Abstract

Dalam dunia penerbangan pemenuhan (compliance) terhadap safety standard (standard keselamatan) yang tinggi merupakan suatu keharusan yang mutlak. Penerapan keselamatan penerbangan (aviation safety) perlu dilaksanakan pada semua sektor, baik pada bidang transportasi / operasi angkutan udara, kebandaraudaraan, navigasi, perawatan dan perbaikan serta pelatihan yang mengacu pada aturan International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Pada dasarnya dengan mematuhi prosedur keselamatan yang berlaku maka dapat meningkatkan keselamatan dalam penerbangan sehingga dapat tercipta penerbangan yang aman, nyaman dan selamat. Sejak lahir kegiatan penerbangan dan angkutan udara mempunyai sifat internasional yang menonjol, baik dari aspek ekonomis komersial maupun aspek pengaturannya. Angkutan udara dewasa ini sudah merupakan suatu industri global yang melibatkan hampir semua Negara didunia dan hukum udara yang mengatur industri tersebut membuktikan bahwa keseragaman pengaturan dapat dicapai secara internasional.Salah satu jenis transportasi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia dalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya adalah transportasi udara. Setiap kegiatan dengan menggunakan pesawat udara untuk mengangkut penumpang, kargo. Dalam konteks ini manusia membutuhkan transportasi yang aman, cepat dan teratur dalam menunjang mobalitas kehidupannya, baik dalam transportasi lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil penelitian mengenai Organisasi Internasional tentan Peran Internasional Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) dalam mengimplementasikan standar keselamatan penerbangan internasional.

Intinyа produk yаng ditаwаrkаn senаntiаsа berprinsip Low Cost untuk menekаn dаn mereduksi operаtionаl cost sehinggа bisа menjаring segmen pаsаr bаwаh yаng lebih luаs, Kompetisi pаrа mаskаpаi penerbаngаn di pаsаr penerbаngаn Low Cost Cаrrier membuаt аlternаtif pilihаn konsumen semаkin tinggi, mendorong perusаhааn untuk menguаtkаn merek merekа dаn mengembаngkаn strаtegi untuk memperkuаt posisi merek di pаsаr. Abstract

Ground Handling merupakan suatu aktivitas perusahaan penerbangan yang berkaitan dengan penanganan atau pelayanan terhadap penumpang berikut bagasi, kargo, pos, peralatan bantu pergerakan pesawat di darat selama berada di bandar udara (keberangkatan dan kedatangan). Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan penerbangan kepada penumpang angkutan udara berupa pelayanan sebelum penerbangan (Pre-Flight-Service), pelayanan dalam penerbangan (In-Flight-Service) dan pelayanan sesudah penerbangan (Post-Flight-Service). Kinerja personel ground handling merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang yang dapat mempengaruhi keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Prosedur penanganan bagasi, penumpang dan pesawat di bandara sudah diatur agar tercipta standarisasi yang sama antara satu airline dengan airline lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja berdasarkan Key Performance Appraisal sumber daya manusia, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi secara siginifikan kinerja operasional tim ground handling, antara lain pengaruh penghargaan, pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, faktor motivasi, kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi dalam pelaksanaan tugas dilapangan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa saat ini kinerja petugas ground handling sudah sangat baik.Bagi sebuah perusahaan pengelola bandara, pelayanan terhadap para penumpang pesawat adalah fokus. Pelayanan saat penumpang datang ke bandara hingga meninggalkan bandara harus menjadi prioritas agar meninggalkan kesan yang baik, Dengan kesan penumpang yang baik, tentu akan berdampak pada jumlah orang yang ingin menggunakan transportasi udara atau pesawat. Dengan fokus pada pelayanan terhadap penumpang, kita yakin perusahaan pengelola bandara akan mendapat pemasukan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

AVSEC atau Aviation Security bukanlah Security pada umumnya seperti Satpam, Security Bank, Security Mall.  Namun AVSEC memiliki pendidikan khusus untuk mendapatkan keahlian dibidang pengamanan. AVSEC bisa disebut juga dengan Polisi Bandara dimana tugas dan tanggung jawabnya adalah mengamankan, melindungi juga menangkal gangguan-gangguan yang dapat membahayakan regulasi penerbangan. AVSEC harus memiliki tanda kecakapan khusus atau disebut LISENCE/SERTIFIKAT/STKP (Surat Tanda Kecakapan Petugas). Avsec bertugas bandara baik bandara domestik maupun International untuk penempatan Daerah Public, Daerah Tertutup dan Daerah Terbatas. AVSEC penerbangan memiliki tugas penting salah satunya untuk melindungi penerbangan sipil terhadap tindakan melawan hukum baik oleh pesawat udara, instalasi, awal pesawat di darat, konsumen ataupun penumpang. Biasanya petugas dari AVSEC bandara bisa dilihat di bagian mesin x-ray yang mana jadi proses wajib bagi penumpang saat melakukan check in ataupun boarding di sebuah bandara. Bisa dikatakan bahwa AVSEC menjadi bagian petugas keamanan penerbangan, dimana sudah melalui proses pendidikan keamanan sehingga memberikan kinerja terbaik kepada semua aspek penerbangan. Kinerja dari AVSEC sudah diatur dalam regulasi berskala internasional ataupun nasional sehingga lisensi hingga surat ijin kecakapan personil harus ada dari seorang AVSEC bandara. Regulasi surat-surat resmi langsung diturunkan oleh pemerintah kemudian menjadi pedoman dalam menjalankan tugasnya di setiap keamanan bandara

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out more about the competence of human resources custom expert based on performance appraisals and assessments in order to help organizations to have competent and reliable human resources in the work place. Through various routine development, training and evaluation activities, human resource competencies will be more optimal and lead to improving organizational performance of human resource custom expert, the main problem is the lack of standardization of customs expert competence. This quantitative research uses multiple correlation regression with the sample using a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be seleted as sample member.The research sample consisted of 37 respondents from 19 companies that werw considered as representative of the customs service business sector in the tanjung priok port area of Jakarta. The method used action research is research that aims to develop the most efficient work methods. The result showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect, among others, performance appraisal had a positive and significant effect on the competence of human resources customs expert, a positive and significant effect on the competence of human resource custom experts, performance appraisal and joint assessment had a positive effect and significants to the competence of human resources custom expert.Keywords: HR competence of custom experts; performance appraisals; assessment

Abstract

TKBM atau pekerja yang bekerja di lingkungan pelabuhan sangat memerlukan pelatihan dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya keselamatan dan keamanan guna mendukung kelancaran kegiatan serta peningkatan keselamatan para pekerja di Pelabuh. Port Basic Safety and Security Training atau PBSST perlu dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu dosen ITL Trisakti terdorong untuk melaksanakan PkM dalam bentuk pelatihan kompetensi kepada TKBM. Tujuan dari PkM ini adalah agar TKBM yang ada dipelabuhan Cirebon dapat meningkatkan keselamatan dan keamanan dalam bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini adalah kegiatan penyuluhan dengan materi : 1). Manajemen Produktivitas TKBM, 2). Motivasi Kerja, 3). Sistem Manajemen K3 di Pelabuhan, 4). Mood Manage dalam Bekerja, dan 5). Manajemen Konflik. Konsepnya adalah dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan PBSST pada TKBM akan meningkatkan kelancaran operasional dan meningkatkan produktifitas bongkar muat. Dari hasil PkM ini didapat peningkatan pengetahuan TKBM yang siqnificant sesudah diadakan pelatihan dibanding sebelum pelatihan dengan melakukan uji beda indipendent sample t test. Dan dari hasil diskusi dengan pihak Manajemen Pelabuhan menunjukkan bahwa perlunya peningkatan kompetensi TKBM secara terus menerus melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pelayanan pelabuhan.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a comparison of what is expected with what is received by the customer. If what is received by the customer exceeds expectations, the customer can achieve satisfaction. Conversely, if the customer's expectations are higher than what is obtained, then the customer is not satisfied. In this case the company must be able to increase satisfaction so that customers do not switch to another company. The purpose of this study is: To find out strategies that can increase customer satisfaction Bank, in the Covid-19 Era. This research method is a qualitative method with a case study approach model. Research participants were selected using a purposive technique with the help of key people. Data collection methods using interviews, observation and documents. The conclusions of the results of this study are as follows: The Bank uses the theory of Customer Satisfaction Strategy according to Rianto 2010. It is a lot of fast at the time of the year, as many people as there were in the product of up to the number of consumers in the past 19 months, like this, in the midst of the 19th century. It is still difficult for the product and service of Bank through Digital payment. Bank regularly conducts outreach activities in order to prevent transmission of COVID-19 through information media at the Bank Branch Office. We also educate employees, customers and partners to always implement a clean and healthy lifestyle protocol.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the location of the route that often occurs accidents in Puncak and to provide input to the local government, especially the Department of Transportation to guard the location to regulate traffic, Bogor is a strategic road that connects Cianjur and Bogor regencies, as well as a route that connects the tourism area. around Puncak, Bogor. The average effective lane width of Jalan Raya Puncak, Bogor is 4.2 meters, the capacity of Jalan Raya Ciawi-Puncak is 3565 pcu / hour. Supporting facilities for traffic activities are still lacking with a ratio of 7 signs per kilometer in both directions, 119 warning signs consisting of 16 prohibited signs, 24 directive signs, 5 command signs and as many warning signs. 74 pieces. The research method is descriptive quantitative research, is a literature study and uses primary and secondary data from related agencies. This research is supported by the spot speed (local speed) is the instantaneous velocity on a certain part of the road at a fairly short distance or at a certain point. Spot speed can be measured among others by directly using a radar meter (speed gun). The results of direct observations in the field show that road equipment facilities on the Raya Puncak Bogor road section, especially for road sign facilities, are still lacking.

Abstract

In this study using the Qualitative Phenomenology Method, the purpose of this study is to provide input regarding the proper retention plan formulation procedures and provide input regarding the procedures for identifying talent readiness to meet the needs of a critical position. Based on the analysis of the application of succession planning in insurance companies, it can be concluded that the following matters The implementation of succession planning at the subsidiary company has not been carried out optimally because it is still at the create development plans stage or the 4th stage of the seven stages of the succession planning process, the company is mature enough Identified talent and talent mapping for 15 manager candidates to obtain 2 candidates in the Ready Now category, 8 candidates in the Ready With Development category and five candidates in the Not Ready Yet category. For the candidates mentioned above, the Company has also compiled a talent development strategy (talent development strategy), which includes a number of development programs, including in-house training, coaching and mentoring, as well as special assignments. The development program is adjusted to the proficiency level of each candidate, based on the results of the assessment that has been carried out. right by the Company. The output of the development program carried out is a number of talent readiness to fill critical positions in the Company. Based on the analysis that has been done, the talent readiness of the subsidiary company ranges from 1-2 years. To maintain the talents the Company already has, the Company has also prepared a retention planning strategy. The retention strategy undertaken by the Company is more aimed at increasing bounding with employees and to retaining quality employees. Retention efforts carried out by the Company include clear and directed career development programs, leadership programs, building open and comfortable communication patterns. with employees, employee recognition, and various employee welfare programs. With the development of appropriate succession planning and supported by effective retention planning efforts, the Company will be able to supply competent human resources and have a supply of talent to fill critical position needs. in the future.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with descriptive analysis, distributing questionnaires to passengers or users of the roro ship in Bakaheuni, Merak. This research was conducted with the objectives of the research being: To find out how the online ticket sales system is based, To find out the handling of delays on ro-ro ferries, To find out how to set up parking management at the wharf, To find out how to optimize the dock operation, To find out the process of managing the operating fleet. Result of this research the magnitude of the positive relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction with service passenger loyalty of 75.8%, while the rest is the relationship of other factors that are not analyzed in this model.
