Abstract

 The results of a survey conducted at Prima Hospital 4 out of 10 people said they were not motivated at work and only carried out work only as a demand. This is due to the high workload. Meanwhile, 5 out of 10 people said they had less job satisfaction because they wanted to do good or bad work the same. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and coping with job satisfaction in nurses at Prima Hospital. This type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with a sample of 64 nurses. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire and data analysis with Chi-Square. The results of this study found that there was a relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction with a p value of 0.014, and there was a relationship between coping mechanisms on job satisfaction with a p value of 0.005. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between work motivation and coping mechanisms on job satisfaction in nurses at Prima Hospital. It is recommended that nurses who are research respondents can be used as evaluation material in an effort to increase satisfaction at work at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru.Keywords: Knowledge Level, Socioeconomics, Nutritional Status

Abstract

Based on the results of the 2018 Basic Health Research, the national prevalence of stunting in 2018 was 30.8 percent. The prevalence consists of 11.5% very short and 19.3% short. Based on the results of the 2018 Riau Province Riskesdas by the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the incidence of stunting in Riau Province was 25.7%. Salo Regency is one of the highest ranked for stunting rates in Riau Province at (31.99%). The purpose of this study was to analyze how the health promotion program in the prevention of stunting at Puskesmas Salo Kiri Hilir. The study used an analytical qualitative method conducted at the Salo Kiri Hilir Health Center to 4 informants including promkes holders, nutrition holders. Mothers who have stunted children and the Head of the Puskesmas. The results showed that in general the implementation of the promkes program at the Salo Kiri Hilir Health Center has been running, but there are obstacles such as limited budget resources in supporting the implementation of the promkes program at the Salo Kiri Hilir Health Center. It is suggested that the Puskesmas Salo Kiri Hilir can be used as material for evaluating the Health promotion program at Puskesmas Salo Kiri Hilir in accordance with budget capacity.Keywords: Budget, Health Promotion, Health Center

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design and build an employee performance assessment information system using the rating scale method. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, interviews, library research, and a literature study. The research utilized the rating scale as the method for assessing employee performance. The author used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in system development. The review and analysis confirmed this research's success in developing an employee performance assessment information system using the rating scale method. The successful implementation of this system has had a positive impact by providing a solution to the challenge of performance assessment that is less than objective. With the existence of an employee performance appraisal information system, companies now have tools that can reduce the level of subjectivity in performance appraisals. Using the rating scale method in this system provides consistent evaluation standards, increases assessment accuracy, and presents a higher element of objectivity. In conclusion, implementing the employee performance assessment information system opens up opportunities for continuous improvement in human resource management. With a focus on objectivity and measurability, this system has the potential to become an invaluable tool in achieving company goals and vision.

Abstract

Abstract: Puskesmas have various tasks and work programs that are quite complex in their working areas. These tasks involve various aspects of health services, ranging from disease prevention, health promotion, to treatment for various community groups. Based on a preliminary study conducted at five Puskesmas located in Ciputat Sub-district, South Tangerang City, namely Puskesmas Kampung Sawah, Puskesmas Ciputat, Puskesmas Sawah Baru, Puskesmas Situ Gintung, and Puskesmas Jombang, through interviews with several health workers, it was revealed that they feel fully responsible for all the work received at the Puskesmas. Each health worker at the health center also has to deal with quite a lot of additional tasks, which often exceed the capacity of their main job. This indicates an excessive workload, which leads to high work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine several factors associated with work stress in health workers in health facilities. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The study was conducted in the Ciputat District Working Area of South Tangerang City which consists of five Puskesmas, namely Puskesmas Kampung Sawah, Puskesmas Ciputat, Puskesmas Sawah Baru, Puskesmas Situ Gintung, and Puskesmas Jombang. The research was conducted in June 2023. The population in this study were all health workers at the Puskesmas of Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, totaling 82 people. The research sample amounted to 82 people who were selected using total sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted univariate and bivariate. The results showed an association between leadership style (p value: 0.022) and interpersonal relationships (p value: 0.036) on the incidence of stress. It is recommended to the health center to be able to apply a good leadership style to every employee of the health center, especially health workers by providing equal work and fair behavior towards health workers in order to prevent the onset of work stress in health workers and can improve good interpersonal relationships among coworkers and health workers in order to create harmony and a sense of harmony at work and minimize the occurrence of work stress in the work environment.Keywords: Leadership Style, Interpersonal Relationships, Stress.

Abstract

Abstract: Hospitals are one of the health facilities that have a very important role in providing nursing services and various other types of health services at various levels of society. Implementation of BPJS Health, in its implementation is still inadequate. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and BPJS patient satisfaction. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The research was conducted in April 2024. The study population was inpatients in Baitussalam 1 and 2, Baitunnisa 1 and 2. The sample amounted to 92 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between health services and patient satisfaction who received BPJS Health services with a p value: 0.035. It is recommended that the hospital can be information, so that it will be easy if you want to improve the quality of health services.Keywords: Patient, Health Care. Hospital.

Abstract

Based on data from Beringin Village, Barito Kuala Regency, 28 stunted children were still found in 2023. The results showed that 38.27% were affected by stunting. One of the factors that causes the high number of stunting cases was due to the suboptimal provision of exclusive breastfeeding. Data from breastfeeding mothers showed that only 5 people (26%) managed to provide exclusive breast milk for up to 2 years out of 14 people (74%) who gave breast milk.  The PKM-PM UM Banjarmasin team took the initiative to carry out OKTANTING training and mentoring (Oxytocin Massage, Oketani, and Baby massage to prevent Stunting) which is expected to help reduce the problem of stunting in the village due to non-exclusive breastfeeding. The target of this training was 10 breastfeeding mothers of 11 babies at Posyandu Mawar, Beringin Village. The mentoring period was 3 months. The training method used was demonstration. This mentoring stage was a series of activities, namely establishing a baseline, determining the problem, determining strategic steps, measuring evaluation. The results of this activity were that the flow of breast milk increased from 50% of breastfeeding mothers at the initial meeting to 100% in the last month and an increase in average body weight of 1.43 kg and an increase in body length of 9.95 cm. Abstrak Berdasarkan data Desa Beringin Kabupaten Barito Kuala masih ditemukan anak stunting tahun 2023 sebanyak 28 orang didapatkan hasil bahwa 38,27% yang terkena stunting. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan tingginya kasus stunting di dikarenakan ketidakoptimalan pemberian ASI ekslusif, tampak dari data Ibu menyusui jumlah rincian memberikan ASI 14 Orang 74%, berhasil memberikan ASI Eksklusif hingga 2 tahun hanya 5 orang 26%. Tim PKM-PM UM Banjarmasin berinisatif melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan OKTANTING (Pijat Oksitosin, Oketani, dan Baby massage cegah Stunting) ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengurangi permasalahan stunting di desa tersebut akibat ASI tidak Ekslusif. Sasaran pelatihan ini ialah sebanyak 10 orang ibu menyusui dari 11 bayi dilakukan di Posyandu Mawar Desa Beringin. Waktu pendampingan selama 3 bulan. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan yakni demonstrasi. Tahapan pendampingan ini merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yakni penetapan baseline-penetapan masalah-menetapkan langkah strategis-pengukuran evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan tersebut ialah kelancaran ASI meningkat dari 50% ibu menyusui pada pertemuan awal menjadi 100% di bulan terakhir dan peningkatan berat badan rata rata 1,43 kg serta peningkatan panjang badan 9,95 cm.
