Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap sikap pasif dan kurangnya respon mahasiswa terhadap pertanyaan dosen. Pemecahan yang ditawarkan adalah dengan  penerapan pembelajaran koperatif tipe Student Team Achievment Divisions? (STAD) dan model Dunia Gembira (DUGEM) untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar fisioterapi olahraga. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang meyakinkan, penelitian dilakukan selama tiga siklus, didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut; 1) siklus I, nilai rata-rata 60 dengan ketuntasan 46%, 2) siklus II, nilai rata-rata 69.11 ketuntasan 72.5%, 3) siklus III, nilai rata-rata 73.7 ketuntasan 87.5%. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan model Dugem dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar,  keaktifan, ketrampilan, kerjasama dan keberanian mengemukakaan pendapat dalam diskusi ataupun selama proses belajar mengajar. The learned outcomes indicated learned passivity and lack of student response to teacher questions, need to find the solution. One of them with the implementation of cooperative learning and model type STAD and DUGEM to improve the quality of learning sports Phisiotherapy. The study was conducted over three cycles, obtained the following results: 1) the first cycle, the average value of 60 with mastery 46%, 2) the second cycle, the average value of 72.5% 69.11 completeness, 3) the third cycle, the average value of 73.7 87.5% completeness. Implementation of cooperative learning and model type STAD and DUGEM can improve learning outcomes, activity, skill, team work and courage opinion in discussion or during the learning process.

Abstract

Keseleo pergelangan kaki merupakan salah satu cedera akut yang sering dialami para atlet. Sendi pergelangan kaki mudah sekali mengalami cedera karena kurang mampu melawan kekuatan medial, lateral, tekanan dan rotasi. Tidak seperti pada cedera lain yang disebabkan oleh tekanan tingkat rendah yang berulang-ulang dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Cedera akut pada pergelangan kaki disebabkan karena adanya penekanan melakukan gerakan membelok secara tiba-tiba, yang termasuk dalam Cedera Sprain tingkat II. Tingkatan keseleo terdiri dari;1) keseleo tingkat ringan, sering terjadi pada ligament talofibula anterior, yang dapat mengakibatkan retak pada sebagian tulang tertentu, 2) keseleo tingkat sedang, meliput talofibula anterior dan calcaneo fibula ligament dapat memperparah terjadinya kerusakan pada struktur ligament, 3) keseleo tingkat parah, meliputi kedua ligament pada posterior talofibula ligament dapat menimbulkan putus urat otot yang kompleks atau kadang retak atau patah tulang. Perawatan ditentukan oleh tingkatan keseleo, sampai berapa lama sebelum melakukan latihan  tertentu. Perawatan yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan pergelangan kaki menjadi tidak stabil hingga kronis, dan dapat menyebabkan cedera kembali. Untuk menghindari cedera keseleo alangkah baiknya melakukan pencegahan dengan melakukan pemanasan, stretching, latihan penguatan ligament, otot dan tendon yang melintasi sendi, latihan pergelangan kaki, serta melakukan pembebatan pergelangan kaki, pada saat latihan maupun pertandingan.Ankle sprain is one of acute injury that often happened in athletes. Ankle joint is very easy to injury because of less able to resist the power, pressure from rotation, medial and lateral. Unlike the other injuries caused by low-level pressure repeatedly in the long term. Acute ankle injury due to the suppression of movement to turn suddenly, which is included in level II sprain injury. Sprain levels,  consist of: 1) mild sprain, frequently happened in the talofibula anterior ligaments, caused fracture in some particular bone, 2) moderate sprain, happened in talofibula anterior and calcaneo fibula ligament can exacerbates the damage to ligament structure, 3) severe degree sprain, the ligament covering both posterior talofibula ligament caused break up complex tendons or fracture. The treatment is determined by the degree sprain, how long the treatment is done before doing certain exercises. Not appropriate treatment cause ankle in chronic unstable and back to get injury. To avoid sprain injury better to do prevention there are, warming-up, stretching, strengthening exercise  in ligament, muscle and tendon that cross the joint, ankle exercises, than do ankle taping when practice as well as competition.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variasi tipologi terhadap prestasi atlet. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 orang atlet PON XVII Jawa Timur terdiri dari 12 orang atlet wanita dan 13 orang atlet pria kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata IMT pada wanita 22.147 kg/m2,  sedang pada pria 25.198 kg/m2. Prestasi atlet cabang gulat dan wushu di dominasi oleh pria, sedangkan atlet wanita pada cabang anggar dan judo. Variasi tipologi atlet baik pria dan wanita memberikan kontribusi prestasi yang seimbang tergantung dari cabang olahraga dan kelas yang dipertandingkan. Kata kunci: Tipologi; prestasi; atlet   The aims of this study is to know about  the variation of  typology to athletes achievement.  The sample are 25 athletes, consist of 12 women athletes, and 13 man athletes. Abstract

Children with disabilities such as hearing impairment normally indicate lower physical fitness than their hearing peers and place them at risk for secondary health problems. About 70% of hearing impaired children were not involve in physical activity and have lower physical fitness levels than students without disabilities . Deafness or hearing impairment is referred as sensory disability with hearing loss exceeding than 55dB. Almost children indicated hearing impairment have demonstrated lower physical fitness levels than their hearing peers. Hearing impaired children need a healthy lifestyles behaviour, which the general consensus in this group has demonstrated lower physical fitness levels than their hearing peers. Therefore, the reasons why populations of this group have showed lower physical fitness still have limited of studies. The objective of the study is to determine the physical fitness levels and between genders among hearing-impaired students on selected fitness components. The demographic data consists of the age group, gender, height, weight, BMI and also selected fitness components was been compiled. The convenient sampling was used to determine the hearing-impaired students. The total sample of 61 hearing impaired students (male =49; female=12) was selected from a special school for the deaf. Demographic data was collected, and series of selected fitness test batteries was carried out such as 10m shuttle run test, handgrip strength test, vertical jump test, standing broad jump test, sit and reach test, sit up test and also 1600m run test. Descriptive statistics was used to determine the level of fitness among the students.  Results show that the male students performed better than the female students in all the test batteries. The most important thing was both students can perform all the fitness tests and also the test can be used to determine the level of fitness with comparison to their hearing peers. The finding of the study may enhance the identification of fitness level of hearing-impaired students which may improve the health outcomes in them.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar asam laktat sebelum latihan, setelah latihan, laktat setelah pemulihan selama 1 menit. Manfaat yang diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi latihan dan pemulihan yang tepat. Metode eksperimen rancangan the separate pretes-posttest control design digunakan pada peneletian ini. Sampel sebanyak 6 mahasiswa laki-laki yang bersedia dan memenuhi kriteria. Perlakuan berupa pengambilan darah sebelum latihan, latihan argocycle selama 5 menit dengan beban 7 watt,  setelah latihan darah tepi diambil lagi untuk mengetahui kadar asam laktat. Alat yang digunakan Accutrend Plus, Reagen MB Laktat dari Jerman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata usia (19.83 ± 0.75), tinggi badan (165.83 cm±9.33), berat badan (65.67 kg±5.82), laktat sebelum latihan (3.28 ±mmol/l 1.00), laktat setelah latihan (5.43 mmol/l± 1.75). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara laktat dan denyut nadi sebelum latihan (p=0.028), laktat dan denyut nadi setelah latihan (p=0.028), denyut nadi sebelum dan setelah latihan (p=0.028), laktat sebelum dan setelah latihan (p=0.028), laktat setelah latihan dan laktat setelah recovery selama 1 menit (p=0.046). Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan positif antara laktat dan denyut nadi sebelum latihan dan setelah latihan. Ada hubungan negative antara laktat setelah latihan dan sebelum latihan, denyut nadi setelah latihan dan sebelum latihan, laktat setelah latihan dan laktat setelah recovery selama 1 menit. The aims of this research is to know the different of lactate acid before, after exercise and after 1 minute recovery. The research use to recommendation for exercise to get good recovery. The separate pretes-posttest control design used in this research. The subject is six man that disposed to this research. The experiment are take periphery blood before and after exercise, than after 1 minute recovery. The exercise is 5 minute in argocycle with 7 watt load. The instrument are accutrend plus, Lactat reagen MB made in Germany and lancet. The result show that mean of age (19.83 ± 0.75), height (165.83 cm±9.33), weight (65.67 kg±5.82), lactate before exercise (3.28 ±mmol/l 1.00), lactate  after exercise (5.43 mmol/l± 1.75). There is significant relation between lactate and heart rate before exercise (p=0.028), lactate and heart rate after exercise  (p=0.028), heart rate before and after exercise (p=0.028), lactate before and after exercise (p=0.028), lactate after exercise and after 1 minute recovery (p=0.046). The conclusion is there are positive relation between lactate and heart rate before and after exercise. There are negative relation between lactate before and after exercise, heart rate before and after exercise, lactate after exercise and 1 minute recovery.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap sikap pasif dan kurangnya respon mahasiswa terhadap pertanyaan dosen. Pemecahan yang ditawarkan adalah dengan  penerapan pembelajaran koperatif tipe Student Team Achievment Divisions? (STAD) dan model Dunia Gembira (DUGEM) untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar fisioterapi olahraga. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang meyakinkan, penelitian dilakukan selama tiga siklus, didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut; 1) siklus I, nilai rata-rata 60 dengan ketuntasan 46%, 2) siklus II, nilai rata-rata 69.11 ketuntasan 72.5%, 3) siklus III, nilai rata-rata 73.7 ketuntasan 87.5%. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan model Dugem dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar,  keaktifan, ketrampilan, kerjasama dan keberanian mengemukakaan pendapat dalam diskusi ataupun selama proses belajar mengajar. The learned outcomes indicated learned passivity and lack of student response to teacher questions, need to find the solution. One of them with the implementation of cooperative learning and model type STAD and DUGEM to improve the quality of learning sports Phisiotherapy. The study was conducted over three cycles, obtained the following results: 1) the first cycle, the average value of 60 with mastery 46%, 2) the second cycle, the average value of 72.5% 69.11 completeness, 3) the third cycle, the average value of 73.7 87.5% completeness. Implementation of cooperative learning and model type STAD and DUGEM can improve learning outcomes, activity, skill, team work and courage opinion in discussion or during the learning process.
