Abstract

The implementation of 2013 Curriculum brought some consequences, one of them is the school should have a good carrying capacity for the implementation of the curriculum. Ideally, scientific approach that used in 2013 Curriculum should be supported by adequate infrastructure. The main reason is in this curriculum students should be required to acquire knowledge through exploratory activities in the learning process and not only received from teacher. This study aimed to determine the availability of educational infrastructure and linkages with the readiness of 2013 Curriculum implementation. This study used mixed methods approach. The result of this study show that more than 95% of schools in Tabalong had not fulfilled the minimum requirements of education infrastructure as required under The 24th Regulation of National Education Ministry Year 2007 about the infrastructure of education. The lack of infrastructure has shown the lack of schools’ readiness to organize learning with scientific approach as the implementation of 2013 Curriculum.

Abstract

Food security is a very important factor in the development of humankind fromantiquity to modern times. Along with the increasing world population, the need forfood is increasing. Insufficient food can have a positive impact in various sectors,particularly the political, economic and health of a country. Increasing the number ofresidents not accompanied by the addition of agricultural land will certainly have animpact on the lack of world food supplies. Lack of food raw materials will affect theincrease in the number of hungry. Famine will have an impact on the political andeconomic stability of a country. Not to mention other hazards that could arise because ofhunger, such as rising crime and declining levels of public education. This paperdiscusses the overview of local knowledge from the Dayak Tribe in Kalimantan tofostering food security.Keywords: food security, Dayak tribe, Borneo

Abstract

Lesson study sebagai satu solusi untuk membangun komunitas belajar (Learning Community) antar guru, peserta didik, maupun akademisi. Secara khusus membantu mengkonstruksi peristiwa pada saat transkrip dialog. Model TBLA diyakini mampu membuka permasalahan yang terjadi berdasarkan masukan mendalam berdasarkan dialog yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan lesson study pada mata pelajaran sejaran di SMA. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian. Tiga tahapan pengumpulan data dilalui oleh peneliti sebagai prosedur dari human instrument penelitian. Sepuluh narasumber didapat untuk memberikan keabsahan data berdasarkan analisis model interaktif Miles Huberman dan uji keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian memaparkan peningkatan nampak dari kualitas percakapan yang terjadi antara guru dan peserta didik. Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran mengindikasikan kemampuan berpikir historis peserta didik. Kemampuan ini nampak pada saat peserta didik mampu menyampaikan materi dengan analogi serta pemaparan secara kronologis dan kontekstual. Kondisi ini menjadikan situasi belajar tidak hanya menjadi dominasi guru melainkan meningkatnya partisipasi peserta didik dalam diskusi. Perihal ini menjadi indikasi bahwa aktivitas pembelajaran membuka ruang terbuka pada komunitas belajar.

Abstract

Abstrak. Nasionalisme dapat dikategorikan menjadi civic nationalism dan ethnic nationalism. Ethnic nationalism didefinisikan dalam konteks etnis dan keturunan dari generasi sebelumnya. Hal ini juga mencakup gagasan budaya bersama antara anggota kelompok, dan biasanya juga mencakup bahasa yang sama. Sedangkan, civic nationalism adalah bentuk nasionalisme yang berasal dari legitimasi politik dari keikutsertaan aktif masyarakat, yang mana hal tersebut merupakan “the will of people”. Ethnic nationalism misalnya ditunjukkan oleh Thailand, sedangkan civic nationalism misalnya ditunjukkan oleh Philipina dan Indonesia. Dalam tinjauan ini Malaysia dapat dikatakan mengalami kedua tipe identifikasi ini, ditengah upaya mengukuhkan identitas ke-Melayu-an, Malaysia juga harus mampu mengakoomodir keinginan warga negara lain non Melayu. Meskipun demikian, bila dilihat dari sisi identitas nasional nation state, maka Indonesia dapat dikatakan satu-satunya negara di Asia Tenggara yang secara tegas menggunakan terminologi multikultural dalam penamaan negara. Ditinjau dari sejarah kawasan sangat jelas bahwa nasionalisme Indonesia tidak dibangun atas dasar budaya majemuk, akan tetapi keinginan bersama yang disebut civic nationalism murni.Kata-kata kunci: kolonialisme, nasionalisme, identitas kebangsaan, Asia TenggaraAbstract. Nationalism could be categorized by civic nationalism and ethnic nationalism. Ethnic nationalism is defined in the ethnical and descendant context. This will also cover the idea of collective culture between a member of group and commonly consists of the same language. Civiv nationalism is a form of nationalism derived from the political legitimation of social participation, as called the will of people. Ethnic nationalism, for example, is showed by Thailand and civic nationalism is represented by Philipina and Indonesia. This study places Malaysia as both nationalism. They accommodate the non-Malay citizens in the term of nation-state. Indonesia could be one of Southeast Asian countries using a multicultral perspective in naming a state. Based on the area history, Indonesian nationalisms are not shaped by multiculture, but the will to live together or the pure civic nationalism.Keywords: colonialism, nationalism, national identity Southeast Asia

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel penelitian ini menemukan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pemahaman sejarah daerah dan persepsi terhadap keberagaman budaya dengan sikap nasionalisme mahasiswa. Hal tersebut membawa implikasi bahwa pembinaan sikap nasionalisme dikalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah seyogyanya dilakukan dengan memperkuat pemahaman sejarah daerah terutama sejarah perjuangan di daerah dan menanamkan persepsi positif terhadap keberagaman budaya bangsa.Abstract: this research article found the positive relation which was significant between local historical understanding and the perception for the cultural diversity and the student character of nationalism. This affects that the guidance of nationalism character at student of history education study proggramme is implemented by enforcing the understanding of local history especially the struggling history in local areal and the planting of positive perception for the cultural diversity of nation.

Abstract

Strengthening historical thinking skills is needed in History subjects. This skill is eductive so that students can describe the chronology of events based on historical facts. Observations on subjects are needed to improve historical thinking skills, namely by implementing lesson study (ls) activities. This article aims to describe the strengthening of historical thinking in history learning through the LS activity of the Transcript Based Lesson Analysis (TBLA) model. The approach through the descriptive method is used in research. Three stages of data collection, namely; observation, interview, and documentation. Miles and Huberman's model is used for analyzing the saturation of the data obtained. Results describe students can demonstrate historical thinking skills by providing arguments during group discussions. The arguments are given to put forward the causal relationship (causality) in the sub-discussion ABRI's dual function. Transcript analysis of overall learning activities illustrates that there is a balance of conversation between teachers and students. This is because the learning conditions are conducive and teachers have no difficulty in increasing the participation of studentsKeywords; historical thinking, TBLA, and History learning

Abstract

Tradisi Manopeng di Jalan Banyiur, Kelurahan Basirih, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Barat, Kota Banjarmasin. Merupakan satu-satunya tradisi topeng yang masih dilaksanakan sampai sekarang di Kota Banjarmasin. Tradisi ini dilaksanakan setiap satu tahun sekali. Tetapi, yang menjadi pertanyaan apakah keluarga zuriat Datu Mahbud dan masyarakat mengetahui nilai religi dan sosial yang ada dalam Tradisi Manopeng atau hanya sekedar melaksanakan saja. Nilai religi dan sosial dalam Tradisi Manopeng di Jalan Banyiur menarik untuk diteliti secara lebih mendalam untuk mengetahui nilai religi dan sosialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai sosial religi yang terkandung dalam pelaksanaan tradisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode sejarah yang terdiri dari Heuristik, Kritik, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Tahap pertama yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Heuristik, tahap pengumpulan data. Baik itu data primer maupun data sekunder. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan tahap berikutnya yaitu Kritik, baik itu kritik eksternal dan kritik internal. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu Interpretasi dan tahap yang terakhir yaitu Historiografi atau penulisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tradisi Manopeng di Jalan Banyiur telah dilaksanakan kurang lebih selama 150 tahun. Proses pelaksanaannya dilaksankan pada bulan Muharam dan hanya pada malam Senin serta dilaksankan pada malam hari hingga subuh. Tradisi Manopeng yang dilaksanakan di Jalan Banyiur terdapat nilai sosial religi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tradisi Manopeng yang dilaksanakan di Jalan Banyiur Kota Banjarmasin tahun 2010-2020 terdapat nilai sosial religi

Abstract

Scientific works are essays containing scientific ideas that are presented scientifically and use scientific forms and language. Scientific writing brings up scientific problems that are focused on one particular discipline. This article aims to describe the implementation of scientific paper writing training for students in MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin. So that led to the scientific attitude of the writing team. The lecture and assignment methods were carried out during the training from 24 February to 09 March 2020. The results of the service were presented that writing scientific papers, writers must understand the stages of work; first, make ideas in thought. This idea emerged from the reference book, as well as the results of discussions with colleagues. Second, the writer must express his ideas in narrative form (writing). The work process between stages one and two varies greatly for each author. This matter is influenced by experience and habits. However, the second process has an integrated and systemic stage, so that it can provide clarity on the subject of scientific writing for the writer. The next activity is expected to focus on what social themes are relevant to be written in the form of scientific papers.
