Abstract

The researchers raised concerns about the study: What are the factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program evaluation by teachers and guidance counseling in SMA Negeri Padang City. The research objective was to describe: (1) Internal factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program evaluation by teachers guidance and counseling. (2) External factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program evaluation by teachers guidance and counseling. This research is a descriptive. The population the guidance and counseling teachers amounting 89 people. A technique used in the sampling is random sampling cluster. So the total sample of 30 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. While the percentage of data analysis techniques used. The results of this study revealed that: (1) A total of 31.1% of teacher’s guidance and counseling  experiencing barriers to internal factor guidance and counseling program evaluation. (2) A total of 28.4% of teacher’s guidance and counseling experiencing barriers to external factors guidance and counseling program evaluation.

Abstract

Proses hidrorengkah fraksi berat hasil pirolisis plastik polipropilena (td 150-2500C) menjadi fraksi bensin menggunakan berbagai katalis dengan perbedaan keasaman dan karakter pori. Katalis – katalis yang digunakan yaitu zeolit alam (Z), Ni/Z, Pd/Z, NiPd/Z, dan NiPd/Z-Nb2O5. Reaksi dilakukan pada temperatur 4500C dengan perbandingan berat katalis : umpan sama dengan 1:2 menggunakan sistem air. Pada katalis dengan ukuran pori relatif besar, peningkatan keasaman total meningkatkan aktivitas katalis untuk reaktan senyawa hidrokarbon C>12. Pada katalis dengan ukuran pori yang relatif kecil peningkatan keasaman total bukan merupakan faktor penentu aktivitas katalis untuk senyawa hidrokarbon C>12 karena faktor sterik dari ukuran pori.

Abstract

This research deals with preparing and characterizing the metal based-catalyst of Mo supported on Ultra Stable Y-zeolite (USY) and, is aimed to ascertain the best produced catalyst for hydrotreatment reaction in standpoint of its capabilities on removing the unwanted-heteroatom compounds.Procedure of catalyst treatment was preparation, activation and characterization. Monometal catalyst Mo/USY was prepared under variation concentrations of salt metal precursor (concentrations), i.e 2, 6, 10 and 14% wt. The activation steps were carried out by calcination, oxidation, and reduction. Characterization of catalysts were determined by data of XRD, AAS, acidity, surface area and its porosity. The result shows that these catalysts have several good characters that supporting their usefulness in hydrotreatment-catalytic reaction. In addition, catalyst Mo10/USY performs many ideal criteria as the best functional catalyst.

Abstract

This research analyse influence of money supply, inflation, SBI rate of interest, and import to Indonesia Rupiah exchange rate to US Dollar. In analysis, used multiple regression analysis instrument with model Error Correction Model (ECM). With this method obtained equation of regression in long-run and short-run equilibrium. In the long run equilibrium model, covered series of adjustment process that bringing every shock to equilibrium. In other word, in the long run very possibly performed full adjustment to every changes in arising out. Estimation result from regression ECM and long-run analysis indicate that inflation variable, SBI rate of interest, and import have significant influence with positive direction to exchange rate. While variable JUB have influence with negative direction to exchange rate.

Abstract

Reaction kinetic of acetylation-cyclization (R)- (+)-citronellal with acetic acid anhydride which catalyzed Zn2+-zeolite (Zn2+-Za) was analyzed by Langmuir- Hinshelwood Models. (R)-(+)-citronellal isolated from lemongrass oil with fractionation distillation reduced pressure and analyzed anantiomer ratio with GC chiral column β- DEX 225. Catalyst preparation of Zn2+-Za conducted by acid activation on natural zeolite Malang 100 mesh using 1% HF and 6 M HCl, then soaked on 0,1 M NH4Cl. Calcination was done at 450oC during 1 hour with N2 flow to achieved H-natural zeolite (HZa). Cation exchange H-Za with 0,1 M ZnCl2 conducted to obtain Zn2+-natural zeolit (Zn2+-Za). Reactions of Cyclization-acetylation (R )-(+)- citronellal using a catalyst of Zn2+-Za was done by varying molar ratio of (R )-(+)- citronellal with acetic acid anhydride, namely 0.25, 0.5, 1.0; 1 , 25; 1.5. During the reaction, into system, samples were taken each 1 mL of reaction with duration 10, 20, 30, 60, 120, 180 minutes. Reaction product was extracted with n-hexana. Structure elucidation was done by GC-MS, FTIR spectrophotometer, and 1H-NMR spectrometer. The result showed a greater molar ratio (R)-(+)-citronellal against quantity of acetic acid anhydride acetic, pulegil total was decline. Acetylation-cyclization catalyzed with Zn2+-Za on duration of 30 minutes and 80°C has k of 30.964 to 47.619 mmol (minute.gram catalyst)-1 and KSIT/KAA of 7.09.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify regional competitiveness in some areas of Central Java. Regional competitiveness became one of the issues in regional development policy since the enactment of local autonomy.Measurement of regional competitiveness has been mostly done through ranking as a benchmark the competitiveness of the region. Mapping regional competitiveness in Indonesia has been made to all counties and cities, which shows the competitiveness ranking of each region. Competitiveness ranking is based on the characteristics of the area assessed the competitiveness of the input and output competitiveness. Even though the mapping of regional competitiveness in Central Java in particular has never been done, but the result of the national and regional competitiveness can be used as a reference to determine the ranking of each district / town in Central Java. Distribution competitiveness ranking the 15 districts / cities in Central Java can be grouped based on input competitiveness and the competitiveness of output.

Abstract

Tujuan dari IbM ini adalah meningkatkan value added atau nilai tambah dari singkong atau ketela pohon dengan memberikan pelatihan, penyuluhan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan hasil budidaya tanaman singkong sebagai bahan baku pembuatan tepung mocaf serta pengembangan dan pengolahan tepung mocaf menjadi aneka makanan olahan. Metode yang dilakukan melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan dan praktek pembuatan makanan, praktek pengemasan, dan pemasaran melalui pembuatan website, serta pendampingan kegiatan. Hasil dari IbM adalah meningkatnya kualitas hasil panen singkong dan produk makanan olahan berbahan baku tepung mocaf serta pemasaran hasil produksi melalui web di internet.

Abstract

Financial distress is the financial difficulties experienced by a company before the company become bankruptcy. The prediction of financial distress is necessary to anticipate a company into bankruptcy. While the company showed the signal will be bankruptcy, show the parties concerned such as managers, investors, and business owners will soon take a decision anticipated for bankcruptcy. Financial ratios in this study using indicators such as leverage ratio, liquidity ratios, activity ratios, profitability ratios, independent board and audit committee competence on a predicted occurrence of Financial distress.The population in this study was all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange and continuosly published financial statement in the periode 2011-2014. The sample is determined by purposive sampling technique and used of 79 companies as samples. This analysis used logistic regression analysis. The result of this research showed that the leverage ratio and the ratio of activity affect the prediction of the occurrence of financial distress, while liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, independent board, and the competence of the audit committee do not affect the prediction of financial distress.

Abstract

Software Development for 2D Measurement Based on an Image. Theprincipal ofdigitalimage measurement program is transferring a taken image object to computer to be process to digitaldata andfrom digital data to numeric value. Digital camera and USB can be used as transferring dataequipment, and to retain the objectflatness, a measurement table is used as the based. The imageobjectthat shownin the computer monitor will be use as a guidefor the dimensional measurement by choosingthesurface target area. The dimension attain is theresult ofthe Cartesian coordinate system reading ofthe measured imageobject. The superiority ofthissoftware is the object can beplaced anywhere aroundthe measurement table. The software is made with Visual Basic language and can be usedfor objecttharare: easy to deflect, electrostatic free, small and thin.

Abstract

Tapering Effect of parameter EDM in hole making process. EDM is one of nontraditional machining. There are some advantages of this process for instance suitable for machininghigh strength temperature resistance material, accurate and beableto make complex geometricfeature.How ever, there aresomeweaknesses: lowrateof material removal, tapering, highcostandenvironmentproblem. This paper willexamine the influence ofcutting parameter toward tapering using EDMinholemaking process. The parameters are electric current (from 15A, 20 A, 30 A, 45 A and60 Ampere) andthe dutyfactor (from 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and90%). Experiment has been donewith SKD 11 aswork piece material, Cufor electrode and kerosenefor dielectricfluid. Taper can bemeasured by usingTriobor which has I micrometer resolution. Conclusion of the experimental showed that variation ofelectric current gives different taper values.
