Abstract

Generally, real time, B-mode ultrasound scanner has become an essential part for veterinary reproduction applications. Diagnostic ultrasound seems to be a useful tool to study anatomical structures and to confirm echogenic pattern in reproductive organ (Holman et al, 2011). Many experiments showed that ultrasonography imaging has considerable beneficial for the evaluation of the internal structure of reproductive organ function in domestic animals (Beal et al, 1992) as it can be used as a non-invasive technique to evaluate animal reproductive health (Holman et al 2011). Pregnancy detection with ultrasonography provides more advantage compare to manual palpation because of its ability to detect early presence of embryo and its accuracy (Beal et al, 1992; Nation et al 2003). To the best of our knowledge, most of cattle farmers and veterinarians in Maumere have relied on one single method for detecting pregnancy in cows, that is, rectal palpation. However, this method has its limitation as it should be performed by a skillful technician to diagnose pregnancy as early as 40 days of gestation and it does not provide any information about the viability of the embryo or fetus. Therefore, this study aims to investigate pregnancy status of Bali cattle herded semi-intensively in Maumere, NTT by using ultrasonography.The objective of the research was to study the practical uses of ultrasound for pregnancy detection in Bali cattle on B-mode ultrasound imaging.

Abstract

The research problem is a high consumptive behaviour students. Purpose of this experiment is to reduce consumption behaviour through peer counseling treatment to students. This experimental used method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, with nine research subjects to measure the level of consumptive behaviour carried out using a blister consumptive behaviour previously tested for validity (V ≥ 0.87)  and reliability (r 0.08) data analysis using Wilcoxon Test, result are obtained by ZscoreZtable or 2.670 1.645 (p 0.05) means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It could be concluded that the consumptive decline student style after being treated with peer counseling treatment of SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung in the Academic Year 2018/2019.Masalah dalam penelitian ini perilaku konsumtif siswa tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengurangi perilaku konsumtif melalui layanan konseling sebaya pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak sembilan siswa. Untuk mengukur tingkat perilaku konsumtif dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala perilaku konsumtif yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji validitas (V ≥ 0,87) dan reliabillitas (r 0,80). Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon, hasil penelitian diperoleh Zhitung Ztabel atau 2,670 1,645 (p 0,05), artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat penurunan perilaku konsumtif siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan layanan konseling sebaya pada siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.Kata kunci: perilaku, konseling sebaya, konsumtif

Abstract

Way Besai river is located in Sumberjaya subdistrict, West Lampung district, Lampung. It is one of the sub river from Tulang Bawang river. Way Besai river has been used as a the electric power source, known as Besai hydropower. Besai Hydropower has decreased energy supply of 40 MW from the supply optimum can reachs 90 MW. his is due to the catcment area conditions of the Way Besai rivers are "metastable" so which effected in the shallowing of the cross-section quickly. So it needs the capacity increased of the cross-section of the river until the early condition where is the supply can reachs 90 MW.For the first step in improving the capacity of the Way Besai river needed hydraulics river simulation process that facilitated by using Hydrologic Engineering Center-River Analysis System (HEC-RAS) Program. HEC-RAS program can help to modeling the flow of cross-section of the river on the existing condition and normalization using the steady flow options and data input including maximum discharge data. The output of modeling using HEC-RAS program can be seen in the form of pictures and a table that presents the characteristics of a cross-section of the river.From the result of the analysis founded that to reach the normalization condition, needs the dredging until the elevation +713,00 level, with 2.435.590,09 m3 of volume capacity of dredging. When the water level of the river reachs Full Supply Level (FSL) elevation that is on elevation +722,00 level founded that the maximum discharge in the downstream in the amount of 57,19 m3/s, with water volume capacity in the 1.471.185,77 m3. For the Reservoir Surface Area in Way Besai river has increased with 28,6% from the exsisting condition that recorded from Sta 0+000 level until sta 3+391,45 level Keywords: Debit ,HEC-RAS, Manning calibration , Normalization, River.

Abstract

Komunikasi pemasaran tidak hanya dibutuhkan oleh produk-produk yang manfaatnya dapat langsung dirasakan saat itu juga. Lebih dari itu, pemasaran juga dibutuhkan oleh intangible product yang manfaatnya tidak dapat dirasakan secara langsung namun dapat dirasakan di kemudian hari. Komunikasi pemasaran program televisi terdiri dari berbagai rangkaian kegiatan seperti advertising, online marketing, event, merchandising dan funding. Hal ini dibutuhkan oleh program televisi Di Balik Nama yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan awareness atau pengetahuan penoton baru mengingat tayangan ini adalah tayangan yang baru diproduksi. Selain itu, untuk menunjang kinerja pemasaran dan produksi, kegiatan pemasaran ini juga bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dana atau funding yang digunakan selama masa pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Komunikasi pemasaran program televisi Di Balik Nama yang dilakukan selama 3 bulan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan target audiens sebesar 54% dari target awal sebesar 20%. Kegiatan ini juga mendapatkan pendanaan sebesar 93% dari target awal sebesar 80%. Dari seluruh rangkaian kegiatan ditemukan bahwa online marketing dirasa sangat relevan untuk digunakan saat ini dalam komunikasi pemasaran yang terintegrasi dengan media promosi lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study are as follows: 1) To determine which method chain messages can improve listening skills of children aged 5-6 years in Talitakum Fun Kids Playgroup Siak Hulu District of Kampar regency. 2) To find out how the teachers in improving listening skills of children aged 5-6 years through the method of chain messages in Talitakum Fun Kids Playgroup Siak Hulu District of Kampar regency. 3) To know how much the increase listening skills of children aged 5-6 years through the method of chain messages in Talitakum Fun Kids Playgroup Siak Hulu District of Kampar regency. The subjects were children Talitakum Fun Kids Playgroup Siak Hulu District of Kampar regency with the number of children as many as 18 children consisting of 8 men and 10 daughters. Collecting data using observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis techniques. The results show a big increase listening skills in children aged 5-6 years with the adoption of chain messages play in Fun Kids Play Group Talitakum Siak Hulu District of Kampar regency of action prior to the first cycle to an increase of 44.4%. While improving listening skills from the first cycle to the second cycle of 23:04%, and the overall improvement of listening skills by 77.77%Keywords: Listening skills, play of messages chain

Abstract

Abstrat : The purpose of this study are as follows: 1) To determine the reading In Children Aged 5-6 Years in early childhood Suwarni Bunda District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru. 2) To find out how to improve the behavior of Interests Reading Children Aged 5-6 Years to implement the method of storytelling with the Big Book in early childhood Suwarni Bunda District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru. 3) Improved reading In Children Aged 5-6 Years through storytelling with Big Book in early childhood Suwarni Bunda District of Marpoyan Peace Pekanbaru. This research subject Ra child Mother Suwarni Pekanbaru with the number of children as many as 11 children consisting of six men and five daughters. Data was collected using observation sheet interest in reading, observation sheet activities of teachers and students. Collecting data using observation and documentation. The survey results revealed that the magnitude of the increase in interest in reading in children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Mother Suwarni Pekanbaru as of prior to the first cycle of action to an increase of 32.8%. While the increased interest in reading in children from the first cycle to the second cycle by 51%, and overall improvement of interpersonal intelligence of initial data to the second cycle of 99%.Keywords: Reading Interest, storytelling, big book

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study are as follows: 1) To determine Is the role play method can improve the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years old in early childhood Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. 2) To find out How can I improve the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru 3) To know the improvements are the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years after the method of playing a role in early childhood Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The subjects were PAUD Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru, amounting to as many children as 15 children, consisting of five men and 10 women. Collecting data using observation, documentation and interview. Based on the survey results revealed that an increase in Social Behavior obtained prior to action for the first cycle increased by 30.7%. While the increase in the Social Behavior of the first cycle to cycle II of 80.8%, and the overall increase in the Social Behavior of the preliminary data for the second cycle of 97.0%. Conclusion The hypothesis testing is proposed in this research that says "There is an increased Social Behaviour Children Aged 5-6 Years Through Role Playing Method in ECD Pelangi Kasih District of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru," unacceptable".Keywords : Social behavior, role playing method

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah Mengoptimalkan BUMDES dengan pelatihan dan Pendidikan BUMDES sebagai kekuatan ekonomi baru, Mengoptimatkan asset desa sebagai icon desa dengan pelatihan dan Pendidikan memilih usaha yang sudah ada dan di dukung dengan BUMDES, Memasarkan usaha BUMDES melalui media digital, Memberikan aplikasi pembukuan dengan pelatihan dan Pendidikan pembukuan, pemerintahan desa Jimbung merupakan desa politan sudah bekerja sama dengan kampus UNWIDHA dituangkan dalam kesepakatan Bersama juga dua desa politan yang lain yaitu Jombor dan Krakitan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan disesuaikan potensi lokal yang ada didesa, yaitu pelatihan dan Pendidikan tentang BUMDESA, pelatihan dan Pendidikan pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien di era covid 19 melalui social media, pelatihan dan Pendidikan tentang pembukuan juga pelatihan dan Pendidikan SDM yang dapat berkembang dan mampu bersaing dengan SDM yan lain. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yaitu semester genap 2020/2021 tepatnya yaitu bulan Juni-Agustus 2021 setiap 2 minggu sekali. Tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian di rumah ketua kelompok Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Jenang dan Trasikan Ayu, Jimbung, Jimbung, Kalikotes, Klaten. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu Ada peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kelompok UKM Desa Jimbung tentang apa itu BUMDESA, dan pemasaran melalui social media untuk memberikan peluang di era covid 19 ini, juga fungsi pembukuan bagi usaha. Abstract

This review intends to look at and decide the impact of financial distress, profitability, company growth and audit opinion. This exploration was directed on real estate and property listed on the Indonesia Stock Trade-in 2014-2018. The example in this review utilized the purposive testing technique. This kind of exploration is quantitative with quantitative expressive techniques, gotten 29 organizations that are utilized as examination tests with perceptions for 5 (five) a long time, so the complete perceptions are 145 fiscal summaries that have been reviewed and audited. The insightful strategy utilized is illustrative measurements, information quality test, and speculation testing with an importance level of 5%. In the aftereffects of this review, monetary trouble and friends development showed no impact on evaluator turnover, while profitability, audit opinion assessment showed an impact on auditor turnover. Keywords: financial distress, profitability, company growth, audit opinion, auditor turnover
