this service is to develop English vocabulary as well as the quality of cartoon strips as a learning tool. This community service project involves teaching children about Cartoon Strip Media in order to improve their English skills. Students from Madrasah Aliyah As'Adiyah Sengkang do this function. The findings suggest that cartoon strips as a form of English language learning medium are appropriate for MA students. It may be concluded that comic strips can be used as a medium in the classroom to improve vocabulary skills and student learning results, particularly in English language acquisition.
