Dewasa ini, banyak bermunculan lembaga pendidikan non-formal yang bergerak dalam bidang bahasa Asing yang pasti telah mempertimbangkan adanya keuntungan, peluang dan tantangan dalam perencanaannya. Kemunculan lembaga-lembaga ini dengan harapan mampu memberikan manfaat bagi orang yang ingin menjelajahi bahasa asing, meskipun tidak sedikit bahasa asing telah diajarkan di sekolah. Dari sekian banyak lembaga, tentunya memiliki perencanaan program bahasanya sendiri, termasuk Mayantara School Malang. Hal tersebut yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini khususnya hal yang berkaitan dengan program bahasa Arab. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang berbentuk studi kasus dengan metode pengumpulan data triangulasi melalui pengamatan dan wawancara kepada manajer Mayantara School Malang yang berinisial RP. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan bahan referensi bagi pemilik lembaga dan pendidik untuk merencanakan perencanaan program yang baik, karena dapat berdampak pada kualitas institusi dan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mayantara School Malang adalah lembaga yang baik dalam perencanaan program bahasa asing dan mampu membaca peluang yang dibutuhkan untuk keperluan masa depan. Karena ia telah memenuhi tahapan-tahapan perencanaan dengan baik yang terdiri dari analisis SWOT, menentukan visi dan misi serta mencanangkan program yang mendukung tercapainya visi. Â Dan salah satu program tersebut adalah program bahasa Arab.

This research aims to determine the efforts made in improving the competence of Arabic teacher through multiple intelligence-based classroom management at SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang. It used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The data collection included observation, interviews, and documentation, while analysis techniques relied on Miles and Hubermenâ€™ steps as follow; data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the efforts to increase the competency of Arabic teachers through multiple intelligence-based classroom management at SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang, including the improvement of pedagogic and professional competences. The effort to increase pedagogic competence was giving the training to educators related to the design of a lesson plan, while the effort to increase professional competence is training in applying multiple intelligence during the learning process, such as Multiple Intelligence System (MIS) and Multiple Intelligence Research (MIR) training.

Today Language seems to be the prima donna in the eyes of the public, many millennials are interested in learning Foreign Languages. The purpose of them wanting to master the language would be to continue their studies in the country they are aiming for to realize their ideals. Mayantara School is a Foreign Language learning institution that is now a public spotlight in the city of Malang. This institution offers many language programs with a well-organized system and management. This study discusses: 1) Organizing management at Mayantara School course institutions, 2) Division of Tasks in Management Organizing Language Course Institutions at Mayantara School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is done by interview techniques and observation and documentation. Data collection is done by reducing data, presenting conclusions / verification data. Research shows that: 1) Mayantara School has a good organizational management system because it has a clear organizational structure. 2) Managers provide division of tasks orally and in writing to each member and create a chart of organizational structure for members so as to make the position between subordinates and superiors visible. Section leaders who have been given certain rights can know the number of clear members to help carry out their duties, so that the organizing system is neatly organized. The study aims to describe the impact of learning Arabic online and the viewpoint of brain-based learning on these implications. The research used a mixed-method that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches to get a real picture of the implementation of online learning from a neurolinguistic perspective, the data is obtained through the results of questionnaires and studied in a neurolinguistic perspective based on the literature on the theme. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PKPBA students who carried out Arabic learning through online and literature review on neurolinguistic studies. The results of this study are that the Arabic learning process carried out online has good benefits with varied but not optimal patterns of interaction through blended learning. In contrast, according to neurolinguistics, it is stated that at least any model can maintain how the potential of the brain through language habituation must be consistent with the balance of the left and right brain.

This study aimed at describing and analyzing the forms and the factors of writing errors at Darul Luhah wa al-Dirasat al-Islamiyah Islamic boarding school Pamekasan Madura. This research is a descriptive qualitative type. To achieve these objectives, researcher used the Glesser and Strauss model to analyze data called the fixed comparison model consisting of four steps: data reduction, data categorization, coding, and preparing working hypotheses. The results of this study showed that students errors in writing at Islamic boarding school Pamekasan Madura are mistakes in adding letters, subtracting letters, writing letters that sound alike, replacing letters or words, splitting letters or words, writing hamzah in the middle of sentences, connecting letters or words, writing hamzah qatha, writing hamzah above the line, and writing hamzah individually. The factors that influence students writing errors at Darul Lughah wa al-Dirasat al-Islamiyah are individual differences, students weakness in Arabic rules, students weakness on vocabulary mastery, students weakness on listening, the use of learning method, the absence of specific book for imla 'study, and limited time.

Teaching of Arabic grammar in university needs to innovation in building teaching and learning methods that meet students' brain needs. However, the problem of teaching basic grammar lies in their lack of understanding in building what they have learned. To solve this problem, the author introduces grammar instruction on the basis of the hypnosis entrance that invites them to learn to introduce encouraging words in the subconscious mind so as to add enthusiasm to the desired achievement as desired. In education, it is an important element to invite students to focus on the use of the learned material. The result indicates that the entrance to hypnosis is effective to solve problems of grammatical rules in university education.

التلخيصتحتوي المدرسة بشكل عام على موضوعات عربية. ولكن هناك بعض المدارس التي تعطي الأولوية للغة كعلامة تجارية. من المتوقع أن تكون البرامج العربية المختلفة قادرة على تحسين مهارات الطلاب اللغوية. ومع ذلك ، فإن العديد من البرامج العربية لا تعمل بشكل جيد بسبب عدم القدرة على نقل البرنامج. التنفيذ لها وظيفة مهمة في تنفيذ البرنامج الذي تم إعداده. تشمل هذه التنفيذ على الأقل القيادة والتواصل والإشراف والتشجيع. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو إيجاد نموذج فعال لتنفيذ البرامج العربية في مدرسة عالية. الطريقة المستخدمة هي وصفية النوعية. أظهرت النتائج أن القيادة والتواصل والإشراف والتشجيع تحدد ما إذا كان البرنامج المخطط سيتم تنفيذه أم لا.

We steered this research to explore the recruitment and selection management of members based on interests applied by the selection team in the Arabic language student association. This research was a case study with a qualitative approach. The data were collected by interview, documentation, and observation. The results revealed that students who took part in the selection were classified based on their interests or skills through interviews and tests conducted by the selection team. However, the selection team experienced 2 obstacles: 1) time constraints during the selection process, 2) obstacles after the recruitment process. The first obstacle was when some students did not know what interests they have and the second one was when the members lost their motivation and commitment to learn. These obstacles affect other members and the learning process in the Arabic language student association. Therefore, the right recruitment process will attract more members that meet the qualifications and influence the student association. Then, in turn, it will make students more creative, explore themselves, become generation of achievers.
