Abstract

Medical records are files that contain of notes and documents about patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services have been provided to patients. The medical records problem at Tamalate Health Center is the difficulty in processing data such as scattered medical record files, in addition to that medical record data stored on storage is increasing and piled up so it needs a lot of space. The amount of medical record data stored is sometimes misplaced in its place, causing difficulties for officers to find the medical record files. This research aims to obtain in-depth information about Medical Record Management System at Tamalate Health Center Makassar in 2019, includes naming system, numbering system, storage system, and medical record transport system. This study used qualitative research conducted at the Tamalate Health Center in Makassar on May 2019. Based on result of the research, it is obtained that the medical record system management at Tamalate Health Center Makassar, its naming system uses two syllables and written based on patient identity. Its numbering system is conducted in units (Unit Numbering System) where the patients only give a number for the next visits. The medical record storage system uses a centralized system which is the combination of the outpatient and emergency medical record. The medical record transport system is carried out by medical records officers by hand, trolley and cardboard. The need to add more rooms for medical record storage also storage shelf needs to be added so that medical storage staffs do not have difficulties with small room and give good facility to medical records staffs to do transport of medical record files so as not to use their hands.

Abstract

Coastal areas and beaches are areas that are widely used by the community to carry out various activities, such as: fishing, aquaculture, tourism, transportation and other activities. Various kinds of activities in coastal areas cause the carrying capacity of the environment to decrease. One form of ecosystem that plays an important role in coastal areas is the mangrove ecosystem. The aim of this service activity is to practice mangrove planting in Eyat Mayang Village, Sheet District, West Lombok Regency in an effort to prevent coastal erosion. This training activity was carried out in three stages, namely: preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of this service activity, namely the practice of seeding, planting mangroves, and maintaining mangroves have been carried out well. The community is very enthusiastic about the activities of breeding mangrove seeds and maintaining mangrove forests, because they can feel the benefits of the existence of mangrove forests in protecting coastal ecosystems.

Abstract

Bahan ajar yang digunakan belum menuntun siswa untuk mengembangkan konsep yang telah dipelajari untuk menemukan pengetahuan baru itu sendiri. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka diperlukan solusi untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan pembelajaran siklus tipe 5E. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan modul pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan pembelajaran siklus tipe 5E. Model pengembangan menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi, angket, tes hasil belajar, sehingga modul pembelajaran IPA termasuk dalam kategori valid. Modul pembelajaran IPA termasuk kategori praktik. Penggunaan modul pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Artinya, modul pembelajaran IPA efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This paper discusses the values of leadership in congregational prayers according to a review of Islamic education. Aims to reveal the meaning of congregational prayer and describe the values of leadership in the implementation of congregational prayer from the perspective of Islamic education. This research is included in the type of library research. The data collection method is carried out by conducting searches through relevant journal articles and books. The results of the study indicate that congregational prayer is a prayer that is performed in a congregational manner, which is jointly led by a faith. In congregational prayers there are two shields that the leader in front is called the imam, while the second shield is those who follow him called the makmum. Of course, what is being done is a worship activity that is carried out in two parts, namely faith and belief and both doing what is called congregational prayer.Among the leadership values that are reflected in congregational prayers include: The leader is always in front, the leader has a qualified capacity, and also motivates his congregation to always do good and spread many benefits to others.

Abstract

The Archery Sports Method is one of the learning methods that can increase children's learning concentration, because concentration has a very important role in children's learning, so that children's learning is not boring, along with technological developments, new technology has given birth, such as gadgets, which have an impact on children's lack of concentration in learning. , the archery sport method can divert children's attention so they don't always play with gadgets. So learning with Archery sports methods in early childhood are not boring. This research aims to: 1) develop children's learning concentration abilities; 2) providing fun learning through the archery sport method in group B TKIT Permata Al-Maidah. The research method was carried out using classroom actions. The research subjects were students from group B1 at TKIT Permata Al-Maidah, consisting of 15 children, in Koja District, North Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was percentage descriptive and descriptive of students' activities. The results of the research show that the children's ability to concentrate achieved by students in the B1 TKIT Permata Al-Maidah group has increased compared to before where the development of children's concentration was onlyreached 50%, but after carrying out classroom action research practice using the storytelling method using audio-visual media, in the first cycle there was an increase reaching 75%, therefore re-research was carried out so that in the second cycle the increase reached 85%, where the level of achievement was already meet the research target of 85%. Likewise, it is easier for teachers to convey archery sports methods, and provide fun learning.

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa dalam pembudidayaan tanaman secara hidroponik.latar belakang pelatihan ini kurangnya pengetahuan siswa dalam budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik dan lahan pertanian yang semakin sempit. Mitra dalam pelatihan ini adalah  siswa kelas X IPA SMA AL-Hamzar Tembeng Putik kecamatan wanasaba Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan mencakup tiga tahapan yaitu tahap sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan tahap refleksi dengan langkah-langkah kegiatan pelatihan mulai dari sosialisasi kepada siswa, pembuatan bagan media dari botol dan gelas plastik, penyemaian bibit tanaman, dilanjutkan pelaksanaan budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik. Tahap refleksi dilakukan setelah proses pelaksanaan dengan melihat kekurangan dan kendala yang dihadapi siswa agar dapat di lakukan secara terus menerus dan di kembangkan. Rekomendasi dari pelatihan ini akan terus di kembangkan oleh siswa dan guru dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan lingkungan sekolah sistem pemanfaatan perkarangan sekolah dan lingkungan sekitar, serta meningkatkan kreatifitas siswa kelas X dalam pembudidayaan tanaman khususnya sayur-sayuran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi setiap hari. Training in Plant Cultivation Through Hydroponic Techniques at Al-Hamzar High School Abstract The objective of this training is to impart knowledge to students regarding hydroponic plant cultivation. The background for conducting this training is the insufficient knowledge among students about hydroponic plant cultivation, coupled with the shrinking agricultural land. The participants in this training are 10th-grade students majoring in Science at Al-Hamzar High School in Tembeng Putik, Wanasaba District, East Lombok Regency. The training methodology consists of three phases: the socialization and counseling phase, the implementation phase, and the reflection phase. The training activities include socializing the concept to the students, creating media structures from plastic bottles and cups, and seedling sowing, followed by the actual hydroponic plant cultivation. The reflection phase occurs after the implementation process, aiming to identify shortcomings and challenges faced by the students, with the goal of continuous improvement and development. The recommendations from this training will be further developed by both students and teachers, focusing on the enhancement and maintenance of the school environment, utilizing schoolyard space and the surrounding environment, as well as fostering the creativity of 10th-grade students in vegetable cultivation, particularly to meet daily nutritional needs.

Abstract

The research location is in the Bittuang area located in Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The high level of risk of geothermal drilling at the exploration stage requires integrated geological and geochemical analysis. The integrated analysis is poured into the geothermal system conceptual hypothesis model used to identify geothermal prospect zones. This study focuses on Remote Sensing and Geochemistry methods. To identify the existence of geological structures and lithological interpretation as well as surface manifestations, Remote Sensing is used. Based on the results of Remote Sensing interpretation, the research area consists of 13 rock units of Tertiary to Quaternary age with geological structures in the form of normal faults and horizontal faults that are relatively north-northwest-southeast east and southwest-northeast. The manifestations present on the surface consist of traces of fumaroles and hot springs. The hot springs consist of the chloride type in the centre of the site and the bicarbonate type in the south of the study area. The results of geothermometer calculations of geochemical data obtained a subsurface temperature of 176 -198 °C, which is categorized as a moderate to high temperature geothermal system. The geothermal conceptual model built based on the integration of geological and geochemical data shows that the geothermal system is influenced by volcanic activity and controlled by the structure of the research area. The area of the prospect is about 4 km2 with the up-flow area in the middle of the area while the outflow is in the South.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga adalah upaya sistematis penanaman nilai-nilai karakter kepada anak yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dalam keluarga yang meliputi komponen pengetahuan (kognitif), perasaan afektif), dan tindakan (psikomotorik) untuk melakukan nilai-nilai tersebut, baik terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, diri sendiri, sesama manusia, maupun lingkungan sekitar. Usia dini merupakan usia yang sangat menentukan dalam pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian seorang anak juga sebagai usia penting bagi pengembangan intelegensi permanen dirinya, mereka juga mampu menyerap informasi yang sangat tinggi. Santrock menyimpulkan bahwa pada usia dini inilah momen penting perkembangan otak, kecerdasan dan kemampuan belajar anak yang signifikan

Abstract

Artikel ini menyoroti percepatan perkembangan ICT, yang mencakup perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak serta jaringan komputer, yang telah mengubah landscape pembelajaran dengan signifikan. Pemanfaatan ICT di berbagai institusi pendidikan dari Tingkat dasar hingga perguruan tinggi diperlihatkan dengan variasi dalam pendekatan dan Tingkat adopsi. Keuntungan penggunaan ICT dalam pendidikan, seperti pembelajaran aktif, kolaboratif, kreatif, integrative, dan evaluative, juga dibahas sebagai Upaya untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa. Namun, artikel ini juga membahas tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam menguasai ICT untuk memanfaatkannya secara optimal dalam konteks pembelajaran modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Bagaimana ketentuan hukum bagi produk makanan dan minuman yang tidak berlabel halal di kota Makassar dan Bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen atas produk makanan dan minuman yang tidak berlabel halal di kota Makassar Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah sosiologis, yuridis dan komporatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yaitu: 1) ketentuan hukum bagi produk makanan dan minuman yang tidak berlabel halal di kota Makassar yaitu sesuai yang telah ditetapkan undang-undang perlindungan konsumen, jaminan produk halal. 2) bentuk perlindungan hukum atas peredaran makanan dan minuman yang tidak berlabel halal di kota Makassar yaitu dengan cara penerbitan sertifikat halal, dan membuat undang-undang tentang jaminan produk halal.Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi atau masukan bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat yang terkait dengan masalah penegakan hukum terhadap peredaran makanan dan minuman tampa label halal dan diharak peraturan berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan.
