Abstract

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors encourage the people of Atar Village, Padang Ganting Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District to migrate to Pekanbaru City, and to know how migrants (Atar people migrating) in choosing a job in rantau. The technique of determining samples by snowball sampling (snowball) because the snowball sample selection is done gradually. First. Researchers identify people who are thought to be able to provide information. Then this person is used as an informant to identify others as samples that can provide information, so this process lasted until the desired number of members of the sample. In this study the subject to be used as a source of information available in the research will be conducted as many as 11 people. The author uses qualitative methods with observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and literature studies to collect data and information. The results of this study found that there are two factors that influence the people of Atar village migrate to Pekanbaru City which are two factors that is the driving factor and pull factor. From some informants interviewed in general they migrated to Pekanbaru City driven by family economic factors, and to improve their family's economy. For migrants (Minang Atar People) in choosing a job in the rantau they are assisted by some who are by relatives, relatives or relatives. Because the people of Atar village have a very high solidarity. Those in the overseas generally cultivate and set their choices on the same business ie photocopy services business. Some of them started out as employees, and they were taught, until they were able to open their personal photocopies. In running this business must also have a social network, so the business can run well, and continue to grow. Because without good networking, social relations, and cooperation will not be able to run and maintain this photocopy effort.Keywords: Mobility, Social Network, Occupation of Perantau in Pekanbaru City

Abstract

Wortel, tomat, kubis, dan labu dapat digunakan untuk pembuatan media alternatif pertumbuhan bakteri karena mengandung air, karbohidrat, dan vitamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah koloni Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli yang tumbuh serta menentukan variasi formula terbaik yang dapat digunakan untuk pertumbuhan bakteri tersebut. Penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan dua taraf perlakuan yaitu dengan memberikan variasi formula tepung sayuran yang berbeda dan lama waktu inkubasi 18 jam, 24 jam, dan 48 jam. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Static Group Comparisson. Hasil pengamatan dibandingkan dengan kontrol yaitu Nutrient Agar tanpa penambahan variasi formula tepung wortel, tomat, kubis, dan labu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji Anova, hasilnya terdapat perbedaan jumlah koloni antar variasi formula (p < 0,005). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi formula B merupakan komposisi baik yang dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif dan jumlah koloni Staphylococcus aureus yang tumbuh adalah pada formula A 2 x 105, formula B 36 x 105, formula C 1 x 105, formula D 1 x 105, formula E 2 x 105. Sedangkan jumlah koloni Escherichia coli yang tumbuh adalah formula A 28 x 105, formula B 53 x 105, formula C 18 x 105, formula D 12 x 105, formula E 14 x 105.

Abstract

Abstract : The background of this research is the restrict of mathematic learning device as supporting learning referring to 2013 Curriculum. This research aims to developed the lesson plan and students worksheet of mathematics which refers to of Contextual Teaching and Learning on the subject sequence and series for 11th grade students of Senior High School with valid and practical criteria. This study method used in 4D model by Thiagarajan, that consist of define, design, development, and disseminate, because of time and cost, the study was only to development step. The lesson plan and students worksheet of mathematics that had been developed than validated by three validatores and revised based on the input from validators. The valid students worksheet then tested in two stages, the small group trial (7 students of class XI IPA1 SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru) and large group trial (39 students of class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru). Based to the data analysis and discussion can be concluded that the lesson plan and students worksheet of mathematics which refers to application of Contextual Teaching and Learning on the subjects sequence and series are valid with and average value for the lesson plan is 3.61 and the average value for students worksheet is 3.54. The student worksheet has also reached the practical qualification in mean percentage of student responses 88,84% in large group trial with very practical. Based on the results of this research can be concluded that the product in the form of Lesson Plan and Student Worksheet mathematics which refers to Contextual Teaching and Learning on the subject Sequence and Series for 11th grade students of Senior High School is considered very valid and practical.Key Words: Validity and Practicality, Research and Development, Contextual Teaching and Learning, Sequence and Series

Dengan jaringan membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan pada web yang dapat dilakukan secara online melalui Web. HTML merupakan versi yang dapat diterima secara luas, termasuk dengan apa yang disebut Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) dengan bagian tertentu dari kode HTML yang di sebut tag. HTML terdiri dari teks, yang merupakan isi dari halaman web, dan tag yang menentukan penampilan dan tata letak halaman tersebut. Melalui pelatihan ini pada Sekolah SMK Swasta Harapan Al-Washliyah, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman siswa/i dalam membuat web untuk pelatiahn dasar pembuatan frame dan marque pada pemrograman web dengan sangat baik

Abstract

The use of various devices that can work automatically so that they can help alleviate human activities which will certainly use a lot of power if their use is not controlled properly and optimally according to needs such as those used in the study room, namely lighting and air conditioning (fans, air conditioners). lights, etc.). So with the existence of a system of controlling electricity usage in the study room that can work independently, it is hoped that it can save more power usage. Automation of power consumption in microcontroller-based learning rooms is a tool used to detect and display human capacity and temperature in the study room and to regulate the active or inactivity of air conditioners equipped with smoke sensors and sound sensors. The air conditioner will turn on when there are people in the room and the room temperature exceeds the set point (set value) temperature that has been set as desired.  This tool consists of a microcontroller as the main controller, a photodiode to detect people entering and leaving the room, LM35 as a temperature detector in the room, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) as a display of the number of people and the temperature in the room

Abstract

Xyz Village officials carry out a program from the government to distribute Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) to underprivileged people in Medan Tembung District. The BLT program is a government assistance program in the form of giving cash to the poor. Implementation of the program aims to improve the welfare of the poor. Currently, it is considered that the BLT distribution is still not on target and does not meet the criteria which are the benchmarks for the people who will receive the assistance. The Naïve Bayes method was used in this case study to classify beneficiary communities in order to more easily select people who really deserved to receive BLT. This study uses 20 data and 5 criteria including: name, age, gender, status, income, and beneficiary status. After conducting research with a total of 20 data and using the Naïve Bayes method, the results obtained were that 45% of the residents of Xyz Village were eligible to receive BLT and 55% of the residents were not eligible to receive BLT. Abstract

Schools will receive assistance from recipients of boss funds at school X implementing a program from the government to provide BOS assistance to underprivileged school children in School X. The Bos Assistance Program is a government assistance program in the form of providing cash to underprivileged school children or families capable. Implementation of the program aims to improve the welfare of the less fortunate. Currently, the distribution of Bos Fund Assistance is considered to be still not on target and does not meet the criteria that are used as benchmarks for the people who will receive the assistance. The Naïve Bayes method is used in this case study to classify which children can and cannot afford school fees so that it can more easily select school children or families who are truly eligible to receive the Bos Fund Assistance. This study uses 20 data and 5 criteria including: name, age, gender, status, income, and beneficiary status. After conducting research with a total of 20 data and using the Naïve Bayes method, the results obtained were as many as 45% of underprivileged children and families who were eligible to receive Boss Fund Assistance and as many as 55% of children and families who were not eligible to receive Assistance Boss Fund..

Abstract

Data mining is a technique to extract new information from the data warehouse, information is considered very important and valuable because by mastering the information so easily to achieve a goal, this makes everyone competing to obtain information, as well as on trading businesses such as bag store BRANDED. store is located close to the home of the population, this certainly affects the level of sales, with the daily sales activities, sales transaction data will continue to grow, causing data storage is greater. Sales transaction data is only used as an archive without being put to good use. Basically the data set has very useful information. The analysis of market basket with Apriori Algorithm is one method of data mining which aims to find the pattern of association based on consumer spending pattern, so that it can be known what items are purchased simultaneously. The result of this research found that the highest support and confidence value is Ysl and Chanel with a support value of 50% and confidence of 75%.

Aneka Kaca, employees are one of the important assets in helping to improve and stabilize the company. Employees are people who work in a company or agency to carry out an operational task and expect remuneration in the form of a commission or salary. Usually employees will also get bonuses from the company. Bonuses that will be received by employees are one of the ways companies use to increase the motivation of their employees' performance. But giving bonuses to CV. Aneka Kaca still uses the conventional method, so it can take a long time if only managers do the math. The determination of bonuses can sometimes be missed due to one or two problems that can have an impact on awarding bonuses. The Naive Bayes algorithm is a simple probabilistic classifier that computes a probabilistic set by summing the frequencies and value combinations from a given dataset.

Abstract

The application of student data management training aims to provide participants with understanding and skills in using Microsoft Excel for student data management. Management of student data is often needed in data management, such as making student report cards every semester at school. The Microsoft Excel application allows for personal and efficient management, by combining data from separate sources into one excel. During the training, participants will be taught the introductory concept of Microsoft Excel, the steps for preparing data, creating value columns in Excel, and merging data into templates. This training will also discuss the benefits of using Microsoft Excel, including time efficiency and accuracy in managing student data to be processed. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants expected to be able to master the steps in the process of managing student data which will be explained using Microsoft Excel. It is hoped that the results of this training will give participants the ability to create personal and efficient student value data, including education and other organizations. Thus, this training contributes to increasing the effectiveness of communication in various activities that involve the process of managing student value data.
